First time shopping here. They had a great Memorial Day ad. Store was clean & organized. I applied for a rewards card & saved $37 on my groceries! Customer service was great! Cashier was very helpful!! All-in-all, I will go back again!

This store is consistently on top of their game. They are always clean and well-stocked. The seafood manager was quite convincing to cut me a deal with fish, and the general manager explained thoroughly when I asked a question. Lines are never too long

Good amount products at a reasonable price, all around clean, store does look a bit outdated, friendly staff, a good a mount of fresh fruits and vegetables.1min away from OPD station.8-10min away from Universal Studios.5min away from Valencia College.

Love my Winn Dixie,have to drive hundreds of miles to get to one but will do if on road, any day ......

Better prices than Publix and Walmart neighborhood market

They didnt have a lot of things I shop for, but they had a few things Walmart didnt.

Very clean and quiet. Was able to shop in peace. They practice social distance and they were wearing their mask. Big plus for me. Great prices.

The store looked a little bit dated and there seemed to be a few empty isles however they still had a good selection of product’s for customers to buy.

I love this store. It has everything that I need. The cashier and staff is very polite and respectful.

Some products had old dates and Phamcy is lazy he had my husband medicine for 5 days had not filled it said he was busy had to take it to another pharmacy causei he had surgery needed his prescription

The ground beef (80/20) I purchased for a meatloaf was so full of fat it was having a hard time solidifying because of the grease. I had to continually drain the fat as it kept filling the meatloaf dish it was baking in. I was having a hard time getting the meatloaf to set because it kept literally boiling in grease fat. The Meat People ? or what ever they call themselves.The staff was friendly and the store looked clean thus the 3 stars.

What can I say? The most quick and convenient down the street neighborhood food market around.

Ran in to grab some things and went into the ladies room and quickly decided to go somewhere else to buy my stuff. The bathroom was disgusting it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. If thats the state of the restroom I can just imagine the food storage areas.

Their hot food is on point! Whoever is back there cooking, they need a raise because its plain delicious and the aroma hits you as soon as you walk through the door. The store is clean and there is typically someone on the floor directing traffic when lines get too long. I feel like management cares about the customers. Keep up the good work. (I only give 5 stars if they really deserve it!)

Though Ive browsed a few aisles I can only comment knowledgeably on Winn-Dixies pharmacy. The staff is remarkably efficient despite being extremely busy. My wait at the pharmacy is half as long(OR LESS!) as it was at Publix pharmacies Despite having been a patron for over 20 years. I very much appreciate that they order my medication so they have it by the time I come in. I mention this because this medication isnt normally kept in stock by many, if not most, pharmacies. It isnt uncommon that its ordered just for me. I was a customer at Publix pharmacy for nearly 20 years and always waited twice as long. Whats worse is that despite Publixs knowing Id be there monthly for my med.s sometimes theyd still have to order it on the date I was due to fill it. They also knew it was difficult for me to come back to pick it up days later. Something a bit off topic but important. It was difficult setting up the app up while inputting my specifics w/out all my RX numbers and w/out being at the pharmacy As was recommended. The app isnt as convenient as Im used to so I still have some kinks to work out.

Saturday. &Sunday. Get there for your Thanksgiving bird or ham. Spend $30.00 and get any size turkey for $6.00 or get both !!😆😆😆💖

I go to Winn-Dixie for a select group of items. Otherwise they have priced themselves out of the market.

Years back winn-Dixie was going down hill. Now advance to days resulting in a very clean well stocked and customer service is high in standards pledge for customers of Winn-Dixie. Hats off to all that brings these changes.

I find myself shopping there more and more. I cant put my finger on it, something is not quite right compared to their chief competition. The all you can eat chicken was fun while it lasted. The staff always professional. The store is clean, well lit and stocked. Feng Shui the vibe is not quite right.

I can only speak to the quality of the pharmacy and its staff. I dont give 5 star ratings unless its deserved and the staff of this pharmacy certainly does. Theyre very knowledgeable and as prompt as possible and I appreciate that more than I can express. Theyre also curtious and professional. These are the reasons this is the only pharmacy to get a five-star rating from me.

I understand there is a lot going on in the world and today is a holiday. But if you dont like your job, the quit. Ran into this store for the first time to grab a few last minute things. The cashier (Marcus) was so rude and anti social. Approached the register and said Hello. How are you? He said nothing. Rang up the groceries, bagged them. Upon leaving I told him thank you have a good day. Again no response. Horrible customer service skills. I wont be going back to this store.

I gave 4 stars because the produce department has a lot of mold on there produce. That was the only problem I had at this winn dixie. The employees are always ready to help.

Horrible, I went in to get a prescription filled! The pharmacist was very RUDE! I understand that my drivers license and I was from out of TOWN. But the prescription was from a clinic in Orlando!!!!!

Im always a little on edge whenever I go into the store. I love all the kids up at the front they have great personality and a great sense of customer service. But if I know Robin is there Im willing to drive to Miami to spend my grocery money. She is supremely rude to her staff, whoever put her in charge, needs to rethink that decision.

Love Winn Dixie, been going there ever since I was a kid with my parents. Im 66 years old now and still enjoy shopping there. Good food prices and love the Winn Dixie sodas. I hope this one dont close down.

This was my second visit and the place is under rated. The delis are fresh, the store is spacious with ample parking space. The best part are the staff who are friendly and helpful. I am definitely making this my top grocery stop from now on.

Very clean and easy to navigate around the store. Was assisted by a pleasant associate who personally walked me to an item I was looking for. Only concern I had was check out was a little slow but I noticed they were proactive about resolving the problem. Ad specials were good and available.

If it wasnt for customer service desk being open I probably wouldve been in line for a good 10min just to check out....Luckily the nice woman at customer service rang my 5 items up fast, friendly and efficiently.....On another note when did the prices at Winn Dixie get so high???

This particular Winn-Dixie MetroWest is clean well-lit and the staff was very friendly and extremely courteous prices can be competitive but when theres a sale on they are great sales.

Unfortunately they had an item that was featured in their weekly ad that was the main reason I went there. But, alas, they did not have any. Plus the store looked like it experienced hurricane Laura. I dont understand why you would go through the expense and effort to feature something that youre not even offering. Very disappointing.

Being from Kentucky I thought Winn Dixie was out of business but I was pleasantly surprised to discover them once I made a move to Orlando. Forget the high prices at Publix. Im shopping Winn Dixie.

Best priced supermarket hands down. Love their red potato salad. They will literally beat any supermarket on their prices on vegetables, meats, and everyday items. Compare their amazing buy one get one free buns to any other supermarket. Some if the best apple pies in the industry! Staff always there to help you and they will walk with you to find what you need.
