Was so happy to see them return but have been disappointed every visit. I frequent this location as its close to my house: the produce tends to look pretty sad and we have found expired food items on the shelf.I visit a couple times a week to grab last minute items and can safely say their hot bar, although delicious, is never properly stocked or managed: food items are not labelled, containers are low or out of stock, items are not kept at safe temperatures (including cold soup that had been left out for awhile). There are several employees who are truly very nice and helpful but you can tell many of the others are could care less. which, if theyre not paid well, I can understand. It seems short staffed most times and you really have to track someone down to get help. The only time weve seen this place at an acceptable level is when regional had dropped in that day.COVID has made it very difficult on businesses so it is completely understandable that Earth Fare is also struggling. I dont know if its the lack of customers that is bringing them down, or the bad quality they offer that is driving away customers; regardless, the state of the place is not great especially with so many great grocery stores in the vicinity.Earth Fare should value their employees enough to pay them decently so they can feel empowered to work. If pay is not the issue, they should have leadership manage their store more efficiently.Hope this place gets better because it has such potential!
Glad it’s back. It seems to get better each time I visit. I like the new manager and they have a good deal on sushi on Wednesday lunch.
Great selection of grass fed beef. Clean store. Nice little eating area for lunch with a hot bar and salad bar.
Love love LOVE this grocery store! Theyve got best bakery in town, and an amazing antipasto, and hot food bar. They also sell pizza by the slice. Wonderful selection of food and other items. If youve never been you dont know what youre missing!!
Bought 3 nice cheeses for a board and they all tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge for way too long. Completely inedible. Nobody wants their expensive truffle cheese to taste like stale walk-in fridge.
Great vegan options and awesome smoothie/açaí bowls. Most everything you need for healthy eating.
Great selection of healthy foods. Prices are reasonable. I understand it’s a popular lunch spot because of the hot food bar.
Best place for food. Great people and love going there. Look up their boot list and you will why the stuff is a more money.
So happy this store is back. Contrary to some comments about expiring food and costs that is completely false. This store is a wonderful competitor to Whole Foods and thank gods it isn’t a publix(will not set foot in a Publix)the store is slowly coming back. Getting new product in all the time. Happy to see them come back again and bring “healthy” and moderate priced foods in Orlando. Welcome back.
I just bought expired salad dressing.I was happy it had reopened. Will have to rethink returning.
Sad to see them go. I won $50 gift card from their Facebook page shortly after they opened their downtown location. Walking distance from work, location was convenient. I loved their hot food bar. Soups were good and their they had a good rotation of hot food. Perfect for when I didnt brown bag my own food at work.
Love this store organic & clean food ❤️
So glad theyve re-opened! Beautiful store, perfectly faced shelves, and customer service focused staff.
They went bankrupt once I hope they dont go bankrupt again
Earth fare...its a mixed bag. Its new so its popular. Basically this is a stripped down Luckys market with similar lucky/whole foods pricing. Not a ton of options but there is a nice salad bar/deli area. I wont be back although after the experience i feel Ive channeled my inner hipster somehow. In summary: expensive
😲 😁😁😁😘🥰🥰🥰 so glad youre back.. really miss you guys
To be honest Earthfare tends to be slightly pricey when matched with the competition BUT, it also offers some of the highest quality goods in the areas. Great selection of organic vegetables and foods! They also offer specials throughout the week which make shopping for select items very affordable. Overtime this has become one of my favorite places to shop especially downtown Orlando!
I love this grocery store! It’s a less expensive version of Whole Foods and not usually very crowded. Definitely worth shopping here.
I’ve been seeing this place under construction for a few weeks and finally saw that they had their grand opening so I was excited to finally walk in and see what they had to offer. Definitely exceeded my expectations! As soon as you walk in you can tell the quality of their products and produce, food etc. is exceptional. Very good quality food. I haven’t had a chance to go shopping yet but I went in on my lunch break and grab a plate of food from the create your own plate/meal section and grabbed a little bit of everything so I can try it and I absolutely loved EVERYTHING on the plate! Very fresh and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back to shop for groceries and eat on another lunch break.
So excited to have another location of this awesome store! Fresh quality meats, seafood, cheese, and produce! Bulk dry goods. Olive bar; amazing salad bar. JUICE bar! Great wine and beer selection. Their prepared foods are excellent and not too pricey. You’ll find what you’re looking for, no matter what health journey you are on. You’ll love it.
Went right at opening on a Sun morning. This resembles a Whole Foods and is a nice sized store. The seafood case was empty and I couldnt get anyone to help me at the prepared food case, so I left without several things on my list. Will return again and hope I get better service.
Lots of organic products
Surprised by and loved this place! A coworker mentioned the opening and I was not prepared for how cool the experience would be. Highlights: -----being reminded of trips Ive taken (an iced tea and plums that I had in Japan and pizza exactly like I had in Italy!)-----Super friendly people that work there, including the manager(assistant?) of the Wellness Center who had great suggestions!----A ton of vegetarian options---Excellent beer and wine options and you can even order food/glass of wine and eat there!------Juice bar----Tempting baked goods---All reasonably priced!!
This store has so much potential, but the execution is atrocious. Customer service does not exist in this store, you almost feel like you are bothering all the employees behind the counters when you need something from them. It is also common practice for them to pull all of the meat and seafood hours before the listed closing time. I have given them so many opportunities to do better, but they are not capable. I now only shop here if I need something last minute because of the proximity to my house.
Today was my first visit and Im in love. I have a lot of dietary restrictions due to an autoimmune disorder and there was an abundance of paleo food options on every isle. Definitely going to be my new go-to market. Only draw back is that it is a little expensive, but I understand that high quality foods come at a price.
Pretty much what I expected...a very nice variety to choose from instead of just one organic option per item...tho some of the same organic products I can get at regular grocery stores were more expensive here. Produce looked great, but they didnt have the two veggies I went in for -- fresh artichokes and Savoy cabbage.
I shopped Earth Fare in Bradenton. Love this store. Their grass fed beef is so good. Especially like the grass fed beef fajita meat.Reasonable price and great taste. Great selection of organic produce. So glad there is one in Orlando.
I am outraged and completely heart broken.Earth Fare will be horribly missed so very much. It was a very pleasant, high quality merchandise, upscale health store in the beautiful downtown Orlando area. I wish I werent so extremely busy right now. I would take it to our local news team. Im always willing to fight for something I truly believe in. It isnt over, I better go. I really am so very sorry to hear this.
Nice location near downtown and SoDo. Lots of nearby stores and restaurants. Parking is easily accessible to the store in the garage. Store is clean and fully stocked.
It was an average organic/health food store. The guy in the bulk goods department was very nice and helpful!I personally prefer Luckys, but thats my opinion.
This is a wonderful store so close to the hospital and rehab. I am thankful they opened up. The fresh juices were a lifesaver for me!
This is a new place which opened up in downtown Orlando. The food was really fresh. I was surprised that even though many things were organic the price was very reasonable. Great place, I plan to visit again soon
Nice location near downtown and SoDo. Lots of nearby stores and restaurants. Parking is easily accessible to the store in the garage. Store is clean and fully stocked.
I love the juice bar here! It’s what brings me to shop here rather than Lucky’s market. Terri is always there for me and she juices the best juices for me! 10/10!
Finally a place downtown where I can get organic and quality products. Vast of selections of typical grocery store finds but by brands they dont have crazy additives. Great finds like organic produce, spices, store wines, hot plate section, sushi, fresh squeezed juice section, speciality soaps, wide variety of seafood etc. Ample parking. Love that its open till 11pm to solve those late night cravings. I will be back.
This was my first visit and believe you me; it wont be the last. I dont know if its because of the clientele (hospital or medical personnel) but EVERYONE [inclusive of the patrons]in the store was polite, warm and open. I met the Asst Demo Mgr first and he set the tone for the rest of my experience. The store is clean, compact, and packed with all sorts of goods from specialty soaps to food and drink. I was treated quite nicely and my food was delicious too. Need 1.5 hours for lunch to enjoy all of this place. 😁Sooo sorry for the long post readers 😱
I love their soup! I tried the fire roasted vegetable soup and I got a second helping before going to work. Im happy they have healthy snacks to help me stalk up on.
Great store. Wonderful parking IN the bldg., excellent location. They have nice deals, Bogos, a flyer, and a helpful friendly staff. Manny the cashier is WONDERFUL. Organized and friendly. Super !
Cute little store! This store is similar to Whole Foods and Luckys Market. The price point is very reasonable.
Excellent supply of organic foods and homeopathic medicines. Great pre cooked and cooked foods for in store consumption or for on the go. Awesome soups. But, as in all organic venues, a bit pricey.
We went here for the first time coming home from the downtown farmers market. They have some pretty good sales on produce. And the staff was really nice.
Love at first sight. Salad bar....amazing! Stopped in for lunch and knew instantly I would be a regular. Open early and late!
Great selection. Fresh produce, some tough to find items, great beer & wine selection. Prices are all good with health in mind.
Just Wow! This place is certainly a little more expensive then a regular conventional grocer. But the benefits certainly make up for it. Wide variety of options, cheaper non-organic produce available to save some $$$. CBD section, body salts, just a cool place to shop. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Who doesn’t want to enjoy a glass of wine while they shop?? A great place and our new everyday grocer!!
I love all the different healthy options here. The juice bar is excellent also.
There has been a big decline in quality since opening, and very few of the specials they used to have. I mostly come for lunch and occasionally for grocery shopping. The pizza used to be great and now its sloppy, and the sandwich bread is awful. The sandwich and pizza counter is dirty. They use plastic clamshell packaging for everything despite claims to be a green business. Baked goods are inconsistent. Its hard to get service at the food counters. The 2 stars are for being a natural foods grocery store close to downtown and filling a niche that was empty, and for the delicious sushi. I dont think Ill be back any time soon after the awful sandwich I got today.
Good food but some of the worst customer experience I have ever gone through. And it’s only half of the employees fault, their store systems can’t operate half the registers because of malfunctions. Can’t even get cash back...I can only blame the managers, general managers and regional managers at how this store is operated.
Nice, new location. Food service needs some reps and hopefully will get better. Sandwich quality was exceptional but the Lentl soup was bland and way overpriced.
A lot of products not being stocked properly. Expired or close to expiring milk on the shelves. Saw some moldy fruit Checkout line employee never asked for my reward card. Only second time shopping here so forgot to ask if they had a rewards discount card and he never offered or asked if I had one before handing him my cash. Asked thereafter to run my receipt for applicable discounts and he was non responsive then said I wouldn’t save any money anyways. Went to customer service. Nice lady offered $10 back. Not every market offers rewards card so make sure your employees ask customers especially since you just opened the store to drive loyalty and satisfaction. Has potential but needs some attention to important things for customers to keep coming back.... not sure I will.
So disappointed in the purchases I made opening day! Beautiful store wonderful specials. Pick up 2 NY strip steaks and a grass feed skirt steak from the butcher counter. Had one of the steaks that evening and froze the remainder. Prepared the skirt steak for supper this evening like I always do. Both the steak and the skirt steak lacked flavor and were very tough. Should probably ask for my money back. ☹️ Can’t say I’ll go back.
We were excited at first when it opened. The first time we patronized, some of the staff were rude and the environment was unwelcoming. This is the second visit the store again was unwelcoming. I went to the deli to purchase something from the cold case. We waited for awhile for someone to help, even though the store was empty. After, calling out to the woman who had her back to the counter the whole time. I asked if someone was working in this area and she looked around and said “I don’t know”! She said “ I guess I could help you”. The guy next to me was helped by her immediately and I guess she knew to help him. I will say the guy in the hot-food section was extremely nice and was pleasant to speak to. I went to customer service to speak to the manager. The unhelpful girl at CS said she did not know the corporate # when I asked and called for the store manager . I waited ten minutes and the manager Mike never came to CS. The snarky girl said he most likely left the store. I asked for another manger ( she was called over the intercom)and instead of coming to CS she went to check out customers. I walked out and I will never return. There are too many options here in Orlando. Trader Joe’s, Publix, WF’s, Chamberlains and lucky’s are a staple in my home. You get better service, better quality of food and way better prices! The wings we bought were downright nasty and off putting.
My first time there. Soups were delicious. Staff was very helpful and friendly
This grocery store has some very interesting offerings and is comparable to Sprouts with large fresh and healthy food sections in a clean open environment. We will be back repeatedly :)
Mini Whole Foods. Lots of stuff cheaper than whole foods but some is more expensive than Publix. Sales are great
Had to drive over an hour to this place for a certain type of bread that they discontinued at a store closer to me...I was not disappointed! Id never even hear of this place before. Its silimar to whole foods or luckys market...BUT THEY HAD MY BREAD!!!😁
Love the store a motto. I feel like i can trust the store and its food. Its expensive and you can find certain things other places but I keep going back lol I mostly get meat and drinks from here and produce from other places.
Get the grass feed meat iui ts amazing only meat I buy ever
I go there for the hot food at lunch, its always good and always fresh.
Nice clean store. A great option to have in the area.
Great products, excellent meat department, comparable to whole foods pricing sadly almost the same.
Fresh vegetables and meats truly a fine place to shop for nutritious meals
Great variety, fair prices, and the largest selection of organic foods I have ever seen in one place. Very clean store, with an excellent olive bar!
Good organic choices, but the great deals that were plentiful from the Grand Opening until recently have gone bye bye. Now as expensive as Whole Paychecks.
Best place for local, organic and clean foods, great selection of allergy friendly foods, deli, bakery and fromage. Cheese and wine tasting every evening and lots of special offered every week.
Some of the worst service I have ever had and seems management is nowhere to be found. Nice concept and poor execution.
Nice supermarket. They run some great specials.
The customer service at Earth Fare is atrocious. I was excited to visit once they opened, but doubt I’ll go back. It’s clear the staff is not well trained, nor do they care to be helpful. During our first visit, we asked about hamburger buns and the employee we spoke to showed us these weird buns in a freezer and said those were the only ones they had. We didn’t believe that was it, and after some searching on our own we found multiple types of buns. Then, no one seemed to know how to get the POS systems to honor the coupons that were mailed to us. The manager that came to help seemed highly inconvenienced when the cashier was asking for help. Today we called to ask whether or not they carried Miso paste before giving them a second try, and the employee on the phone said the closest thing they had to Miso paste is vanilla extract. What?! Those two things are not even remotely similar. Their rewards program is pretty lackluster. I’d rather shop at Whole Foods or Lucky’s where the staff is much friendlier, knowledgeable and the prices are better.
Love this store💗Canna helped me she is a wonderful customer service Cashier..she is a keeper for this market😊Earth Fare downtown Orlando...
Great grocery, I personally love this place because its walking distance for me.
Lots of parking. A little difficult to get to if driving. For local residents great walking opportunity.
Must go! WOW! 😄😀😊😄. And the staff is very helpful, great job staff. Cant wait to go back. WOW. Double WOW. 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👊💯💯💯💯
Great selection of healthy options. Ample free parking.
So many choices and have enjoyed every one.
Margaret was amazing. Thank you for your excellence!
Close to downtown and they have really good bread
Healthiest grocery store I know of, and it’s affordable
So many choices for a vegetarian, the food quality is excellent and very tasty.
Wish they werent closing. Their prices were just a bit too high, even for Organic. Trader Joes, are you coming to downtown Orlando? Please?
Earth Fare is my new favorite grocery store. It’s affordable, healthy and new!!
I have been hesitant to write this post because I frequent the grocery store often. They are constantly out of items and the staff all need to be retrained. The employees here are some of the rudest individuals. Management needs to step up and rectify the issues with this store... it’s too new to have a bad reputation.
Great weekly deals otherwise pricey...
Cool new store. Great prices.
Great prices when shopping for organic/vegan food choices
Nice store with decent prices and good variety of options.
Clean store. Friendly people all around. Good sales.
The Luckys down the street is much better.
Love everything about the store....The customer service is A-1!!!!
Very pricey. You can get most of these brands elsewhere.
Great selection and variety. My first trip and it wont be my last!
High prices most of that stuff you can get elsewhere same product cheaper manager does not know history of a store cashier was friendly but I wouldnt come back lucky Market is better, or Publix
This store is awesome, great selections and friendly people
This was a very nice visit. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
Orlandos new best grocery market.
Excellent Place good price and discount
