Nobody ever answers the phone here... Employees are generally friendly for the most part, but lack general knowledge about anything outside of the products they carry. Employees need better training on how to deal with customer questions/concerns. Although inventory seems to be stocked well at this location I cannot recommend it and would rather travel to the smaller GameStop at 6017 S Goldenrod Road where the staff is more knowledgeable.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable. I went to another Game Stop and they didnt know any information on their products! I got the best deal on new and pre-owned Switch games

Nice staff but everything else about the Gamestop model is lacking. They now display cases for games they dont even have in stock, online experience and ordering was just as bad.

Everytime I visit this store, Zakary welcomes everyone with a big smile ready to assist. The store is always busy with customers so if you call and they dont answer is because they are super busy with someone in front of them and asking questions for what I have noticed. Other than that, they are friendly, knowledgeable and patient!!!!!

It’s 2021 and we stood outside for 10 minutes and instead of Allowing us to purchase the game inside I will take my business to Walmart or an online competitor because after talking to a to a sales associate my sale clearly isn’t important so I’ll go online. Because it GameStop must not not need my sale so I’ll take it online like the 90% of consumers but it’s okay...

Most of the staff where nice, it was the products and the Trades that were absolutely horrid, I had 3 very good priced games, with clearly no damage, I got thirteen dollars for all three of my games. Each about 35+ dollars in the store.I would not come to this store to do trades, there are much better ones,!

One of the larger locations with more available swag. Nice place to visit to go gift shopping for friends. When checking out, all the cashiers take their time with you to make sure the copy of the game youre buying is the best condition.

Lauren is such a blessing! I came in tonight to get a couple of game consoles for Christmas gifts for children in need. I thought it would be a long shot but she spent over 30 minutes helping me get the best deal with games and come in under budget.

Staff are informed, professional, and work quickly. Ive had issues with other GameStop locations not honoring a warranty or working to understand issues with my system, but this location on multiple locations has listened, understood, and helped sort out issues Ive had. I have literally driven across Orlando in order to shop here a couple times because the quality of their service made such an impact on me!

Great selection of games. The cost is really cheap. They have game prices starting at $0.99 to $60.00. Large selection of toys as well. The place is neat and clean. My son loves going to this store to pick out games and funko pops.

Great selection of games and accessories for different platforms. We bought a used game recently and it kept stopping. Supposed to test them but I guess that process isnt perfect. Nice store and employees and I will be going back in two days.

Its game stop, what more needs said? They have everything you could need for your gaming experiences from the games abs consoles to figures and shirts. If you havent been in this store recently or somehow never been here you need to stop in and check them out! They are usually running good deals on used video games, you can pre order them and get em before the normal public. They do release events so its not just a boring line if you pre order!

Long wait times and aggressive advertising of warranties/season passes are the norm of any GameStop, this location is no exception.However, this is not the cause of the low rating. Inconsistent, incompetent employees earn that grade. Twice in the past year the store has sold a copy of my game which was supposedly reserved, luckily to get to this store you must traverse insane levels of traffic and tourists. The manager hardly seemed to care, offering to reserve the game at another location that’s 20 minutes away.Would not recommend, prime example of why the chain is going out of business.

Zack was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. Asked if he had an item in stock and he PRINTED OUT what stores in the area had, without any being prompted. I ask for this item at every gamestop I go to, hes the only one to check nearby stores. Will be back for future purchases.

My boyfriend and I went to get a DS and there was a Hispanic girl who helped us and asked if we wanted to pay for a warranty. We said no after deciding for a while and she gave it to us anyways. While we were deciding she was like “Well it doesn’t affect me anyways if you get it or not” Thanks miss for your unwanted answer

I love the Waterford lakes games stop, always friendly staff and can assist in the games that appeal to me.

Personally have had no issues with the store. Staff had been helpful whenever I needed something/asked questions. Games are of the usual quality at a videogame seller: some used, some new. The ability to buy accessories for older gen consoles is definitely a blessing if you still have a Wii like I do!Overall, this particular GameStop is good. Im aware some may have had a different experience, and that is unfortunate. However I still prefer going here than possibly getting ripped off on Ebay. Besides, you cant really knock that feeling you get when you walk into a gamers haven, even to just browse around!Also the more recent addition of being able to buy older gen games past DS/Wii from them again. Always a bonus. Do keep in mind that its an online-only service.

Amazingly nice staff and an overall great experience

Small store, seems to be filled up more with random merch instead of video games and related accessories. Prices also arent amazing if youre looking for a new game. If you have a Prime membership on Amazon you can get new physical copies of games for a much better price. If youre looking for nerdy merch though you could still stop by and see what they have. A lot of it seems to be on sale or clearance so its not all bad deals.

Was walking around while my friends shopped, looking at stuff with my arms crossed since the doors were wide open and it was a bit chilly outside. Employee was following me around looking at my hands. Once I put my hands down she said something about an item. Pretty sure she thought I was stealing? Never coming here again. Felt very uncomfortable.

Bought a new remote when I got home found out it had been opened and the batteries removed. I dint make a big deal because I have rechargeable batteries that I use for my remotes. But still it is not right that you buy a product and it comes missing parts. Gamestop like always back at it again with their nonsense

Walked into the store the other day looking at purchasing a few ps4 games and a head set walked out with nothing because no one wanted to give assistance no one acknowledged me or greeted there were other customers in the store but looked like more employees than customers. Also called about picking up a ps4 game preowned was quoted a price of 37.99 preowned. Called back minutes later saying never mind I can pick up the game new in stock for 29.99 at bestbuy and she didnt even try to win my business. This is why I prefer not to buy things from game stop and havent for a few years. Wanted to give them another chance.

Its fallen to the plague of most Gamestop stores where it is filled with all nerd culture stuff and less videogames. I really dont care about your wall of pop figures I just want to buy some video games. When I get to the games its usually the same expensive stuff. The staff is adequate at least so there is no clerk hounding you about preorders.

They are very organized in midnight releases and there knowledge about what they do is very respectable. All around great experience.

The atmosphere is really great and inviting and theyve usually got really great deals on games pre-owned games, especially with a PowerUp card. Its one of my favorite locations to shop for games.

They dont price match. They dont give you anything for trade in on games. Amazon sells the games for less with same day delivery. Best buy even has better prices and they price match. Sorry but this store is terrible and the sell overpriced merchandise.

Horrible store! Disrespectful staff that has little or no knowledge about their product! No matter how much you say no, They will continue to pressure you to reserve games till your red hot in the face!I reserved a $175 product and the cashier instead handing me the product next to him he went to the back and brought a insanely damaged one! I told him Bro, this is clearly damaged. I cant accept this, can I get a different one? he replied with a hand on a non-damaged one while looking me in the eye grinning No, no you cant I nearly flipped if it wasnt for the manager coming up and quickly handing me a non-damaged product I would have!Not all staff are disrespectful some may be kind, but that doesnt mean they know about the products. Also others try to rip you off. My friend was new to gaming and was buying a PS3. The staff kept trying to get him to buy a Kinect for it. A few of them kept on reassuring him oh yeah itll work! Dont worry youre going to love it! I had to step in and explain hows its not compatible! (Kinect is a Xbox camera so clearly it work for the PS3) In this case I believe the staff was both clueless and sleazy!I could continue on and on, but Im sure I made my point! Shop at your own risk! :(

Called into the store earlier and was told that they had what I was looking for in stock and they would put one to the side for me. When I got in the store is a little busy and when I got to the register the employee there didnt even bother to look my name up or my phone number up which I gave earlier to see what I had put on hold and just told me they didnt have any. So either the employee on the phone lied or the employee at the cash register just didnt care. Terrible customer service.

Seldom do I find myself in a video game retail store and every time I do, I wonder why it exists. With digital downloads and cheaper prices online, the Steam model will surely put these places out of business one day.Gamestop is a catalog with walls. Its filled with unwelcoming employees that have a mediocre level in interest in really anything. Lines are long, game system demos broken, and warranty options abound (do people really buy these?).What happened to the delightful experience that I used to remember? Visiting Gamestop used to be like going to a Chuck E. Cheese. So sad to see the fatigue of the digital age taking so hard a toll on a business that cant out innovate itself out of a plastic case.
