Told the employees I was coming back within the hour to buy their headphones. As I was walking back up to the store, they were about to lock the door, and it was before their posted closing time of 11pm. The employee even let me in the store and told her manager I had been there before. The manager was too lazy to ring in the transaction and would not let me buy the headphones. I would’ve been in and out well before their closing time of 11pm. False advertisement at its finest.

Bought the new Bose headphones two days ago. Service was great. Then had an issue with the headphones. We came back today. They took their time and figured out it was a 3rd party software issue. Everyone was nice and helpful. Just how a retail outlet should be.

Great prices on refurb equipment and extremely knowledgeable and helpful employees. I will definitely be back to add to my new Bose system!

Christopher was very helpful and explained the various options / benefits and sold me what I needed not what cost the most. Offered to charge and do update to my purchase while I shopper elsewhere so purchase was usable.

Employees are rude. This guy was helping a client stopped what he was going said the headphones my girlfriend and I were looking at were not on display, we need to go try the other ones on.After I told him he was being rude and spoke to a manager. He made a stink and involved the client he was checking out to justify what he said wasn’t rude, instead of simply apologizing.Out of line. Bose products are great, but the oompa looking short Hispanic guy needs to find a new job. Sorry don’t know his name.

I bought a receiver Bose in Orlando, with a year here in Brazil broke. As it was already out of warranty ask a renowned technician here from Salvador to check what would be the defect so that I could repair ordering parts in the United States. When opening the technician detected that was the source. Only no internal part was numbered. I sent to the only Bose technical assistance in Brazil that is in São Paulo. The budget, without transportation, was 1,800.00. I did not accept the budget, it was very expensive. More almost $ 300.00 of carrier and their budget. These Bose handsets have a lot of quality but no good for Brazil. Be careful when entering a Bose Store in the United States. Youll be delighted with the sound quality but what happened to me can happen to you. I intend to put the receiver in the trash in Orlando when it is in December / 2016 to not pollute Brazil!
