Too expensive

Wow a whole store dedicated to fragance! Count me in!! I couldnt believe when I walked in there, didnt feel overstuffed with the smell, and found exactly what I was looking for, recommend it, right on the middle of the plaza, you wont miss it!

Salesperson was a little over kill, but I was able to make my perfume purchase without any issues. I didnt care you have to use two lines, one with retail selection and other line for transaction purchase. Fortunately I wasnt in a rush.

HORRIBLE - do not purchase ANYTHING from this company! I placed an order on Dec. 8th with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Well, guess what - its Christmas Eve and no package! They blame it on UPS but UPS never got the darn packaage. Thanks Perfumeland, I will be making sure to get all of my money back. And thanks for ruining my sisters lack of a Christmas present!

Esta loja é estranha, fique de olho.Brazilians: If you are going to Florida to buy nice products at this store, you might as well go to Paraguay. It is a strange store. Keep an eye out.Although I am Brazilian, they came to me greeting in Portuguese. How they found that out, I dont know, but I guess Brazilians make the bulk of their clientele. Living in US for a while and used to outlets and excellent customer service, some things creeped me out there, and although the ****** I bought there had no problem at all, Ill give it 2 stars, 3 is fair, so 1 point below fair because the store has so much to improve, and for the following:1- It looks like you are in Paraguay, among poor people buying Chinese stuff: you buy something, they deliver at the front counter, all products are protected by glasses as if someone could steal it, and you cannot touch it, you cannot feel it. Not good. 2 stars.2- Go figure if you bought the perfume you smelled first, because you point to something, then the bottle comes from the storage somewhere, you pay at the counter, just like in Paraguay. And it is good that I read through google reviews in advance, something many will not be able to do there without data plans, because some said the perfumes they bought there felt different from what they are used to. My friend was with me exchanging a perfume he had bought previously with a problem in the ***** (hid for privacy) . It was a **** (hidden) brand. Well, I never knew a ***** until I went to US when I still thought GAP, Guess and Tommy were nice brands. ****** perfumes surely can have a problem in the ***** *****, but that is unlikely for such a premium product. Then some people complaining about falsifications made me worried. Not good, 2 stars.3- Purses locked under glass. No touching. No price tag displayed. Weird... Go to a fancy restaurant and see if you have no idea of the price before asking for a menu. Usually they have a huge display outside! You dont have to ask before you know it doesnt fit your pockets and be embarrassed later! Can you find a store without the prices on stuff, unless it is repricing or it is the end of the day, disorganized temporarily or clearly by mistake? Have you seen any store purposely hiding price tags in US? If you see, avoid it. Besides, the purse prices I could see were discrepant from other stores and there was no variety of models. Not good, 2 stars.Again, Im fine with my product, the thing worked fine. It works as supposed, nothing exceptional, so... 2.5 stars. Something just smells fishy in there. It was not a good experience for people with, so me they should give it 1 star, however, they liked to be addressed in Portuguese and bought there again, so I guess they liked it and I cannot speak on their behalf. Avg 2 stars for my experience.Another point: asking for a discount is not the way it works outside Brazil. The price it is, it is what it is: it is the fair price, good for you and for the vendor. Discounts dont exist for any store, be it Adidas classic bogo 50%off or Kate Spades get an additional 20% off to make it 60%. Same for the latino way it is 80 but for YOU I can sell for 50 or the Brazilian last squeeze (chorinho). Bull$#*t.... A good deal is good for both sides, nobody explores the other side. So if the last squeeze is possible, beware.Again: I had not problem with my product. I just felt I could be buying a falsified product and opted for something simpler.To the owners: Do good and fair business always.

Perfumeland has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in my LIFE.Perfumeland was one of the companies that was selling Insurrection Pure, a fragrance that is compared to a much more expensive fragrance (Aventus by Creed). Insurrection was receiving a lot of hype in the fragrance community.I ordered a bunch of bottles at the beginning of all the hype to sell on eBay from another website, but I ordered my personal bottles of Dark and Pure from Perfumeland. A few days after I ordered from Perfumeland, I get an email saying that Insurrection Pure is out of stock and my $19.19 has been refunded to me. I placed my order February 25th, by the way. My Insurrection Dark (also $19.19), I was told, was on the way.March 1st comes along, and my order still says payment processing, when my payment has already processed. I contacted customer service asking them what happened, and they said the status of payment processing wont update and my order was being shipped out that day. Ok...March 7th comes along, and I still didnt get my Insurrection Dark that I ordered on February 25th. I emailed them asking what happened to my order, and I didnt get an answer.March 8th, I email them again asking where my order of Insurrection Dark is. They replied with a screenshot of their email to me that says they refunded my order for Insurrection Pure. Great, but that wasnt the question I asked.I email them again, asking where INSURRECTION DARK was, and I got no reply.March 11th, yesterday, I got a package in the mail from Perfumeland. It was a bottle of Insurrection PURE, the bottle they refunded me for that they said was out of stock. I still havent received my Insurrection Dark, and I dont think I ever will. What a horrible, disorganized company.

Buyers Beware!I ordered 2 units of Cologne for Christmas gifts. They charged me for 2 units but only shipped 1 unit. They have not responded to multiple requests for explanation or resolution.UPDATE: They responded 7 days after my first attempt and delivered the missing item after Christmas.

Staffs nice but they promise a lot and dont deliver, went there to see some cameras and lenses and they had 2 cameras and 4 lenses for sale, and they are really expensive, I mean, REALLY expensive

This is not an actual post office. Its a retail shop with a poorly run USPS counter in the back. When I tried to ship something there, I was told (by a woman who hardly spoke english) that it was closed because the computer froze.
