Really kind team and we appreciate the quality used phone for fair price

I live in Colorado and my sister lives in orlando, she needed her phone fixed to I contacted Tony via a Facebook ad. I was quoted $79 to repair the screen on her iPhone XR . I told him in the beginning of our conversation that I would be paying for the repair. 4 hours later I was sent an invoice, after he told me it takes an hour . The invoice was for $111.00. When I asked why he said the lcd needed to be replaced which is fine because she needs the phone but I was never contacted about the price increase. I was not prepared to spend the extra $30. Had I been told it was that much I would have taken it elsewhere and had my phone back in under 30 min. Nice of them to tell us after the phone is fixed when I have no choice but to pay it to get the phone back.

They do a great job and are very reasonable people

I feel bad because i give you 1 star. But my experience was super bad. I saw this from Facebook marketing place. I drive 43 minutes then i reach at the store at 7.08pm. There was only one lady consumer that time. Then after there was one more consumer came around 7.30pm i was trying to buy an iPhone with monthly payments i also got approved from loan.then at 7.40 the guy at register told he can no do the transaction today and he said he put it on hold for me but i have go there before 3.30pm. As he said went to the store at 2.10pm. When he saw me he start talking on phone and he said that they sold everything. Meanwhile i drive 168 minutes all together.But the worst part was he dont even apologized and he was laughing. 👎👎👎

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! BEWARE !!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF OR HAVE THEM DESTROY YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!!!In their response they say they will fix it for free but it cannot be fixed, and I did bring it In To them to be fixed before I brought it to Apple and they could not fix it. This is not my primary phone so I did not notice the issue when picking the phone up. I checked the screens that were replaced but did not think to check for internal damage and I have paperwork from Apples Technicians stating that the damage to the logic board and antennae’s were done during the repair. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!!They will only offer a warranty on the screens they put in which is not the problem. The problem is the damage they caused to the internal parts of the phone while replacing the back screen, which they will not do anything about and just keep denying responsibility when the phone was fully functional before and they were the only ones to work on it.I will do whatever I can to help others from incurring a $900 loss at the hands of this company and will be reporting them to any and all agencies that oversee businesses.First thing I asked when entering the store was if they are an approved Apple store. Was told yes they were.My phone had a cracked front and back but the phone was still usable. I paid them over $300 to fix the screens, which they did, but when I get the phone back there is now a message saying the screens are not Apple screens and not approved by Apple. Plus the phone now has an error message saying update required, unable to activate. I bring it back into them and they tell me it must have been like that before I brought it in, which it definitely was not. I end up having to go to the Apple store and their “Genius Bar” told me that during the repair they damaged the logic board and two of the four antennas that are in the I phone 11 pro max. They of course deny any liability.Second, I also purchased a new I phone 11 pro max from them and found out while I was at the Apple store that I could have gotten the same exact phone directly from apple for $70 less.In conclusion, their prices are high, they are liars, their repairs are inadequate at best and they don’t own up to when they mess up.If you have an Apple phone or want a new Apple phone I definitely suggest just going to an Apple store. The service and prices are way better.

Big time scammers! Never ever go to them. I was reading the review below they charged someone extra $70 for an iPhone 11 Pro Max. They replied Apple has changed the iPhone prices in July but Apple doesnt change the prices until they release the new phone. Just check the level of their white lies to the customers. First they scam and then try to justify it. Please be careful from these guys!

I first spoke with an agent on the phone. She was thorough in the evaluation. I was honest about the condition of my iPhone.She quoted me a price. Then, when I got to the store, the store technician inspected the phone, and gave me the amount that I was told on the phone. (Low key, I really expected them to low-ball the price when I came in to the store.) I was pleasantly surprised.Overall great experience. Id recommend this place.

Took my son’s iPhone 11 Pro with the back cover cracked pretty badly and Mobile Mobile did a great job in replacing it and looking like new. My son and I thanked them and walked out of their store happy with the results and great service. Highly recommend anyone in Orlando to go there and get their devices fixed! I recently took my iPhone 7plus to be fixed. in the process of fixing my phone they broke my home button. i should have known then they werent professional and didnt do quality work. about a week later i was on the phone and something inside the phone popped and shattered the screen and my phone literally started doing the same thing as before. instead of trying to come to a resolution they just denied it and refused to fix my phone even though it supposedly had a 90 day warranty . they didnt care to ask was I okay even after I told them the phone had popped in my face. please do not do business with them.

I went to this place because of the “good” reviews. I brought my samsung phone to have the screen replaced on 6/5… I picked up my phone the same day, and the job was NOT complete. There was “air bubbles” on the screen which made the job half done. Then i have to wait til monday for them to complete their job of removing the air bubbles, then my LCD broke on the phone as they were trying to take out the air bubbles. I’ve decided to give them another chance to repair the LCD on the phone, and for having my phone for almost three days the job is still not completed, They say they will call me to update me, but no one has called me and i have to be the one to reach out to get an update. Once i called them, they said 30 more minutes and how they’ve had people“ahead” of me, but my phone was being worked on since saturday (6/5) and they will have an update, but mind you they had my phone in their possession to repair at anytime and it’s been more than 5 hours since i’ve gotten an update on the LCD, it doesn’t help i live far away from this place and i’ve had to drive back and forth multiple times.When I finally got my phone back at the end of today (this date) the camera was broken and I could not take pictures or videos. I would only recommend this place if you need to fix basic things to trade in your phone for a new one. If this is your personal phone, do not reccomend!!! Beware

Do not use this company this place sold me a defected phone and refused to replace or refund me my money not even 72 hours after purchasing device from them.. The issue I was having with the Iphone 6 plus phone they old me is the phone is stuck in a Iphone reboot where the phone constantly shuts on and off. Bianca Thomas is the owner which she tried to push my concern off today on someone she claim is a manager named Christopher. When I came into her store located off of obt she wouldnt even come up to address me. What a complete joke. Then one of her employees made a smart remark if your suing us you shouldnt even be here. Hence when filing a lawsuit you must have pertinent information of name of all people involved or either the person running the store. A customer of more than 5 years and I am utterly disgusted. I will make sure that everyone is aware of the issues I have had with this company. Then they tried to come back and say that they could have refunded within the 30 days where my phone was under warranty. Which I did do that after I noticed they sold me a defected bs phone and words directly from the owners mouth was I will see whats going on if we cant fix it or figure it out we will provide another phone or refund. Its like I was speaking a different language run run run run run run. Trust the reviews that others leave. If you go here and you have any issues with your phone joke is on you you have been warned folks dont do it take your phone to apple or purchase your phone directly from apple or wherever just dont come here. I try to give companies a chance to make something right but they dont believe in accountability. Smh Black owned businesses are full of bs some times I swear

I was originally told it would take 2 hours to repair my phone which turned into 2 days. It was not a complicated repair either. The place is unprofessional, you walk in and it takes 30 minutes for them to address you and they seemed understaffed or something. How does it take 20 minutes to literally just grab my phone and hand it to me so I can pay and leave when I am the only customer in the store?? The repair job wasn’t even that good either, I could tell because the front desk clerk was trying to hide it from me as I was paying. The only saving grace of this place is that their prices are good. Do not trust the 5 star reviews because they give a $5 discount if you give one.

Dont go there. This place doesnt even deserve one star. I would give them zero star if I could. First the wait time is terrible. The guy is extremely slow, 2 people in front of me the waiting time was almost 2 hours. Long story short, I went there today 4/3 with iphone 7. They gave me a quote, the price was not reasonable I told them forget about it. 2 hours later they sent me a text they said they had a special on iphone repair, they texted me a different price, I went back there again asecond time due the quote they sent me by the text. The second time I went there they told me to leave the phone with a deposit. When I call back to check on repair status, they gave me a different quote double the price on the text and they refuse to give me my deposit back even they didnt fix the phone. Theyre extremely slow, unprofessional and crooked. Im wondering how they got all those good reviews. Save your precious time and money dont go there.

The first impression I received and felt was like walking into a club with the loud music that was playing. The lady in the front desk didnt acknowledge me or asked anything until I grabbed her attention. I was the only person in the store at the time. Then I asked to see what phones they were selling. The lady showed me the phones but they were all dead. So I had to wait another 30 mins just to check out the phone. I was interested in the phone and I purchased it. The phone came with no box, just a new charger. I went to charge the phone with the new charger, but the brick didnt work. The charger didnt work. It was an unpleasant visit, but I was able to get the phone I wanted for the price I wanted. I guess you get what you paid for.

Place is nice, employees are good they treat you well, I bought a phone with confidence and they told me phone was never repaired and I found out that back cover was replaced I wouldnt have minded but, in the time I have been using i have seen that phone has lots of flaws like restarting, not running well, heating and a really low benchmark and Im not talking about a cheap phone im talking about a galaxy note 10+. Which I know they might have known the defects the device I bought has but they still offered and sold me.

Went in to try and fix my water damaged phone. The receptionist barely explained anything to how the process was gonna go. She just gave me my ticket and said i was good to go. Never got a call about any updates to what was going on with my phone, i had to go in physically myself to ask how’s the process going. And each time I went there, the receptionist kept saying “the tech people are gonna be in tomorrow” so did they even do anything to my phone? So I decided to just take my phone back and then was hit with a $21 diagnostic fee that she NEVER warned me about. After I left, I realized she kept my tray for my sim card so I had to travel all the way back to retrieve it.

I paid $170 to have the screen replaced in my iPad. After 5 days, with minimal use and zero trauma to the tablet, the screen simply fell out.I took it back and they told me it wasnt their fault and that once I left the store the warranty was over. That if there was an issue I had to identify it at time of pick up.The website touts a 90 day warranty, but that is not true.I will not do business with them again.I dont need the money, but principle is important to me.I will be disputing the charges. It would have been cheaper for them to honor their warranty.
