Update 6/22 i called 1800 Walmart on 6/18 was told management would contact in 24 to 48 hours...no call. -* Standing waiting for a fishing license 😡 waited 20 mins, go to check out, mouthy woman states all registers are closed and waited in non social distanced self check area to scan to go...

Hire more people to work the cash registers. If no one wants to work there then pay a living wage. Walmart full of people and 1 actual cashier with the rest self checkout. Do better Walmart!!!!

I am disabled and was in a motorized w/C . at 10:30pm there were NO registers open so I had to go thru cash out. There were 3 employees standing around talking as I asked for help ou to my car. We cant do that; we have to find somebody. I sat there for 10 min and this 1 associate stood there staring at me. H is name was Hector. He told me he could stand where he wanted and he ran his mouth very disrespectful. He told me he didnt care if I called corporate. The store will NOT asnswer their phone. Whats up Walmart? You are very rich but the way some of your services are run are atrocious. HELP!

Best cashier ever I didnt get her name just wonderful. So were the Dressing room clerks and the customer service desk.

The Walmart on semoran Blvd in Orlando is horrible asked for help from worker and was told dont speak English and she walked away not even trying to get me help. Will never go back to that location.

Theres no produce or meat section. Its a very minimalistic store. Not too bad if youre just going for a few little things, but definitely not if youre actually needing to go shopping.

There are 2 Wal-Marts close in proximity. One is just like groceries the other is like clothes and electronics. Kinda cool!

Every line is too long even self check outs finally found a cashier in the beauty area, since the price check machines are no longer, I asked the cashier to check a price on 2 items, her reply was we have check it ourselves by using our phones, I stated to her you are here for customer service and its your job to check an item before I let you ring it up and if too much than you would have to delete it off. The next time Im not going to be nice and let the item get wrung up and if the price is too much than have it deleted, the item was not in there correct area for me to see the price from the shelves

Good Walmart location. Never too crowded. Really love the Garden/Nursery department. I found beautiful plants on clearance for $2!

Worst customer service in a long time. I was making an exchange and wasnt allowed because they have a new policy that is not even in the website or the cash register. The manager Jonathan was not willing to help at all. I tried to reason with him again but he disappeared after his employees called him numerous times to help me. There was one employee in the store front looking at my every move while on the phone probably talking to him letting him know the moment I left. As an experienced retail manager myself this the kind of treatment you dont give the customers. I dont recommend anyone to come back here again.

1st there was no parking on the parking space for curb pickup had to get out of my car & waiting outside for an hour for no one to show!! Went inside the after I did everything on the phone as it says to do & it was a box of diapers that I was waiting for very distinguished to see someone carrying it but anyway went inside the store to my surprise NO ONE was gonna come to my car. I had to get down I pick up my own package after I checked in put my car color & everything. Lady didn’t even apologize!! Well it had to be WALMART!!

Just about everything you need is out of stock, or flipped upsidedown in an aisle or some far off part of the store. The website stock rarely matches with what is in the store. Even if the website says in stock.This Walmart is in a wonderful location and should be updated to a Super Walmart.Its becoming harder and harder to shop at Walmart due to the lack of care and organization. Seemingly, raising those wages didnt bring any better changes to the store or the people working there. Feels like a depressing internet warehouse

This Walmart on semoran blvd has a clearance aisle that always has great selections.

Decent Wal-Mart quick and fast in and out when needed for small stuff, with a decent selection of items.

Used the Walmart app to locate all my items and everything was spot on where it should be. I was in and out less than 30min.

Just your typical Walmart, except this one doesn’t have a produce section. There is a Publix next door and a Neighborhood Walmart 2 minutes down the road, however, I like to get things done in one trip, so just save some time and go to the Walmart Supercenter 10 minutes away.

Curbside pickup is a joke. The app wouldnt check in, not exactly this locations fault but still not ok. Then when I called the number on the sign like the email said it rang for a good 3 or 4 minutes before someone finally picked up. Then when I told them I was here for a curbside pickup they transferred me and I had to wait another few minutes for someone to pickup. Then I was immediately put on hold when they picked up. When they finally picked up I had to sit there and listen to them figure out my order because apparently you need a degree to know how to do a curbside pickup. Then I was told that since it is storming outside they dont go outside for curbside pickup. It was literally occasionally thundering and there wasnt even a sprinkle of rain. This defeated the entire purpose of ordering for curbside pickup and it forced me to walk to the back of the store to get my stuff. I shouldve just done the shopping myself, it wouldve been quicker.Everytime I stop at this Walmart theres a problem. I recommend going to a different Walmart. There is a supercenter only about 10 minutes away from this location, just go there.

Come here if youd like to continue your disdain for your fellow man. This is one of the dirtiest Wal-Marts known to man. Im not just talking about the store itself. Im talking about the the locals. If youre looking for your alphabet soup of hepatitis, shop here.

Zero customer service. They continually have a single register for people to go through unless you do self check out which can’t accommodate even half a cart of groceries.

I havent had any complaints about Walmart as of yet, and will continue going to Walmart.

The Walmart located in the Frederica shopping center is the worst Walmart store I’ve seen throughout multiple states as well as the neighborhood Walmart market on Pershing Ave and semoran blvd they are extremely rude, lazy, not as stocked as they should be fruits and veggies don’t last but maybe a day or two dirty and just 2 horrible Walmart’s not far from each other. Do NOT recommend either one of those at all!!!

For a Walmart it was surprisingly clean, both the store and the customers. Ive actively avoided Walmart for years now but Id actually go back to this one!

Absolutely the worst kept Walmart I have ever been in in my entire life. There were stacks of empty pallets strewn all over the sale flaw, pallets of thawed frozen foods leaking all over the place, not a sales person to be found, and the shelves were in such disarray that a person could barely find what they were looking for.On top of that, when I asked for a large bag for an item I purchased the 2 sales girls literally laughed and said, What do you think this is? Just carry it in your arms.Walmart needs to fire the store manager at this location.After seeing what I saw, I will probably never shoo at Walmart again.

Today I passed 8 or 9 employees while pushing my cart through the store. Only ONE said Hello- or recognized me. The electronics department had one employee and a “Team Lead”. Both had horrible attitudes and neither one wanted to answer my simple phone question. At checkout I saw the Team Lead lady and told her that only one employee in her store was pleasant today.She said (and I quote) “We wear masks because it’s mandatory. You have no idea if the employees were pleasant or smiling.” Are you kidding me?OMG! Worst customer service ever 🤮!

Sad my disabled mom, and myself can no longer get the scooters. They have been less and less. This time only one for entire store, so we made it a very short visit since mom cant walk too much (stroke victim)So many elder/seniors shop Walmart but its going to get less and less.

Awful! I recently injured my knee and Im on crutches. There was a scooter in the front and not charged. I asked for help and an employee told me there were more in the way back of the store at pick up So after a long walk in pain and many stops,I got there and they had none. Shame on all the employees who did not offer to help in any way,as I was clearly in pain and some assistance. I feel bad for the people who depend on these scooters. Walmart,u need to have a talk with your employees.

I go here when I absolutely have to. I purchase my vitamins and wellness items as they have better prices. Though the shopping experience is what I expect every time. Disappointing.

This store is okay people that work here are pretty helpful. But the people that shop here for some reason are really rude and you can see from this photo how they park without consideration for the other person like this car blocking in the pickup truck!

There is only 1 Register open,I refuse to use self check out,prices have gone up do really not saving as much. They do Not all electronics to check out except for their own items. Isles are cramped and workers have pallets of stuff all over. Remembered why I quit going and shopping around for comparable pricing.

This store is always crowded the people at the door doesnt monitor how many people are coming in the store sometimes theres a wait to go to the self checkout and for the register. The best time of day the day I like is in the morning its not that crowded then

Parking lot still had plenty of parking available. However there were no shopping carts indoors at all, as people were waiting for them. Freight all over the floor while they were stocking. Everywhere I looked there was clearance. When checking out there was only two actual registers open which I prefer over self checkout. Just have the feeling of being discombobulated.

Wanted more food options but they were very well stocked for such a small urban Walmart Supercenter.

I don’t remember the exact date but would like to say thank you again to Mr Robert over in the deli department for going above and beyond providing good customer service. An item I buy regularly was priced wrong so I left (not happy). Several minutes later he found me in the store to apologize and let me know that he’d rechecked the item and it was indeed priced wrong. I was so appreciative that he cared enough to come find me becuz I really did want the item.

Ordered for a pick up between 7-8 pm. Arrived at 6:55 pm and no other cars where there. Let them know I had arrived. Nobody came to my car. Several other cars pulled up and were given their items. I’m still waiting and the sign says to stay in the car. It was almost 8 pm before they brought my items to me and even that took a while. I spent an hour and 25 minutes in the parking spot. Got home and several items had been replaced but didn’t even say they were replaced. Purchased one refrigerator triangle of Parmesan cheese and revived a small container of Kraft powder parm cheese. Several items were missing. Ordered a large container of protein shake for my husband and received a chocolate instead of vanilla and it wasn’t even the correct kind. Horrible service! Took way too long to just pick it up and so many items were wrong! Second time this has happened. I had my husband pick up the first time and he said it was terrible as well.

Im starting to think that this Walmart is owned and operated by the covid virus. Customers and employees alike will get right in your personal space, ESPECIALLY when its unnecessary. I also like how about half the employees are even bothering to wear a mask, but almost all of those employees also have it hanging down from just one ear. So, you know, your one stop covid shop when you just NEED to have several strangers touch you during a pandemic.Also: I have spent months trying to call the manager about this, and the phone at this store just doesnt get answered. Ever.

The elder location as compared to the super Walmart and grocery Walmart within a couple miles from here and still a reliable location for most things. Unfortunately because they are smaller, they won’t have as much variety in some tech or home things like small appliances. I would still come here for clothing and groceries though as they usually have heat you need last minute. Their customer service is also very experienced and polite.

Close to home it was convenient for after work very busy store 😴

I was there to send money to someone.The system software does not work well. Most time it takes 4 to 5 times before it actually works. I have had 2 times when it doesnt at all and they charge me the extra dollar for their software failing to work.
