This CVS is the one closest to my home, and it is the one Ive visited (almost exclusively) for multiple years. Some of their management staff had been here for quite a while, and I greatly appreciate that. I enjoy being on a first name basis with numerous team members in both the retail area as well as the actual pharmacy. I do believe they all actually care about offering quality customer service, and are hoping customers will become regulars. I can highly recommend this location to others.
I used this his pharmacy for years but now I will not enter their store. They are constantly running out of items. One day, they did not even have any razor blades in stock. Really! You cannot keep a simple item like razor blades in stock? The shelves are empty. The pharmacy is a mess. They cannot even tell me when my prescription is due for a refill. That is simple arithmetic. Do not use this store! There are too many other pharmacies in Orlando to waste your time at this one.
I called today for help with transferring a prescription and the pharmacist was very nice and helpful.
I’m from Tennessee and I came to Universal Studios for a vacation with my daughter. Only to find I had forgot to pack one of my heart medication prescriptions!! Mandatory I had to have it.Lucky for me I use CVS Pharmacy in Knoxville where I’m from.Mr. Quell in the pharmacy here was extremely assistive in helping me fill my prescription for four days worth of medication. No pressure no stress just handled it in a very efficient and professional manner.Thank you to him and the pharmacy staff overall. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
I am giving this a one star rating only because a zero is not possible. this will be the 3rd day i have Trying to pick up prescription eyedrops my eye has gotten worse because of the delay in getting the medication and the pharmacy department nor the store manager seem to care. I will never ever make the mistake of doing any business with CVS agai
I just left the pharmacy. The cashier blond from Brazil was very comfortable talking to people from their country. I was waiting in line and she was keep talking with these people in Portuguese. She did not want to help me, And she asked me to go to the self serve machine to keep talking to his people. Guest what I had a problem she had to come and leave her Brazilian friends but instead of resolved ny problem she left me and went back to her friends . Is this a good customer service ?
Nice place to shop at
Pharmacy staff very helpful and services were extremely fast. Racey was extremely professional. Great experience.
Ive been shopping at this cvs store since 2012 and Ive always had the best experience with Vivian C, she is always helpful, welcoming and has excellent customer service, she is a wonderful asset to cvs and I would like to say Im very grateful for her experience, also the gentlemen cashier is very helpful as well, I look forward coming to shop here
Very disappointed went to the store, had some things to buy, but unfortunately I left my mask at home and I asked the associate for a mask and she she said there is a charge of .75cent . ..I didnt shop there and purchased is else where . normally stores will give a mask as complementry . Will not shop there again. I am local.
Maureen, the store manager is AMAZING. I have brain damage and she always helps me with sales and forgetting my card and coupons. The employees are very cordial and ALWAYS say hi! Everything is clean and in its place! Maureen does an amazing job and CVS, PLEASE GIVE EVERYONE THAT WORKS AT THIS STORE A RAISE! It is WELL-DESERVED!
CVS pharmacy Conroy is the worst pharmacy that you can deal with . Try to call the pharmacy and see how long it will take.
Tried calling to speak the the Pharmacy about my sons medication. Have been on hold for an extended amount of time. This is always a issue with this location.Cvs you are obviously understaffed NO customer should be waiting this long for help!
The manager Maureen was so rude she does not treat people well but I have also seen he be horrible to the cashiers. I saw her make one cry. I asked her if they had a popular essential item and she snapped at me ! CVS should be ashamed to have her as a manager
Customer Service has improved tremendously over the past year or so... its very obvious they have been listening to the reviews and taking them seriously... consistently treat me great!
Worst Pharmacy Ever. Waited 2 weeks to get a prescription (never had to wait this long before) ... then finally, they tell me my prescription expired a few days ago ... so now Im without medication due to their poor service and have to wait longer to have it renewed by doctor and sent to a different pharmacy. Avoid this place ... they need to be out of their jobs since they cant seem to do it correctly.
Pharmacy takes too long to answer phone. 40+ minutes is not acceptable, especially when one is waiting for medication. Only reason for 2 stars is the friendly staff in the store.
The pharmacy afternoon staff are the worst, maybe not all but yes they dont know about customer service
Typical CVS with drugstore type products and small selection of grocery items.
Very friendly employees from Pharmacist to Management. Able to answer all questions.
Was on hold for 45 min to try and find out if grandsons meds are ready.. finally hung up and called the front of the store.. for the lady to apologize and transfer me back to the pharmacy for another 13 min on hold.. called again to speak with management to be told management was helping the pharmacy and can’t come to the phone.. seriously.... to top it off already been waiting 4 hrs for a text to say it’s ready...
This pharmacy is awful. No one answers the phone, I was on hold for 35 mins to find out if they received Rx from my Doctor. They did not have it because there is no Doctors office that will wait on hold for 30 mins to call in the Rx. CVS on Conroy and Kirkman in Orlando, AWFUL PHARMACY!!!!!
Horrible customer service. Saying hello is not enough. I shouldn’t take 15 minutes to ring up 5 items. The old management was much better.
Love the store and the pharmacy. They know me by name and always take great care of me.
Ive been using this pharmacy for close to 4 years. The pharmacy staff is great. They greet me by name and ask about my job. Ive worked in a pharmacy before and understand that their job can be stressful - patients that dont feel their best, insurance companies, and doctors offices that dont reply quickly or leave them on extended holds over the phone. They can get backed up and you have to wait a bit, but it usually isnt their fault. If a medication is out or they dont carry it, they can order it for next day delivery in most cases. I highly recommend this pharmacy team.
This is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever used. The pharmacy always has a long wait and the store is badly in need of an update. There are homeless people who hang out in the store and ask for money. But what really pushed me over the edge with this pharmacy was when my husband and I both had the flu. They didn’t have enough Tamiflu to fill our prescription. They told us to come back the day after Christmas to pick up the rest. We went all the over to the pharmacy (we’re still very sick) and they were closed! Metal gates down and locked up! Why did they tell me to come get my prescription if they were going to be closed?! Terrible customer service
Nice and clean store. Never busy at least the times I have been there. Employees are helpful.
Very rude, do not hv customer service at that place, horrible. I just been waiting for 3 hrs a confirmation of ready medication and didn’t received anything. I hd to drove to there, been waiting on driver thru, the lady said to wait, for she get those medications to me, after 10mnts waiting another stupid and rude lady sent the thing 3x to I send the prescriptions with no chance to I say anything she hang up and left. Then I called and asked for the another lady told me to wait 20mnts b4 to get my medications, she just doesn’t apologize and super rude told me to I get another lane, wasn’t no one in there, just bcs, she was rushing to leave and won’t do her job.I don’t recommend this place. And has a lot homeless on that place...never come back there! Go to another CVS, worst CVS at Orlando. Zumbrara the name of 1 of the rude employee
......... A pharmacy staffer named Ali was standing behind a counter which had a wheelchair logo hanging above it. I thought this was a counter exclusively for disabled people. So, I stood at the next counter next to it. When he was done with the person he was attending to, he told me Are you the next customer? I said yes? And he said Why are you there? I am standing here. You come here. So, I went to the counter where he was standing, and he continued I am standing here, why were you standing there? I pointed to the sign that had the wheelchair on it and I said it says for disabled Then he says I am standing here, I am not disabled........ Really?? Is it not obvious that you are not disabled? Why was I being berated by this clerk? I had already followed his instructions, hadnt I? Why was he continuing?I also work in retail. We do not berate our customers for no reason at all. I would get fired if I did that. But this guy has been given the green light by his manager to talk down to people -customers- that way. She was watching as this happened and did nothing at all. He told me I had two prescriptions-he did not tell me what those prescriptions were- after we were done he did not thank me. He told me There you go. I opened the paper bag and inside I find, a prescription for a medication that I had specifically told them to put on hold. They were trying to give me medicines that would make my liver enzymes go up.One day last month I got a phone call from this company. It said you have no more refills for atorvastatin, do you want us to call your doctor? I said yes. Maybe she(my doctor) said yes or maybe I gave them a prescription in November? Who knows? But, what I specifically asked them to refill were my tranquilizers and sleeping pills. My mother and sister were murdered some years back. I have PTSD because of the trauma. I am Bi-polar and suffer from major depression.Several months ago, I brought my prescriptions to this Pharmacy straight from my Psychiatrist. It was still too early to fill the prescription. I asked the clerk when was the earliest they could fill it up. She gave a date. I marked that day on my calendar. I consumed my medications. When I went to this pharmacy to pick up my medicine on the exact day that I was told it would be ready - only one of them(prescriptions) were ready. Why? Because now, they can only refill a 90- day Lorazepam prescription 5 days before the 90 day period lapses. So, I went home. No one from the pharmacy asked me if I still had any left. Since they changed the rules and promised me the medicine two days earlier, but were not able to give it to me because of the rule change, shouldnt they have at least asked me,Do you have any left? Because the withdrawal symptoms form a 4 mg a day dosage of lorazepam is devastating. They are Pharmacists. They know that. They dont care if you die of withdrawal. The Pharmacy manager here does not care about her patients, period. And Mr. Ali is one of the rudest pharmacy clerks I have the misfortune of meeting in my life.
Good customer service and a lot coupons.
Everything I come its a delay in filling my orders. The staff dont care or try to fix the issue samantha just give a half smile and say we dont have anything on file! But the other girls tried to help some. I wish my insurance would go back using walgreens.
I wouldnt rate it 5 stars. Its ok.. Sometimes they dont have the medication which can take days. One the age verification UV light thing was down and they wouldnt sell me Sudafed .. I get it.. But if there is a critical thing that goes down with no backup close your doors !
Love the wine selection when is an emergency!
Bad customer service, manager old lady she so rude, don’t know how to take with the baby, she scared my baby, my baby was crying all night.....!
Pharmacy closes at 6- show up at 5:50 and they refused service. Pharmacy should close at 5:50 if that were the case.
Rude cashier or manager doesnt like to take coupons
Great
Good
No toilet !!!!!
Nice
Good attention and variety of products although they do not have the best prices on vitamins
I was discriminated against in this CVS. I bought a product and went back. They said that I can not return because I do not have an American ID. I went on another CVS and got it back smoothly. The information was passed by the manager of the place. Too bad this is for the tourist! | Be careful Brazilians! This CVS does not accept return of products if you do not have an American ID. The rule only applies to them in this store. Go in another that will be better attended.
I lost my wallet last year in this store, I went to claim it twice and the workers did not go looking for it, today after a year they sent me all my things.AFTER A YEAR, seriously?
The personnel is very friendly
