My aunt took me to this store for the first time today and it was an amazing experience. My aunt is a fan of this place and its products and I can understand why. Lismary (the assistant manager) took care of us from beginning to the end, she helped us out with what we needed and had great suggestions for me. These products feel great on my skin (which is very sensitive) and makes it look so clean and beautiful. It was worth the price, specially because you just need to apply small amounts, so itll last longer. Im glad I know now about bareMinerals

This brand is one of my favorite foundations, and kudos to my sales associate, Katherine, who was so helpful and an absolute joy to buy from. She got me just what I needed, helped me with shades, and pointed me to a sweet packaged deal that got me what I was basically buying already along with a couple bonus items. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable customer service. I walked in and there was a young lady who came to assist me. She was trying to be nice and listen to what I was looking for. She informed me that the product I was looking for was discontinued and offered to help me find an alternative. She sat me down and introduced me to a new product that she recommended. I was open to trying something new. She said she would take off some of my makeup to apply this new one. Then another customer came in after the sales associate removed my makeup. Since it was only that one sales associate she told me she will help the other customer. It first looked like an easy and quick transaction, but then she brought the customer to where I was seated and started to apply product on the customer while I was there still waiting. The sales associate took the makeup that was allocated for me to try on and told me to put it on myself. I wasnt applying it correctly and when she saw, she said do it quicker. I understand it was only her working there at the time and she has to tend to all customers, but please make sure to help whoever walked in first! This sales associate was also unaware of what the companys website sold. When I asked her if the product I was looking for was online she said no, but it is.

Anna was very kind to my sister. Anna helped pick out complementing eyeshadow primers, eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner letting her try everything on and answering all questions thoughtfully. Store is well kept.

I used to come here all the time. Today, I came back to visit the store and redeem my birthday gift. Im glad I did it. There are many new great products that I will definitely purchase, and they still have a great customer service. I will be coming back more often.

Katherine was AMAZING!!! I knew what I needed when I walked in, but she recommended great items to compliment! She was knowledgeable, had cute makeup (so I trusted her), and she wasnt pushy!

Every time I go into this store the staff is so friendly! They are very knowledgeable and never make me feel like I am asking too much when I want to test multiple items. I had a complicated order today and Sammy was absolutely fantastic! Ramona even checked to find a local store for my daughter out of state. Thank you so much ladies!

I am very loyal to the bare minerals brand. Today I was very excited to go into the store and sample all of their exclusive products. There was only one floor person and they barely spoke English, and kept telling me they no have my color & she was not very helpful. Would not go back there

Ive been using bare Minerals for at least a decade. The women who work at the boutiques know what they are doing and have always been honest with me.

Very nice and pleasant ladies assisted me, it was my first time at store and using product.I really like their mineral foundation.

I used to be a mac fanatic i expended hundreds of dollars in the store . Mac store is always busy and they dont give u the time you deserve .one day i went to mac and bought $300 worth of make and got make up done and my face started to itched so bad . I left and went to bare minerals and told the sale rep what was happening to my face .he removed all the mac make up . I send my husband to the store to return the stuff i bought.I had the opportunity to meet bladimir the store manager .word can not express how i feel . He is amazing . If you want get that special treatment go to florida mall store and ask for bladimir he will make sure you learn about the product and find the perfect makeup for you ..
