Insomnia cookies is one of my favorite cookies spots! I’ve had their traditional cookies but their vegan cookies are amazing. Love their birthday cake that’s my favorite and they even have glisten free as well. Definitely a one stop shop !

Average ice cream. Went with the family, 3/4 of our masks got soaked in the rain and they said we either had to get out or buy a mask for 1$ each. If you’re going to require it at least offer free disposable or let the children wait inside so they don’t get soaked. We didn’t even want the ice cream after being cold from the rain

Cookies are usually flat, soggy, fall apart, and most importantly they get most of my delivery orders wrong or miss items. Not to mention the delivery fee is about the cost of a 6 pack of cookies. I don’t recommend this place.

I had heard a lot about insomnia cookies from my friends that are foodies and thought we would give it a try. We went to the downtown location and were a little disappointed. Its a tiny little shop and although the cookies were warm and soft, it wasnt much different than anything you could get it any other cookie place or from making cookies at home. their claim to fame is the fact that you can get soft warm cookies delivered to your door up to 3 in the morning.I was hoping for a nice chocolate milk to go with my cookie butt more than half of their milk display was empty. The staff member was nice and the restroom was clean, but I probably wouldnt be back unless I needed soft warm cookies delivered to my door. Unfortunately I live outside of the delivery area. we tried the mint chocolate chip, the peanut butter, the double chocolate chunk, and the chocolate chip as well as the sugar cookie. All were good.My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible

After I made a 25 minute drive to this location They were extremely under prepared for the night with only 3 cookie options at about 11pm of course chocolate chip not being one of them. The whole concept of the place is late night cookies but they had nothing to offer definitely disappointed I wasted my time tonight and the female team member working was very rude and dismissive (7/24/21) horrible first experience with Insomnia Cookie definitely won’t return to this location probably will never try another

My boss brought in the vegan gluten free cookies today and WOW they are amazing! I normally eat gf but had reservations that a cookie without egg would be good. Way to prove me wrong lol. These cookies were better than any regular cookies I had before going gluten free. I will be a regular customer now!

I loved it! We got the Deluxe Bigwich and it was delicious 😋. Many cookie options, ice cream flavors seemed yummy!Staff following CDC Guidelines.Its not Dog friendly or ESA so 🤷🏾‍♀️

Well..... I was overly excited to try this place out! I love the concept, however the cookies were under baked! Also the person that boxed them up, had the cookies overlapping each other. I had to pick them apart. Maybe I went at the wrong time 🥴🤷🏾‍♀

These cookies are amazing, they are always warm, gooey and great tasting. I tried the double chocolate chip as well as the galaxy cookie and snickerdoodle, all were equally great. Perhaps the only downside is it was a bit on the expensive side, about $2 per cookie and they where a pretty standard size. These did satisfy my sweet tooth and overall I was very pleased with them, would definitely recommend and come back.

Always delicious, however they always seem to be out of popular cookies. Theyre also always understaffed, so it makes sense. One person should not be baking, handling sales & preparing delivery.This isnt a one time thing. I visit this location about 2 - 4 times a month & every time its one person working. Props to the one worker.

Awesome little shop with big flavor. Great selection in cookies and even Vegan options. Everything Ive tried so far is delicious even down to their basic sugar cookie. Also the cookies were still warm when I picked them up. Cant wait to try them all!

Ok, so these cookies are amazing and fresh! No doubt about it, you will love these cookies. They have about 9 “traditional” cookies and about 3 specialty cookies. The specialty cookies are larger and cost more. The cookies come in a box similar to a pizza box to help keep them warm (if you order a bunch).They also deliver to the local area, but I’ve never tried that so I can’t speak to that.They have locations all over the country, but tend to be near colleges and major cities. The double chocolate mint is my absolute favorite.I’ve bought a box and eaten it over a couple of days while staying in a hotel and they tasted fine just leaving them in the box.They are a little pricey for what you get. They should offer more combo deals that include milk or offer fresh coffees. They could also get more creative with their cookie sandwich offerings. For these reasons they lost a star from me.

Soo Good! The cookies were warm and the ice cream very good. I just wish they had a location in a city near me because this just became my new cheat day craving. Definitely worth checking out.

I went to this store with my daughter after a concert and had to wait outside for 30 minutes around multiple homeless people, two of which tried grabbing my daughter and asking for money.Staff came out and told them to leave or theyd call the cops and let us inside even though we would make them over capacity.Staff was very conversational asking about the concert and which song my daughter enjoyed most. Felt very welcomed.Food was fantastic although when we went they were out of quite a bit. Not sure if that was just because of the concert or if thats a chronic issue though. But staff let us know up front and gave us a time table for when theyd have more cookies coming out of the oven.If it wasnt for the homeless situation wed have rated this 5 stars. Unfortunately the location is awful because everything else is amazing.

A friends daughter, studying in the Northeast, recommended Insomnia Cookies, and mentioned that theyre a late-night must-have in her college town. I was pleasantly surprised that the cookies were all soft, gooey, and still warm in their packaging. I especially like the Galaxy cookie.The only downside is that they are a little bit pricey, but you certainly get what you paid for, and these are a fantastic little treat!

Their cookies are always good. The smores cookie is a chocolate lovers dream.

I love Insomnia Cookies, I was thrilled to find one right down the street from where Im staying in Orlando. Everywhere Ive lived before I have always been outside the delivery radius -- this is something disappointing when its 2am and all you want are hot and fresh cookies after being out all night :)I ordered a ten-pack and a pint of ice cream and they were all just as delicious as I remember. Get the chocolate peanut butter cup, you wont be disappointed! They even threw in a sample of their new cookie, I dont remember the name, Space Junk maybe? But that one was delicious, too!

Ive had these cookies in north Carolina and was hesitant to try again. These were absolutely worth the retry. They were so good I forgot to take pictures. My favorite was the snickerdoodle and confetti deluxe. They did not disappoint. The strawberry shortcake needed a little something extra in my opinion, but not horrible. The brownie alimode is also a great choice.

Accidentally, found this cookie place late at night. They actually stay open till 4am apparently. They are so good, I drive 30 minutes to grab me a dozen varieties once in a while. Double chocolate, macadamia, and chocolate chunk are some of my favorites. It has brough the cookie category back to life for me.

Usually a 5 star but today 6/11 and served me hard cookies and ice cream. I could’ve went to Walmart to get these kinda cookies

Omg I first knew of Insomnia when I lived in the northeast for college and after moving back home to Florida, I was so happy to find Insomnia in Orlando!The cookies are always warm and taste like they just came out of your grandmas oven!

Service was great. Cookies are delicious. We got there late and they had run out of a lot of flavors. But the ones we got were delicious.

I order from this location a lot. Well... way too much, honestly. Joseph always delivers quickly, safely, & kindly. No one has ever messed up my order, & I’ve never had any other negative experience with anyone there. Thankful for this crew, for sure.

The good flavors are gone after 9:30pm even though they are open until 3am. My boyfriend decided to get 3 sprinkles since that’s basically all they had and they put 2 m&ms and 1 sprinkle instead. We didn’t notice until we got home. Two thumbs down.

Ive had a few bad experiences now so I figured Id write a review. We went to get cookies tonight around 11:30 and there were only like 3 flavors. The guy was rude and gave us a completely wrong order, I blame myself for not looking but he literally messed up half the box...

I guess I was expecting more from the hype. Warm amazing cookies with ice cream! What can go wrong? For staters cookies were averages best. There wasnt anything special about them, just ordinary over processed vending machine cookie thats warmed up. On the other hand it didnt taste bad with some ice cream.As for the service horrible is an understatement. After we asked for some recommendations. The employee seemed like we were asking her to solve a mathematical equation. Her body language and her response seemed like she was bothered. But hey, everybody has a bad day, I guess, right? No, it gets better, not only did she serve us cookies and ice cream without gloves. The employee sat next to us wiping her nose and face with same hand she use to service with.

I personally experienced good service during my visit and it was very busy when I was there. The cookies are expensive but they are amazing, this place sells cookies exclusively so you kind of expect the prices to be a little skewed. I also enjoy the location being right there in the middle of P & L. I think anyone that goes here and expects it to be an expensive should realize what location they are at, this area commonly has $25 parking on the weekends and there are many high class restaurants around.

If your looking for overpriced warm cookies, this is it. We came around 8pm and they were already out of a lot of flavors. Only allowing 3 people in at a time because of COVID. We waited outside for over 20 minutes while they ‘made’ our cookie. Nice to go once. Probably won’t go again.

Food was good but didn’t appreciate the discrimination. Some people can’t wear a mask due to many medical reasons including the occurrence of bacterial pneumonia. I have two doctors orders to NOT cover up my airways and the bias against it is unacceptable and unsustainable. I’d rather attend businesses that’ll be happy to see a smile rather than discriminate against us.

I placed an order online in October for an advertised offer on their clothing line. The company canceled the order 2 weeks later. They gave a 7 to 10 day time frame for a refund of the shipping cost. It is well past that time and I still have not received my refund. I spent a good bit of time last night exchanging several emails with customer service and got no where. They requested supporting documents but said they processed it that’s that, no supporting evidence no other resolution. Pretty much they scammed me out of money and I’m not the only one. I would never buy online from this company.

Their cookies are warm, soft, and delicious. They hold up well too. Had some cookies 3 and 4 days later and they were still soft and flavorful. If you have a cookie fix, you should definitely come here. My only complaint is that I feel like they could work on the price as they are a bit pricey in my opinion.

Walked in very excited. That soon was no longer the case. The line was short, the employees were rude. Maybe it was a bad day, but it seemed that customer service was not a priority. The cookies were not great and overpriced. The shop was so small and not well laid out at all. I was turned off by the experience and I will not be returning.

The cookies were really good I agree with some of the other reviews for the size of the cookie pretty standard size they werent a little bit pricey my complaint was the delivery all of my cookies were smashed kind of together and put in the same packaging together so the flavors crossed over and so some of the heavier flavored cookies like the mint chocolate chip you can taste those flavors and the other cookies also the delivery was later than expected also the fact that you cant track the company on the GrubHub app even though it gives you the option so that needs to be corrected

I ordered cookies to my hotel room. The delivery person left the cookies in front of my room on the floor and never knocked. Who does that? The cookies however, were delicious and when I called to find out where my cookies were, the lady that answered the phone was polite

You’re business is joke.. my family drove 25mins to get a late night treat, but when we were ordering they rudely stated “if you think you are paying in cash we don’t accept it”. You don’t take cash or Apple Pay…? Do you want business or not? We left and went else where.

I really liked this place! Even though its tiny, this place smells delicious. It offers an array of cookies and ice cream. The cookies are fresh and warm. This place is not big enough on the inside to sit down in, though. I found free parking nearby, but had trouble finding Insomnia at first because the sign was hidden by a tree. I definitely recommend these delish cookies, though! I got half a dozen and couldnt stop eating them!

The cookie is a similar overpriced version of The Great American Cookie. The girl at the counter was very sweet the owner (not wearing a mask) in the back was not. They gave me an icecream sandwich as part of a promotion handed it to me on a paper plate with a spoon. Then I was told the owner doesnt allow anyone to eat inside (then you should make all products togo and put signs at your tables) and properly rushed me out in the rain. If you looking for a good cookie go to Gideons Bakery. Youll pay the same amount and the staff is much nicer

I never leave reviews, but was super disappointed by the experience. I’m from out of town and after a long day wanted to give the place a try. It’s like jumping through hurdles trying to get to this place on a busy Saturday; without parking around. After waiting 20minutes outside in the line, we finally get inside and they turn us away saying their systems were down. The guy working was so incredibly rude about it. Very unhappy with the treatment at this place.

I used the downtown Orlando location for my first time using this company last night. I waited thirty minutes after ordering and my order said “delivered.” I then get a call from The Grand Bohemian(random hotel), saying that my cookies were delivered there. I call customer service and she said that I now have to wait for the driver to return and then I’ll get a call. I waited another hour just to be told that my order is back out for delivery but it can’t be tracked. I live less than 5 minutes away from this place. If a delivery option is available, they should have someone competent enough to deliver items.

Horrible service, they borderline scammed me out of $15. I submitted a $15 order around 10 PM while visiting my friends apartment in downtown. I received a text saying my order would be delivered in 55 minutes. By 11:30 PM it still wasnt delivered. I tried calling the location, and after 5 minutes of being on hold with the answering machine service, the line went dead. I had to head back home before midnight so I left. I was charged for an order that I never received, and have no means of receiving a refund because they wont pick up the phone. Now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the charge with my bank.

I forced my friends to brave the cold and make the trip because I had heard so much about them. Service was friendly and on point. The ice cream was really good much better than I usually find. The chocolate chip was really good. I bought a 6 pack and the other five cookies miraculously disappeared before I woke up. So good hot or cold.

This store is absolutely one of the most disappointing places to order from. The cookies are great, but twice now we have had to cancel our orders because they have been over an hour late for delivery. Even when the order was placed hours before.When trying to contact the store location, you are placed on hold for 15 minutes, routed to a call center and placed on hold again. The call center is not on site and there is no way to get in touch with the actual store location. There is no resolution and no explanation. This is absolutely ridiculous.If ordering, make sure you literally have all day for a delivery because an hour to hour and a half window from the expected delivery time is apparently not sufficient. I will say I have ordered during the day with fewer issues. But apparently it is called insomnia cookies because you will have to stay up all night to get your cookies and even then it is iffy.

Went to this location today, we were a party of 3. The sign on the door clearly says 3 guests at a time due to COVID-19. As soon as the 2 guests before us leave, we enter. The server up front stated only two guests at a time, I stated that the front door says 3. The manager that looked like Ronald McDonald (Myesha) caught a very nasty attitude and yelled from the back only 2 guests and they forced one of us to leave. She then proceeds to walk up front to the register with no face mask, and ignored us. If only 2 guest are allowed then have it posted. There is no need to be rude and yell at us. I will not be coming here again.

Order via Uber Eats and they gave the wrong order. Tried calling the location and you wait for over an hour to get a hold of someone. Then its a call center not even the location itself. Uber driver offered to go back and get the right order Thank God. You guys need to work on your customer service phone number its terrible. It sends the message that you dont care about getting in contact with your customers.

Wish I could put that I tasted the cookies or icecream but sadly after waiting 20 minutes for the cashier to count the register (mind you 5 other employees were walking about), the cashier took the order of those in front of us and then proceeded to tell me the register wasnt finished being counted so I would have to wait longer. What?? When we walked in, nobody said there was a wait, nobody greeted us, and the vibe was uninviting and cold. I am not sure how a business cant figure out how to maintain functionality while they are changing shifts...

The best cookie!! I had the chocolate chip and my fiancé had the white macadamia. We LOVED them! They both were warm and sooo delicious. Good price too. :) thanks for satisfying my craving for a cookie. Go check them out! We’ll be back.

Went for an interview today and was asked no questions in regards to my experience. Basically told me I would be incapable of doing the job before asking me anything. Would love to talk to an owner about how terrible that experience was, the workplace seemed terrible. Everyone was rude and looked like they watched a dog get kicked to death. Real sad, I was looking forward to seeing how the company does things. Ill never recommend or eat there ever again because of this experience. Thanks for reading 😁✌

Sad but true, my thoughts are similar to many others, and simply put the place is cold, uninviting and the customer service is unacceptable.Both the cookies and ice cream are grocery store grade and there is nothing (and I mean NOTHING) that makes this place worth $14.36.Take a match to your money, it will be more rewarding than your cookies and ice cream!
