Awesome.....best cookie hand down. Some one needs to open a Ms. Fields in Jacksonville Florida....There is money to be made.

Cookies didn’t taste fresh whatsoever and from what I could see (me and my husband passed by again later at night) they seem to reuse cookies I’m assuming because they put the cookies somewhere from the front in big bags.

Their cookies taste good. I gave two stars because on of the staff is very rude and did not help us. I do not know her name but she is a young girl with a black long hair. Other staff are nice and helpful.

My favorite place to get cookies! I definitely recommend the white chocolate macadamia nut. The only downside to this place is the prices. You can easily spend over $10 for some cookies and a drink.

My son and I just stopped by to pick up a cookie and the young lady behind the counter did an incredible job. my son wanted one of the little cookies but there was also an Easter egg behind there and she put the little cookie inside of the Easter egg and gave it to him. It was an act of kindness that will always be remembered. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. And of course your cookies are amazing :-)

Beware, it might cost you an arm and a leg here for some cookies. 8 cookies and sm drink come out to be $27. I can get a nice gourmet dinner with dessert for that much!!! There are no price listed for anything except the big can of cookie. The servers are no help!

It was pretty good visit, I found what I need to satisfy the palate.

The staff is wonderful at this location. I needed a basket for a special event and they were right on it. I appreciate the call back and the professionalism they showed. Thank you staff at Mrs. Fields.....

The cookies looked great, tasted great and had a great price. Too much really. And they couldnt tell me much about the ingredients with GMOs and gluten.

I really like this place and the food. I will visit them again.

This location has horrible customer service. Not one employee acknowledged me when I was at the register except to tell me to get out of the way so that they could help someone else! I just wanted a beverage!
