I got my sisters birthday cake from there and it was absolutely delicious. It was made and decorated exactly how I wanted it.

Went today for an impromptu cookie cake purchase for my wife. I received phenomenal customer service from Pena (I’m not sure on the spelling) I asked if she was the owner and she let me know that she’s their cousin. She observed great patience with me and did a beautiful job on the cake in little to no time. I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered sugar cookies excitedly because I’m from NC and haven’t had this kind in a while. They tasted horrible so we went to return them. We were told we ate too much of the first cookie and he couldn’t refund it.The guy then asked us “do you two just go around doing this at places?” We continued to ask for our money back. I told him I would call corporate and his reply was “I don’t care go ahead and call them.”After he made a phone call and somehow we could have our money back. As he hands me the receipt he says “make sure you don’t come back”.Don’t worry I wont😒

Very nice employee and great cookies. Kind of expensive but they were good. Great variety and none of them were stale.

Prices are reasonable. The lemonade is quite good and the chocolate cookies are soft and delicious. They so provided samples of their chocolate chip cookie cake which was good as well.

Well nobody was in the shop...only had one employee, she was trying her best in greeting but it takes so long to serve a simple order of pretzel bites. very long wait more than 15 minutes to get the order.

Doesn’t look like anything special from the outside or inside but the cookies and brownies are fantastic.I had a pumpkin brownie and a merrymint cookie and both were phenomenal. I’m going back before I leave this area to get some more for sure.

Rude service. Asked for a cup of water, was meet with a smart remark about not having chips for water and having to charge for a soda. Seriously? They charge $6 for a cup of pretzels bits but cant comp a small cup of water? Boycott this place for terrible customer service

Placed a cookie order for the 4th tone picked up today. I requested oatmeal and got a chocolate chip cookie cake for someone named Shawn’s 40th birthday. And after we coughed, talked and accidentally touched the cake she sold it. Just nasty, slow and unorganized

Big-serving, decadent, junk food cookie chain. This location had nice and quick service.

Got here at 9:29pm on Sunday and the doors were locked. We called and they said they were closed despite Google saying they closed at 10pm. We walked 2 miles from our hotel to try this place out for nothing. Extremely disappointing....
