OMG! They have the most amazing donuts in the world. It was on my must do list for my one day in the US and it did not disappoint! My friends had never eaten their donuts before and didnt understand the big deal until we sat down with a dozen. Completely devoured within 5 minutes and theyre now converted. The staff here were amazing too and so friendly. Thank you for the pumpkin spice recommendation, definitely a winner!

Best Krispy kreme ever...we live in Alabama and travel all over and this is our guilty pleasure. The location in Orlando is by far our favorite. Donuts are always hot and delicious!

Location is open currently for Drive-Thru only, per signs on the doors. It initially looks closed on a cloudy day like today, but they indeed are manning the drive-thru window.This was my first time in years eating KK from a retail location. Tasted just as good as I remember. Though I dont remember a dozen original glazed donuts costing $9.99. Thats quite a stiff price for basic donuts.Props for the free donut per day that they give to vaccinated persons with proof. I used to think that a single free donut wasnt a big deal, but with these prices, take a deal when you can find it.

The hot light was on, and the doughnuts were fresh. I havent had good krispy Kreme in a minute, and it was wonderful.

This location is on a very busy stretch of road, kinda hard to get in & out quickly. The drive thru is super tight! The store is extremely clean, customer service is excellent & the “Fresh Hot & Now” Donuts are my absolute favorite!

I ordered a dozen assorted donutsThe glazed chocolate donuts were way smaller than the original glazed and the size difference was very noticeable. The raspberry filled also had less filing than normal.

Staff was great but the doughnuts were a bit mushy. Im sure it was just because they were super busy. We will be back

Krispy Kreme is giving free donuts away. 1 Glazed, and 1 Glazed heart shaped to anyone that shows their Covid Vaccination card. This free offer is supposed to last for a year. I went back to Krispy Kreme a few days later and I received 1 glazed donut that did not give me the heart shaped donut. But still its free no purchase necessary.

Of course, the donuts are amazing and seeing them roll along the conveyor belt is fun to watch, but the staff at this location really stands out, especially when compared to the complete opposite experience I had at a Krispy Kreme in Gainesville just a few days later.The folks who work at this location are consistently friendly and welcoming and eager to hand out a sample. Ive found myself going out of the way sometimes just to drop in and get a donut and see them.I highly recommend stopping at this location, especially when the Hot Now sign is all lit up!

It was my 1st time going, I went with my daughter and it was amazing watching the doughnuts on the conveyor belt getting glazed. We tried a few different kinds and they were all delicious. Getting freshly done hot ones was out of this world. I cant wait to go again.

Not the best Krispy Kreme, cost more than normal Krispy Kreme, very dirty restaurant, and they give you old donuts not freshly made ones.I came in with the hot sign on and asked for original glazed, I saw the cashier give me ones on a cold tray not the new ones on the conveyor belt. I asked them to get me the fresh ones but she wouldnt. Minutes later while eating in store I see them giving the new ones out for free to random customers. I never got one. I guess they use those to trick people into buying donuts.

We were on vacation and were craving some HOT Krispy Kreme donuts!We were very pleasantly surprised to find one so close to our hotel. The moment we walked in they made us feel like we just walked into the best place ever. The manager was incredible and very happy! We visit Orlando often and will make sure this Krispy Kreme is on our itinerary.

No one picks up the phones. Never make enough of the cinnamon roll donuts always sold out no matter what time i go. Wasted trip to go in person if no one picks up the phones to save a trip.
