Such a bummer that the lines were soooo crazy every time I passed by. I was thrilled to have a starbucks downstairs but only got to enjoy it 2 times my stay (which was 11 nights). Standard Starbucks offerings, but the prices were higher I guess because of the location? My standard grande drink was $6, normally $4-5

Not a huge fan. Hours were poor for a hotel establishment and I concur with what another reviewer said about the products here. I only get one, yes 1, ONE at Starbucks. I accidentally discovered the cinnamon dolce and was hooked. The ones at Cabana Bay tasted different and not very good.

They run out of cold brew so fast and don’t let the line know and you wait for 30+ minutes.

The staff tries their best that’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 but honestly one of the biggest issues Is the wait and idk if they use diff products then other Starbucks bc I always order the same thing everywhere and here it tastes and looks completely different

Line was always too long, they need more staff and/or more machines. Why would I wait 25min

Terrible cashier was overly loud and one of the workers was talking Nasty at the counter and I had kids with me.

Drinks are made very well, way over priced because of its location, wait time is crazy, and you cannot use your star rewards which is biggest downside.

Very rich, delicious coffee excellent atmosphere
