They always have beautiful tops and dresses that are on sale in really beautiful colors that are in season and into the future season. I come here every month to see what they have since everything changes. Sometimes they do 70% off to 90% off sales which are even more fantastic and I love these !!! I would totally recommend this store to anybody. I even took my girlfriend once and she loved it so much that she started going to the one in her state.

For once, a lovely experience in JCPenney Florida Mall. Actually had all my orders and as usual Merry at the online pickup desks was extremely competent and helpful.

Penneys is awesome. Always a great selection and fantastic sales. Finding a cashier can be slightly challenging but once you do, theyre usually friendly and helpful.

The prices for the quality is ridiculous. Soooo overpriced..sizes are hot or miss. Just occupying good space for no good reason. Nothing I cant buy further into the mall at much better prices and much better quality. Just garbage

This is the JCP at the Florida Mall. Was fun! Been a JCP regular for decades. Bought a bunch of stuff with a 50 pct off coupon. Staff is very pleasant. Nice mens suits.

This store fulfills the basic shopping needs. They never seen to have enough cashiers, and even if there are more than one cashier at a checkout counter, the transactions for only a few items takes 5-10 minutes every time. They have some good options for clothes for me and my family at good prices, but sometimes the lines make it not worth it. I would go here again, but as soon as I see a long line I would walk right back out again.

Great place to shop! Got everything that you need from make ups and jewelry to clothes and some house stuff. Good parking lot as well,always easy to park and get there. Employees are friendly and welcoming and always trying to help you out. Store is very clean and maintained. Great t- shirt selection in mens section(just own observation) 4 stars only because prices for lots of stuff are not very reasonable.

Our photographer Shauna was very friendly, respectful, and fun to work with. She made sure our engagement photo session for our 5th year Anniversary was what we wanted. I would definitely recommend her.

Sephora is just lier. I asked the assitant to show me best waterproof eyeliner. She recommended which she used to. The eyeliner completely mess! Please Dont try to sell your poor quality products....

This JCPenneys is like all the others but in a tourist area so more crowded and prices a little higher than the other malls. Lots of clearance items and sales. If you download the app, even more savings. Clean, organized, and enough employees to not have to wait in line too long.

Everybody just moves at a snails pace here. The store looks worse than a Marshalls or Ross. If they didnt have a sale on clothes I wouldnt have shopped here

I was looking for Sephora, but I have to say that the service at JC Penney was pretty nice and they had good deals, so I ended up purchasing something! I tend to have a different taste but have spotted items that caught my eye. Really nice purse and jewelry section. They mentioned the credit card, but their deals alone help you save!

If you are buying jewelry with the great discounts at JCPenney, definitely find Miguel Orozco. He was exceptionally helpful and provided us with the best options and assistance. My boyfriend and I had been looking for a ring for a year and we went to 5+ places throughout the time, and we finally found a few good ring options at this store. Many of the ones I loved didnt have my small ring size, therefore we had to continue looking. Miguel took his time and patience to look with us and help us with the decision. He explained the value, prices, and ring types until we finally picked the best one. He actually chose the one i loved the most because he took note of the styles i liked and we FINALLY got the ring thanks to him!! Look no further!

Online order changed my store location, cant cancel my order, this store has to do it and no one answers so..... I am on hold atm with outsourced customer care (been on the phone for an hour and a half) who is trying to get someone to answer so they can cancel my order because corp cant do it either, only the store for pick-up. Buyer Beware. Triple check that store location because double checking doesnt work with JC Penny.

Didnt buy anything but all the staff I seen had mask on and the check lines were short. They didnt have what I was looking for but I wasnt disappointed. I love the clear exit signs.

A wreck of a store. Nice people but really unknowledgable of prices, how to ring up a sale. It made me really wish I had done curbside pickup. Never again. I used to love this Penneys. But it was just very sparce for merchandise, a lot looked old so picked over. I thought I was in Ross but Ross was nicer. Even Sephora didnt have just regular merchandise they normally carry. It was exhausting and a bad experience.

JC Pennys has been around for a long time and you can find mostly anything,, even appliances,, pots Pans clothes, baby items and much more,,relax shopping!!

Dolores at the hair salon at the Florida Mall did an amazing job with highlighting, layering and styling my hair. My natural color is dark brown. I wanted carmel color highlights with layers. She did not disappoint! I walked out looking like a movie star. My hair is long and even after cutting 3 off, I still have long lengths. I receive compliments every where I go, even in Europe! I am very satisfied and definitely will continue to go to her. If you need a good stylist, see Dolores.

It was like the old days (in the 60s and 70s)when people knew what good customer service was and gave it happily. My sales clerk was very helpful during my selection and advised on the technicalities of the fabrics I was looking at and offered a discount. Lots of selection, far more than some of the other competitors names that rhyme with market and ball-mart. I loved the genuine customer service experience and hope JCPenney makes it!

Great deals but the stores thermostat is set set to boiling. Also the cashier asked 5 times to apply for their credit card. I also witnessed her harass the couple on front of me for the same. Talk about obnoxiousEdit: They arent accepting returns which wasnt disclosed during purchase.

They always have great deals and discounts. Qualityand designs are wonderful too. It s the right place to wear elegant clothes without hurting your wallet. They have a hair salon as well and there are also some kids free events throughout the year.

Very easy to talk to and walked us through the procedures making us feel comfortable and confident in here knowledge and ability. Would highly recommend this place. Same as any other JCPenney I walk through in a mall - whereby I see things that may interest me, Google price comparissons and more often than not, see somewhere selling the same thing for less (usually within the same mall). For someone wanting a few different items (from clothes, jewelry, home accessories etc.) and a quick in and out of 1 store experience, then JCPenney is ok for that.
