I love this brand and this store. Employees greeted me and were close by when I needed assistance. What more can I say.

Don’t open on time. Very rude to the customers employees here feel entitled. I don’t think this is a way to run a high-end department store.

Monica was a great personal shopper. She went to the stockroom to ensure we had the sizes and styles we needed.

There are 4 associates in this small store and all of them at one point followed me around the store. I was excited to shop in Armani since it was our vacation to Disney world and I am so disappointed for them to follow me around while shopping. The 4 associates are Hispanic and I am not. I didnt purchase anything because of this.

I went to Florida Mall store today and was attended by the best seller in the world his name is Pablo Ramos I recommend everyone to go and be served by him the good service very friendly also very dedicated thanks Pablo Ramos for helping to find the clothes for my husband on the day today 09.14.20

I was shopping at this Armani store and saw that the manager Abdiel was very rude to his workers. I felt offended because when I need help he was to busy on his phone he needs to take some classes on how to deal with customers and employees. because if he has to say something to one of his employees he should pull them aside and tell them not scream it to where everybody shopping can hear it he thinks he is overpowered.

Ive walked in this store at least 3 times to see what they have nice clothes but the customer service sucks ass. The 3 tones o walked in they look at me up and down, dont smile NADA !! Customer service is so poor. I walk in and feel like they think I have no money to even be walking past it. One tall blonde woman didnt even acknowledge me ( Im not sure if she works there anymore) but I honestly felt so uncomfortable I didnt bother to catch her name. I smiled said Hello like someone who was raised with manners and she just looked at me like Im a bum on the street this is honestly how I felt walking in I shouldnt feel like that I just wanted to walk right out. I make enough to spend whatever money I want at this store but I choose not to because of the service.

In general the mall is nice, the clotches quality is not the beat and the products selling there are outdated but you can expect something different this is an outlet. So take this details in consideration before you go.

The store is very well assembled in relation to the tables and placement of products since they are seen with the naked eye.At the time I went all the items were perfectly placed and with ascending sizes.At the time of paying up to the same cashier she lent herself to go to the store to find me a size of a shirt color.Good attention.
