I cannot say enough about Orlando H-D! While on vacation, we stopped in for hogtoberfest and a t-shirt but left with so much more…..a 2021 SGS. We were very apprehensive about pulling the trigger so far from home but the team there assured me they would take care of me and the absolutely did. Brett Hetzel and the rest of the OHD team treated us fantastic! From sales, to service, to shipping, the whole team was phenomenal. We closed the dealership down that night but walked out dinging the dong. I am so glad I trusted them to make my dreams of owning a SGS come true! Thank you all for everything!!!!

All said and done Cory came back with 21175 price + + +. Said the 18175 was VIP price that required you to buy a $3000 FREE 3 year maintenance plan. Ive been buying Harleys since 1980 worst experience in 40 years and a waste of precious time.

I went in a little over a month ago. I took the class and Ted Knight was an amazing instructor. Thank you Sir for the book knowledge and the street knowledge. My sales guy was Ryan. He was not sales, he facilitated the purchase. We went out on several rides and I liked the bikes but they didnHe was great call my name. I came in the next day and he had the bike I ended up taking home. It is the perfect bike for me. Then Corey helped make it happen. I dont have the best credit, but he was able to work me out a deal for a brand new Harley with what I could afford. Then they took me around and introduced me to everyone at the dealership.Hands down this was one of the best experiences purchasing anything. This team was amazing. I don’t write reviews often and I’m rarely ever impressed. I stopped by this dealership on my way to Tampa while they were holding an event. I wasn’t suffocated with salesmen as soon I looked at a bike. I was able to walk around with my girlfriend and look around while I was still trying to find the courage of getting a bike. I was approached by Ryan Parsons, who from start to finish was a seriously cool guy. He walked me through all the different bikes and possible comfort levels. Explained to me availability of parts and offered me a test ride at any time. I was back within two weeks, met with a Paul Andrade who convinced me to take that test ride. No one was blowing up my phone pestering to come back and buy the bike. Once I had convinced myself to the bike I met up with Ryan who stayed late at the dealer for me and I crunched out the numbers I was happy with a Corey I believe. Never once felt buyer’s remorse and the celebration of getting my first bike will forever be unforgettable to me and my girlfriend. Showed up after Service had closed to drop off my bike and they opened the garage for me to drop it off and between Parts taking care of me and Curly doing quick modifications I couldn’t be happier. Now it’s Father’s Day weekend and I’m bringing my Dad to Harley to convince him to buy a bike too! Everyone there has been helpful, genuine, and Ryan and Paul have been nothing but accommodating. I will never buy a bike anywhere else.

After completing the new rider course, which was amazing, it got a novice like me familiarized and able to operate a motorcycle proficiently by the end of the three days. Great coach who was able to make the experience fun and very educational but didnt cause much anxiety or fear of the motorcycle.I wanted to get a quote for a bike but I didnt think I could get a good deal without a decent down payment but thanks to me completing the riders course they gave me a great deal. Eddie who was my sales person and Corey were very accommodating and super helpful getting me a great deal and had me walking our as a new owner of a sportster!Eddie stayed in contact with me after the purchase while arranging free delivery to my home and the team has checked in to see how I am enjoying my new bike and if I need anything I know I can always send Eddie a quick text or call the dealership with any questions or concerns.

Place was nice, but I didnt make it into the building. They set up demo bikes for us to try. It was so much fun! A fitter for bikes came to me to ask how I was doing and gave me some very helpful information. He was very nice and I would recommend this place if your interested in Harley Davidson bikes.
