Ive been here 3 times so far and I cant say enough how great this place is. The servers are super nice, great customer service and my friends and I always have an amazing time. The best part is that the smoke shop is connected next door and youre able to buy whatever you need on your way out. Highly recommend!!

BEST hookah place in town for sure! Way less expensive than anywhere in downtown and the atmosphere is so relaxed and fun. Giana is typically my server there and she makes the place 10x better! She’s always on top of my refills and always goes above and beyond to accommodate me during my visit. The place is clean and workers are always friendly. Check out Layalina you won’t regret it!

Went to this lounge after my wedding with my wedding party. The owner is very responsive and made sure that everything was in order before we arrived. There was even a red carpet outside to welcome us! Everyone was nice and they made us feel very welcomed, from the bar tender to the young man who was working at the door. I will definitely go back and my wedding party loved it!Thank you so much.

I cant even begin to explain how disappointed I am about this place. I just moved to Orlando recently from Miami, so this isnt my first hookah bar experience.. The issues started with the bartender gave himself an automatic tip I was not informed of. Next, they didnt ask for our I.Ds or State DL to verify anyones age. Also, it smelled of old wet gym socks inside the lounge...And last but not least I find out the cashier inside of the smoke shop portion of the business illegally gave himself a $5 tip added to the total of items I purchased at the end of the night...Im not worried about the shady tip adding employees and I dont care enough to bring my receipts and screenshots of my bank statements (which would prove the employees are thieves), I just dont want this to happen to anyone else..As a retired United States Marine Corps veteran, I was completely disgusted by the actions of the current employees...

Guess I consider myself a regular now here and really enjoy the atmosphere. Perfect place to chill and have a good hookah and a beer after work! Ive been to many hookah lounges all across the US and enjoy this one! Attentive waitresses and always keep the coals and beers topped off! Would recommend to anyone in the Orlando area!

Guys here don’t know the law or how to treat people with respect when they know what they’re talking about. Lost yourselves a customer.Not referring to the law that passes October 1st the same guy sold to me a few days before checked my ID and everything.

Poor service and terrible drinks but they ll charge you 18% tip automatically.

This place steals your money. The employees always put a tip on your total after you leave. I’ll never shop here again.

Hookah is always bad and taste weird at this place. There were three servers two girls and a guy the girls were chilling texting & smoking and the guy was the only one doing most of the work! Was so annoying to witness. I asked for natural coils which they charge for and I got it an hour later after the trashy coils they gave me made the head bad. Very disappointed, though 2 stars for the guy who was working hard. Wont be back!

I like this place. I will change it to 5 stars if they improve their taste of music and also dont use the cheapest tea in the market.

Best place to go in the world! I was a longtime customer before being granted the shot to work ! The owner and staff are fantastic to both customers and co workers. Best hookah you’ll ever have in the lounge and the best parts for hookahs (and just about everything else) are sold right next door in the shop! Seriously a one-stop shop for all your smoking needs and the promotions can’t be beat. I’d give this place 6/5 stars if I could.

This place sells broken vapes. I was about to come in when I saw the store kick out a customer for complaining about a broken vape. The customer paid for the vape and opened it inside to check if it’s good and it was broken. They didn’t care and told him to leave. Terrible store! The owner of this store is a scum who only cares about money. Never come here!!!

Layalina has become my second home when I want to get away from stress. The owner and the employees treat you like family and the service is spectacular. They have amazing deals like happy hour 5-7pm with the 10$ hookahs. They also have college night on Thursdays and weekends are a blast. You wont regret coming here and the experience that comes with it!

Very nice hookah lounge. The staff there is so friendly and attentive to all of their customers. Any time the coal begins to run out they are quick to refill for no charge extra. It’s a great atmosphere with great music and the owner is really involved which explains why things run so well. Overall an A+ hookah lounge. Oh and the alcoholic drinks are great. My friends and I will definitely return!

Do not buy anything from the smoke shop. They have this deal on Puff Bars. 3 for $22. I bought 6 for $45. At other smoke shops its usually 4 for 40. But all 6 were dented, tasted so bad to the point where I could not even hit them because of the taste. The guy sounded so nice and said no one else is doing the deal. But because other smoke shops are not selling terrible products. Will never go back.

If I could rate this lounge over 5 stars I absolutely would! I come to Layalina at minimum 4 times a week where I can get a fresh hookah always made to perfection (recommend the mint blueberry with ice hose!), delicious coffees and drinks. I can either pull out my laptop and work or just enjoy the social atmosphere with friends. And the service...the staff and owners know my name and greet me like Im family; always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

This hookah lounge is honestly my favorite place. The owners remember you time after time and always show great appreciation. They have great deals on thursdays which is college night and then they have Latin nights with a live DJ on Friday and Saturday. Drinks are good. Staff is friendly. Hookah is amazing!

Saturday, was a busy night for the staff here as the inside and outside is were almost completely full at 12:30 when I arrived. I took it upon myself to ask for a menu and be seated. Shorty after, I was met by my waitress who was in a pleasant mood and ready to guide me since this was my first time here. I ordered a House Flavor Hookah and a Coffee beverage. I got new coals for the hookah and sugar for my coffee without asking, and the DJ was LIT for the rest of the night. The only thing that could have been better is that I had to wait a while for my check.

Best Hookah Lounge i’ve been to in a while. Everybody has such good energy; the owner, servers, dj’s, regulars, and security. Drinks and hookah taste great, the vibe is overall really good.

Been coming here for a long time before the current management took over. The current management is running this hookah lounge the way a hookah lounge should be. I feel like the workers are my family they are very good at catering to customers. The hookah is consistent and clean every time so its my go to any weekend. Plus they got the DJ in on the weekend so it gets packed! Always a lituation on Saturday nights. Definitely would recommend any day of the week though. Great place and I look forward to enjoying their services for a long time

Layalina is by far the best hookah lounge I have been to. I live right across the street and Im there at least three times a week. Owned and ran by great friendly people. Great atmosphere and they have a dj on Friday and Saturdays. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Oh and great prices!

Most laid back hookah lounge I have been to in a while! Hookahs are all on point! Customer service is 100% never had to ask for fresh coals! and the employees were all down to earth! good selection of drinks Beer/wine/tee/coffee. All around nice place!

One of my top 3 favorite hookah lounges in the UCF area! Since they went under new management recently the environment and service is great! You sit anywhere, and you have like your own server who gives you the menu and the prices are great to share hookah with a group of friends. Whenever I want to get a good hookah, Layalina is the place to go. Unlike other places where each person has to pay to get in, Layalina has various prices and flavors and not everyone has to pay, even if they arent smoking!

Had an awesome time for my birthday. Went on a friday night and had a blast. The owner is super sweet and reserved a section for my group of 16 people. Service was awesome and the hookah was good.

One of the nicest places I have ever been to, and the hookah’s are really good to be honest. I was in washington and went to a hookah lounge, the hookah was not good at all, but whenever I tried this hookah at this lounge, it came out really good and introduced me to new flavors like starbuzz and fumari. Great experience and the owner was pretty welcoming and very nice at the same time. Right place and the right mood for a hookah lounge.

This place is shady ordered hookah didnt even taste like what I ordered then it took them about 15 min to bring out new coals and I had to ask the girl. My GF was it felt hot inside with no ac on but the door open. Come on! turn on ac for gods sake!

First time there on vacation and I was stopped at the door. I was told there was no room so I couldnt get in. I dont know why but it got me upset because Im not from Orlando and I drove around just to find a night spot.. Then as Im sitting in my car watching the door hes letting people in... Never coming back

Customer service is the worst I seen in years. Server never comes to our table, I had to signal to staff behind the bar. They finally bring our drinks and hookah. server comes over to explain to us about a cover charge of $5 each = $10. WHAT! 20 minutes later after we already ordered.they served my white wine in a child-size mini cognac glass. I ask for a proper WINE glass which I saw hanging from the bar, they refused, saying this is we serve it. Wine is $3 a bottle, dont be so petty!!The TVs didnt work no signal and the atmosphere was super LAME!!!Good luck Layalina, well see how long you stay in business without any customers. Customer service is everything.

One of my friends got kicked out for smoking CBD to help with his PTSD from being a combat veteran. The owner told the security to “keep an eye out for us” even though we confronted him about the situation. He thinks THC and CBD are the same and after we told him our friend could just put it in the car he said “he disrespected the place.” This place has terrible management and is disrespectful towards veterans. He even charged us for drinks that we got specifically for him. Please avoid this place at all costs. Thank you.

My favorite hookah lounge! DJ every weekend and free wi-fi! Good music even when there is no dj too. Lots of different flavors and add ons for your hookah at very reasonable prices compared to most lounges I’ve been to. You also have the choice to sit inside or outside which I don’t see at a lot of lounges. A lot of drink choices!! alcoholic and non alcoholic. It’s a nice cozy place.

I visited this hookah bar and it was a great experience, friendly staff, the owner was friendly and professional, and they have a great selection, quality tobacco and clean hookahs.

Its a cold day in Florida, not often it does get cold here but the place was freezing! They could have put the heat on...The music was to loud...The blow out valve on the hookah was stuck...Its close to my work but not to sure Ill come back... Maybe next time will be better.

Just left from Layalina Hookah Lounge. There were 3 of us and our order was: 2 hookahs and a pot of hot tea. How was our bill $70? Apparently there was a $15 DJ fee (lol) but as if that wasnt ridiculous enough - we specifically asked to sit outside when we noticed the DJ getting ready to start his set. So we got charged for NOT listening to the DJ. Ok. Then they automatically charge an 18% gratuity fee. So all of the extra fees are charged with no one telling you or it being posted anywhere. This place should come with fine print. I dont appreciate the way they do business if its done in that way and for that reason I wont be going back, Ill be sure to tell everyone I know not to either and if youre reading this review - I suggest taking your money to some place that doesnt overcharge their customers in a shady way. I could have paid the same money for the same order on south beach. Ridiculous.

I bought this groupon online and I called in to see the hours first it was a cell phone I was calling could barley hear the guy I told them I had a groupon and immediately he gave me an attitude and was short. I go in the place is not clean smells like bad smoke and the hookah didnt even taste good. change your attitudes good thing I didnt pay much.
