First time I took my phone to fix the volume button stop working. 2nd time I took it there the camera glass fell off. Prices are cheap but so is quality of work

I visited Mr.Cell after having troubles with my phone battery. I wanted someone to do the replacement for me so I could be sure it was done properly. They did an outstanding job and the difference is night and day, my phone used to die everyday and now it easily lasts on one charge. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the replacement, but even gave me a phone to borrow for the few hours I had to leave mine at their shop.Also, I had asked for a recommendation for a new charger block as my stock one that came with the phone seems to take forever to charge. I was recommended and shown the charger that they used personally on their phone. Talk about a genuine interest and desire to help. That product works fantastic.All of that combined with how friendly and knowledgeable the representatives were made it hard to believe how good of a deal I was getting. This is the only place I will go to for any cell phone needs and will be happy to recommend my friends.

They charge me $200 to fix my LCD and my glass and all they did was replace the glass and the top side of my whole phone still didn’t work And they also broke both my front camera and my rear camera which were working perfectly fine....????when I called and asked them if they can replace it or fix it they said I have to have a receipt and since I didn’t have the receipt anymore they wouldn’t help me they are the biggest scam artist in Orlando they have no idea what they are doing and they also tried to close the store I originally went to without notifying me they were closing it and changing locations which in other words is trying to steal my phone they belong in jail I will be taking them to court very soon

Friendly representatives, repair took a little longer than most places. After screen repair, a soft key stopped working. They agreed to repair for free but after the repair my phone wouldnt hold a connection to the network unless I was on wifi. Phone company tried everything but said it must be the phone, and maybe an antenna or something was accidentally damaged during repair.Unfortunately after paying $180 for the screen repair I ended up forced to buy a new phone:(

Phone was fixed and it looks good. I was however a little sad that they did not call me when it was ready. I had to call them before they closed to find out it was ready. Not a big deal but a call would of been nice. Still good price and repair though.

Went in to have my screen fix on my Nexus 6. They advised me the quote, but for 50 more I could get a brand new one from Amazon. I like the fact that they would loose business to keep to help me out. They also were real knowledgeable about phones in general in the conversation I had with them. Would recommend due to knowledge and honesty.

I do not recommend it, do not go there. They do not know how to fix memory card slot and they keep the money from customers and deliver the cell without fixing it. And they returning a cell that does not work. When this happens, go to the Customer Affairs Department and report. They make you believe that they do not speak Spanish. Cheaper and faster than anybody else. I tried to get my phone fixed at 2 places by my house and they said could not fix my phone until the following day. I searched and found good reviews for mr.cell and decided to make the short drive. Well needless to say I am super happy and its ONLY been 2 hours. Recommend this place all the way if you want somebody who knows what they are doing and take their job seriously.

BEWARE!!!HIGH DRAIN 100%- 10 in 3 hrs of standby...(Condensed version)This company prays upon the fact that your cellphone is essential to modern day life. The screen repair and home button was done quickly with quite a few flaws one being the mounting screws for the screen. My phone now drains 90% in 3 hrs of no use. After contacting them about the issue they told me a bunch of issues with the phone that was not brought to my attention upon return of my phone. My time started shady with them and a full description of the story below.(FULL)I contacted this company to have my I-phone screen repaired and the home button replaced. Before the repair I asked what kind of screens did they use and the lady was very elusive to this and repeated high quality after market screens. Out of desperation I continued with the transaction.After picking up the phone the gentleman explained to me that I had a few screws missing from prior work and that he replaced them (THIS IS ALL HE TOLD ME).Upon further examination of the phone the only thing that he personally told me he did was not done. The two screws that hold down the screen were not in the phone. These two screws being missing also doesnt allow the Iphone home Last I checked when you go to have your screen replaced you mount the screen too.After calling them to tell them about my issues they immediately blamed me for it saying an aftermarket battery that I have in it is causing the issues and that water damage was found in the phone. They hung up on me when I told them they were the reason my phone is messed up now.I personally have replaced the battery and screen numerous of times. Im also Adobe, Microsoft certified and have had the responsibility of repairing laptops and PCs from the age of 14 for Boone Highschool. I had them do it simply because I didnt want to go through the trouble of reapplying seals throughout the phone.I continuously called them back to talk to someone about my issues and they literally cursed me out and hung upThe professionalism (Cursing at customers over the phone, Owning up to their mistakes) of this place shows the quality of work you will receive.My financial adviser already told me they will be reporting it as a fraudulent charge as soon as its finished pending.

I had gone there to fix my Iphone 7 plus screen Chris was the guy who fixed it and was great and just took 20 mins flat to do it and charged about $ 70. His replaced screen was much better than the one I had earlier replaced from a branded store and was reasonable and much fast. I would definitely recommend them for cell phone and even your computer issue. Ehab look after that he too is a great guy and has services my computer too

I am beyond disappointed. Not only does my phone go extra slow and freezes, but my screen light flickers too, AND my phone is missing pieces. Yes, they got it done in 30 minutes and their prices are great but the quality of the work sucks. I went back to ask them to refix it during the 90 day warranty and they cleaned the inside of the phone and gave it back and said they needed a video of the screen flickering in order for them to proceed. I recommended this place to a bunch of people prior to my phone issues AND ALL OF THEM WERE UNHAPPY. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else.

This is a repair store that takes pride in the work it does and knows how to treat their customers. I brought in my phone to repair the lcd. Jesus(this is his name) took good care of me. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. I was nervous about replacing the lcd and he assured me he would make it new again. He delivered and I am happy with my phone.

Experience was AWFUL! Called on 7/31 to get phone repaired. Was assured it could be fixed. Shipped it same day. After that repeated phone calls went un-answered or if they were I was told someone would call me back (I only got 2 call backs and I made 15 different calls). Was told the phone was not fixable and they would ship it back and refund the money that they made me pay up front. The phone came back on 8/22 and there was no refund check. More calls were made and I was ASSURED that the refund went out when the phone did but in a separate envelope. It is now 9/3 and still no check and still no call back about it. VERY FRUSTRATING. NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

They admitted it had been damaged during the repair due to the cracked glass but they were honest and told me it would be another hour for them to fix it. At first we were mad but ended up happy after he was so nice and courteous. They took responsibility and fixed it. Thats what matters. Thank you Jose!

They dont warranty their screen repairs. Screen didnt work properly from repair date. Screen cracked on its own and Mr Cell refused to repair or correct the problem.

I have a LG G2. My screen cracked and half of my LCD was not poerational. I paid over a 100 dollars to get it fixed only to have my phone returned to me with a broken sensor. When i make calls the screen goes completely black and wont come back unless the other person hangs up. There is also many times through the day when the phone wont unlock. I reported the problem the same day i got my phone back around 5:15 only to be told to come back another day because they were about to close. I had a weekend trip to Miami for spring break the next day, which is why i wanted my screen fixed in the first place. So you can imagine the inconvienece. I came to get it fixed the morning of my trip, only to get the exact same results. I recently asked to bring it in again only to be told they were really busy and my best bet would be to bring it another day. My phone has been broken for two weeks now and I don;t think they too much care whether or not my phone is fixed. They had the best price, but the customer care is below mediocre.

Had to leave this review to save some other people. The guys at mrcell did a great job at fixing this Samsung. After getting told by multiple repair shops that it couldnt be fixed and not only did they fix it.for me but only charged me 90 bucks. I shattered the glass on my Samsung Galaxy S5 pretty badly but the phone still worked fine. Rather than pay the $175.00 to insurance for a refurbished phone I searched for a place that may be able to fix it. After reading the reviews of Smartphone repair places, I decided that Mr. Cell was the place to go. I brought the phone in and spoke with Miguel, I let him know that I had to have the phone back today as I am leaving tomorrow for a business trip and use this phone for business. Both Miguel and the other gentleman (didnt get his name) were great and I highly recommend them. I dropped the phone off at 11:30 and had it back with new glass and looking as good as new at 3:00pm. Only $100.00 plus tax out the door and best of all, I dont have to deal with loading all of my apps and information on a refurbished phone from T-Mobile. I seriously cant tell that this isnt the original glass. Damaging your phone sucks! These guys make it a little less painful.

I took my Note 4 to them to have the screen replaced. They replaced the screen and had it finished the same day as promised, but when I got the phone back the front facing camera was a complete blur. I called them and they told me it happens sometimes if the glue gets on the lens and they told me to bring it back in so they can clean it. Took it back...cleaning it didnt work. It came down to them ordering a new camera. They installed the new camera....now the camera doesnt work at all and the rear facing cameras quality has been horrible sine the 2nd time they worked on it. After FOUR months of going back and forth and waiting on parts to arrive I was told they cant fix it and Id have to take it to Samsung. When I got upset I was told the camera could have not been working before they ever worked on it......I guess they forgot that when I brought it back it was still working, just a blur from the glue on it. Ive cut my losses on this one, but beware....dont be fooled by the friendliness. I was better off with a cracked screen. Now I dont even have one good camera.

Ok, so here was my situation, I had been hating myself for about 6 days because I dropped my Galaxy s6 and it broke, I tried TWO Verizon stores they were worthless, tried TWO BestBuys they were worthless, called another company down the street they told me my repair wouldve been around $300 and i wouldnt get it until next week, all I needed was a data transfer, finally went to Mr. Cell and I talked with three different representatives the last ones name was Jesus, all three of them knocked my socks off when it came to customer service and better yet after all was said and done I paid less than $60! Couldnt be happier, anything and everything that I have problems with, Im going straight to these guys and so should you!

Screen on my Galaxy was shattered. Other places wanted to replace it for over $100.I stopped at Mr. Cell when driving by and glad I did. They said it wasnt the screen but the protective shield. They fixed it that same morning for $60.

Friendly people, totally incompetent. When I first went in, the initial repair left the phone with strange bubble between the screen and the lcd, I asked for this to be repaired and they had me wait for 5 hours just to get another screen and it didnt even solve the problem so I resigned to accept it. About a week later, the screen began peeling off from the phone. It seems it was poorly glued to the phone, I went in to get it repaired only to come back the next week as the opposite corner was now peeling off. To top it off, I woke up this morning with a cracked LCD and the screen peeling off yet again. In addition to the $165 I already paid for the initial shoddy job, they wanted to charge me another $130 to fix it. Save yourself the headache and money and go literally anywhere else.

There are now dead spots on my screen that do not work when you touch them. I took it back 3 times for them to fix it, but they never could. Dont waste your time or money with this place.

I came in to get my phone repaired for a charging port that had gone bad on my LG V10. A month later it stopped working again. I brought it back and they fixed it for free but said it was because Im pushing the charging wire in too hard. It acted up again after another and same story.I ended up going to a different place and the tech showed me how the port they soldered on was the wrong size, they had forgotten the put a screw back in, all of the pins were disconnected from the pads and one of the pads was loose off the board.So basically they had 2 additional chances to at least cover their mistake and fix it and they said it was my fault instead for being too aggressive when plugging my phone up.
