Employers dont pay what they should nor do they pay what theyve promised. Workers are forced to work hours that werent agreed on upon getting hired, and are not getting paid the rightfully owed overtime. Furthermore, workers cant obtain the training needed. They do not receive breaks during their nine hour shifts and sometimes get in trouble for leaving to go use the restroom. Hope to see some change in the treatment towards one of the most vital components of a company.
We were in town on vacation and needed to pay a phone bill. They were very easy to locate and very nice. Customer service was great. They were also very fast, which we really appreciated because we were on vacation and short on time.

I purchased a shatterproof glass protector for my 6S iPhone. Unfortunately I did not check it for defects at the store. The sales person told me she could not attach it to my phone but I would have to do that on my own and that she had checked the shatterproof glass and that there were no imperfections in it. Although I did not see her do this, I did see her open the package and there were two cleaning swabs in there as well as a case holding the shatter proof glass. There were no instructions on the inside of the packaging.I was on vacation on Santa Rosa Beach when my old glass protector shattered. I went to another boost mobile store to see if they had a replacement and they sent me to this location on Bayou Blvd., Pensacola, FL. When we got back to the hotel I used the swabs to clean off my I phone after pulling off the old protector. I removed the new shatter proof glass protector from its foam casing by the small Tab at the top of the protector when I saw the small bullet hole type of shatter at the top of the protector. After explaining all of this to Amber, she instructed me to take off a film using the small tab on the protector – and when I did start to pull on it a huge crack formed from the bulls eye to the left side of the screen.After several phone calls she assured me that we could come in the following day (Sunday) at 12 oclock and exchange the product for a new one or get a credit if they didnt have the product I needed. We had planned on leaving Pensacola Beach at 10:00 AM on Sunday morning since we had to go back to New Orleans. We would never have waited around another two hours if she had told us then and there that it was not returnable and they wouldnt give us a new one. Just a phone call from her telling us the truth would have saved us a lot of time and aggravation. I will contest this with my credit card provider as I think that the whole incident was avoidable. This particular item was defective and shouldve been replaced according to boost mobiles own warranty on the receipt. Please let me know how you want to handle this matter.
