This Verizon stores allows unauthorized users to add lines and products to your account. This is a huge privacy violation and they do not take any accountability. Your sales associates should be trained properly. Proper identification and verification are suppose to be verified before any discussion of any accounts. This is disappointing. I will be ending my service with Verizon after 7 years.

This people are the best!!! They are super honest and fun! Sales rep Alex it’s amazing!!! He explained every single charge that wasn’t explained on my account from a previous visit to other location. I ended up buying a tablet from him just because how he offered it. Keep up the good work guys!

I liked the people in this place because they are friendly but from start Ive come with my unlimited plan paying 70 per mouth and they told me that I would pay 50 per mouth if I changed for business but it not happened, I leave the store paying 100 per mouth and needed to pay a fee for cancel what made me upset about the store, recently I payed this tax that would probably free me from this problem but It didnt happened I called verizon and they told me that my service isnt cancelled, its such a bad and frustation situation because the verizon service is good but the store lack honesty

I arrived at the store at 12 when they said it was open, waited 20 minutes, no one has even opened up the store! I put in a curb side pick up and cannot leave until I get my phone as I can’t transfer the service since my order already went through. The store should be open when the store hours reflect. I don’t live in Orlando and I should not have to wait another week to get my phone because a store didn’t open on time.

As I write this review. I am sitting in the Verizon store, and the purpose of my visit was to make an exchange and a return. My fiance and I bought the new Galaxy s9 and some accessories. One of those accessories was a tempered glass screen protector. Well, that gave us the galaxy s8 protector and we came back to make an exchange for the correct s9 protector. The associate Cesar attempted to convince me that the s8 protector was a greater option and went on to explain why. If that was the case, why did they make a s9 protector? After he went on to change our protector, he came out with protector and the screen had bubbles ALL over it. The manager Jordan told us we need to use a mini scharple to remove the bubbles.After that we attempted to get a refund on the other accesorries we bought. Which was a wireless charger, a case, and the car mount. However the manager Jordan, began to ask why we dont need the case, and then explain that he was worried about our phone being without a case. He continued to ask us personal questions, in an attempt to refuse our refund. I explained to them firmly we want a refund on these and the manager refused .I am currently on the phone with customer service in attempt to resolve this. This store has previous reviews of this type of conduct. We will not be back to this location again.I am posting a photo of the associates all watching the football game today, during my visit.

Worst Verizon store ever. I’ve been to multiple locations, but this one is something special. Associates skipped me 3 times. I walked to the store, I wasn’t greeted, patiently waited 30 minutes and other customers walked in, and associate approached those just walked in customers behind of me. What a bs workers are here. So far 4 people were served faster than somebody actually asked to help me with anything.

I am pretty upset that I purchased my phone and new plan from the Verizon on Kirkman. Lazy staff that can’t seem to help with anything. Purchase your phone and plan from a different store. I called another store and they stated they would have helped me but I since I purchased from Kirkman, I would have to go there. STAY away from this one. You will not get the help you need.

Every time he promise to give credit and says it will reflect on the next bill but havent got any thing. Now he says there is no trade in phone shows in my account.. all they care is to sell phone and make commissions..

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!!!!I purchased two phones with their Buy One Get One deal. I was told by the sales representative that after two months I can take of BOTH of the phones off of verizon service by paying of the full payment of the first phone. 5 months later, I paid of the phone and asked the sales representative if I am still under contract for any of these phones and that if I do leave the service, will I be charge any additional fees towards these phones? The sales representative said NO, YOU ARE GOOD TO GO. 2 months later I see a random charge from verizon onto my account, when I called customer service they told me I was still under contract for the 2nd phone and when I left the service I broke THE CONTRACT. Now I have to pay for 2 phones, when I was told I would only be paying for one of these phones by the sales representative. Clearly, the sales representative lied to make the sell and when I went back to confront him, another representative came out and talked to me and wouldnt let me communicate with the sales representative who sold me the phone. It is plain ridiculous how you manipulate and lie to sell phones to your customers. Even the customer service lady was shocked that this happened to me and was very helpful throughout working through this experience and offer to set up a payment plan for the second phone. I will never go back to this store again to purchase anything and If you do not wish to be scammed you should not go there either.I called the customer service after this post from Verizon with the Google reference number. I kept getting transfer to different departments then I was told that a supervisor will call me back and I never received a call from that supervisor. I had to make my payment of the second phone in full after this. Verizon is really not what it used to be. I have never had such a bad experience with any cellphone provider ever in my lifetime. I am never returning to Verizon.

The worst service ever. I thought Sprint was bad. Verizon far exceeded. 3 phones later. 1st phone dead on arrival they called it. Basically I purchased a lemon. Staff admit to it but rude. Then talked me into upgrading phone cost me over 400.00 then said not in stock have to wait. Use old phone. Promise service on old phone for 2 days until phone came in. Walked out no service. Said I need to upgrade plan. Double price in plan to almost 100.00 month. 3 months later. Still off and on internet and 3G service. Over and over customer service never calls back like they promise. Verizon isnt what it used to be and still paying double the price. Changed carriers this month.

Worse experience ever!!!Every time I walk in it goes like this:The assistant thats helping is clueless and rude. One of the guys doesnt know what he was talking about and keep offering upgrades.Dont need one.The lady standing next to him is just on her tablet, glaring at everyone. Another guy is showing everyone else funny emails. And the other employees are standing and staring.Never going back to this location.Id rather drive an extra hour out of my way to find a different store.

Reps are clueless. I hate to be wrong, but what I hate more is being lied to and mislead. Michelle? She’s rude, nasty and has no ethics. She told me I couldn’t return a case purchased at another corporate store... I went through the hassle of calling the original store I purchased it at and they advised I could return to any corporate store. Also, chatted AND texted Verizon about this and they confirmed I could. She gave me a hard time for nothing. Well, I paid her a visit and had her process my return although she said she couldn’t. Baibeh, you picked the wrong one.

This store has the worse customer service when returning an item. They simply ignore you which makes me want to take all verizon items back and go with another carrier. I wonder why they cant just be nice. Being rude doesnt show that you are friendly at all but shows how you try to bully people into keeping a product they dont need.

I gave one star because its mandatory to write a review. The worst service Ive ever seen. We arrived to the store 30 minutes before they closed looking for tree new cellphones services. They didnt have any assistant available, only had two other clients in the whole store and they asked us to wait. Was very rudge to have two potential buyers waiting 40 minutes, close the door on their faces and then just say good night when we finally decided to leave. If your associates wont give service 30 or 45 before clock out because they are hurry to go out, please let the clients know. We have no time to waste.

Never had an issue with Verizon for years. I Went in for an upgrade on a business account. After reviewing which phone I wanted online at home. I went to the Verizon store to get the iPhone 8 Plus. Service was great and happy with my purchase. I was helped with transferring all my data to the new phone. I went home and noticed that the Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter was missing from the box. I went on the Verizon website to verify and it says the 3.5mm headphone jack adapter is included under the “what’s in the box “ tab. I go to the apple store to verify why the manufacturer did not included the headphone jack adapter or if it was a mistake. I show them the Verizon website showing them that iPhone 8 Plus comes with it. They told me “yes that’s true, it’s in their website they HAVE to give you the headphone jack adapter, because it DOES come with it .” I go back to the Verizon store to let them know that I am missing the headphone jack adapter. The manager there said “They no longer come with the iPhone 8-8plus”. I then explained, that is not true because according to the Verizon website the headphone jack adapter does come with it. The manager then says “are you sure it wasn’t in the box?, did you check correctly? It wasn’t behind the earphones?” He kept questioning me, as if I didn’t take everything apart in the box already myself. He then said”well, you have to go apple because I don’t have any extra here”. (Mind you, I already went to the apple store to verify&they told me Verizon has to give me the adapter or to compensate for it). Then a sales associate (female) at Verizon(I forgot to get her name), noticed my frustration because the manager was refusing to help. Nicely asked me “What do you need?, I have extra headphone jack adapters in the back”. Iam thankful for her help and more dissatisfied with the manager’s customer service. After I left, I called Verizon to file a complaint about the whole situation,as to why the manager was misinformed and unaware of the Verizon website and what products come with their phones. At that point it would have been considered false advertising. While filing the complaint,Verizon was happy to become aware of the situation so this does not happen again to other valuable customers and that the female worker nicely gave me what I needed.

If I could rate this particular Verizon store it would be a flat zero. Where do I even begin... God for bid if you want to return something after 24 hours,with a receipt and employee selling you the wrong item you need. The manager Jordon is a complete joke. He was completely rude and nasty throughout the whole process. Not only did he refuse to return my item he want me to go to another store to return them.. things like this makes me think twice doing business with Verizon. So shock that Verizon allows these people to work here...

This location is disappointing every time I visit. Ive held off on a review until now. There is no excuse for the condescension and poor service I received.Im a 30 year old who ended up with a completely unneccessary explanation on how monthly installments work and, of all things, sales tax. As if I had no concept of it, wowwie.Had a very simple question, it was yes or no. When they tried to explain the no I realized that they werent really hearing me. I suspected that they were treating two different methods of payment as being two different total prices, for some unknown reason. This is because an associate said that a discount applied to one, but not the other type of price, even when I asked if they were the same. They cut me off many times when I tried to keep the conversation from being derailed any further. Even when I specified what it was, they brushed everything about my question aside to give me a lengthy breakdown of something I didnt care about whatsoever, twice. I suppose it did not help that the initial answer ended up completely contradicting the final answer I received. 1. The total price, in terms of the two prices, was the same. It was just that one was payment all at once, and the other in installments (obviously, despite the initial answer to the contrary). And 2. Yes, the discount that applied to the entire price (yes, that includes sales tax) was available for either payment method.That said, I was never even told about such a discount by the associate when I came in earlier. I even asked point blank about any discounts at all toward the entire price. Same associate chimed in with the other as they explained to me that it exists and how it works.I feel like at the end of the day, the left hand didnt know what the right was doing. Assumptions were made that I was already made aware of things. Then, it was as if they assumed I was a highschooler who never went shopping without parents before. To top it off, some of the poorest listening skills Ive ever encountered. Never asked for a spiel or a grade school lesson.As a side note, the discount offered was pitiful.

Lets see where should I begin...Maybe the thing that annoys me the most is the unprofessionalism and the managers and staff telling the customer that they are wrong straight to their face when the associates lied to you just to make the sale in the beginning.Or maybe it was the fact that they are understaffed and only had one employee to help and a manager and the manager said that he would not help me because he has commissioned sales people for that and that I must wait for the one available employee to be finished with four customers ahead of me.Then when I experience problems with the phone I come back four times within a two-week period. And the employee guesses at what the correct answer should be instead of telling me that they dont know finally to figure out that the phone is not going to be able to suit my needs.Then when it comes time to return the product they keep telling me to come back multiple times because they have dont have enough cash to handle it.On top of that theyre not even going to waive the restocking fee for all the aggravation that Ive been put through.I would save your money do not do business with this location go to Best Buy instead.
