Javier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my husband and myself. He had to deal with Corporate to get the promotion for both of our phones. For some reason after he seen our promotions they disappeared. It took Javier 2 days but he got the promotion back and it saved us a lot of money. Javier made sure we got the best deal for us. I usually always do Corporate Stores for Verizon but my experience at this location was top notch. My daughter dropped her iPhone and cracked the screen. The gentleman had everything from start to finish completed within 45 minutes. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. The retail is excellent located on Vineland near the premium outlet. Pickup parking excellent located in front of store. Covid-19 instructions clearly defined before and upon entering the store. Service was excellent.

I seldom have great experiences with technology and stores that sell and fix technology, but this Verizon store has the kindest and most hardworking employees. I would travel across Orlando to go to this specific Verizon location. Javier, the store manager, is so friendly and stops at nothing to make sure all of my questions are answered and solutions are made to fix my iPhone. I went this Sunday morning when the store opened and Alex was the only employee working. Two more customers came in immediately after me. Nice guy trying to help tonight. But they had us waiting for 1 hr. Only 1 person working and only 1 customer allowed in at a time. Then the guy in front of me walked right back out saying the guy misled him and they ended up not having what he asked for over the phone and made him wait for an hour for nothing. He ended up not getting service because he tried unsuccessfully to access our account and the system locked him out for another 40 min! We just had to leave.

Had an issue with our cell phone whilst on vacation in Orlando. This was the closest Verizon store. Very helpful staff. Was able to get us out of the store with a new phone but were also willing to get one shipped to our resort next day if needed. Also checked to ensure we had the best plan. My husband and I were on vacation in the Orlando area and my phone would not take a charge. I was so disappointed because I wanted to use my phone to take pictures of our time there. We went to the Verizon store that GOOGLE suggested was close to where we were. I am so grateful that the VERIZON store at 8600 Vineland Ave., Orlando was the store we went to. Darwin Perez was the most helpful store associate we have ever encountered in any type store, of any kind that we have EVER been to. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my phone and proceeded to fix it, right on the spot! He then explained we were eligible for new Galaxy pads and not only got them for us - he set them up and made sure we knew how to operate them. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I cant thank him enough for making the rest of our vacation one we wont forget, because my phone worked after he fixed it and I was able to take lots of pictures. Anyone who lives anywhere near this store, should go there because you will be treated like you are a valuable customer. Best Verizon store I’ve ever been too! Usually when I have a problem with my bill and I go to a Verizon store I’m told “We only do sales. Here’s the phone number. There’s the door!” But at this store Javier and Jeffrey changed my whole opinion of Verizon stores. Javier helped me through the whole process of straightening out our huge bill and the problems with our international plan that made it so high. He was SO patient. After that wonderful service we decided to buy a new iPhone and a new iPad. He worked really hard to find every rebate and deal he could to get us the best possible deal. He also got us on a plan that was better and cost less! Jeffrey jumped in and together these tech gurus got my devices all working smoothly before we left the store. Jeffrey patiently taught me how to use my new iPhone which was not easy because A. I’m horrible with technology and B. I hadn’t bought a new phone in 3 years. I really am amazed at how different this store is from the countless others I’ve been to in any city in any state!

Came to activate business device. When completed on yeah it is a 21 dollar charge to activate. Its free at a regular store which was 2 miles away. Reply well its already done and needs to be paid. Just not what I expect from a Verizon retailer. Tell be fore you grab phone and activate do want to pay 21 or go to regular store and done for free. Then guy says I might be able to not charge you, but say nope machine states it has to. Dont go there for anything but a headache.

I wound up having possibly my best cell phone store experience ever and I was in and out in just under an hour. Marwin was fairly new but very knowledgeable of the products and programs and even pointed out that now that I was 55 there was an unlimited data plan that would only cost $1 more per month than what I was currently paying for a 6GB limit plan. Darwin, not to be confused with Marwin was the manager and made sure everything went through without any problems. While having to spend money on a new phone is not what anyone wants to do, I truly appreciate the assistance and guidance I received tonight, it made the pill a little less hard to swallow.

I have been a client for over 2 year and the staff are awesome!!

They were very busy but after working with Javier it was worth the wait. He walked me through my setup of a replacement phone I received from Asurion . It was not an easy task as I was limited help and he worked with me till we had it up and running. In addition he was courteous and very personable. It was a pleasure to be his customer although by the time we were done I felt he was more a friend than a salesperson. There also seemed to be a super relationship with his coworkers. and the store worked well even though it was very busy. I also noticed that Javier walked with his customers to the door. That I felt was doing more than most would do with their customers.

When I came this afternoon to check in on upgrading my phone the staff was very nice and welcoming. Javier was an amazing customer service manager who helped me with all my questions and information I needed. I would definitely come back here from now on to further deal with my plan.
