First I would like to say a huge thank you to Micah, he was very helpful and so knowledgeable. He is definitely the guy to see if you are looking at any of these luxury cars. He went above and beyond to show me and my husband the specifics of the few cars that we were interested in. I was even encouraged to take my shoes off to really feel the comfort of the carpet inside (LOL). Again I think this was one of our best experiences going to a dealership and I cant wait to go back and definitely work with Micah.
I just bought a Lamborghini Aventador from Micah and Andrew at Fields Motorcars Orlando. I bought the car without seeing it in person, which I normally wouldnt do but they were able to provide me all the videos and pictures I asked for and added in several things for the car that it didnt come with. Stopped in to get some technical advice for my 91 Rolls Royce Silver Spur II. Even though I have an older model, the staff and all sales personnel were more than eager to help me get to the right person. They have a great selection of exotic cars but specifically a tremendous Rolls Royce current inventory.

Came in for a Rolls Royce and ended up going to Prestige down in Miami. Sales rep Ashley was extremely rude to my family and I. I am extremely disappointed considering 2 people in my family that purchased here sent me to this place.

This is the worst dealership you can deal with in my opinion. They are the typical used car salesman led by Dan Fields their king and manager Joe Wierdo. Plenty of other companies to use. I have seen the many bad reviews and do not be their next victim like me, be smart and look elsewhere.

I called the Fields Motorcars Lamborghini of Orlando on 11/11/2020 at 2:12 PM with a serious inquiry about the sales tax situation of buying a Huracan Spyder from South Carolina. The gentleman that picked up told me that I would have to pay sales tax in SC but that he could not legally allow me to leave the parking lot of the dealership because I would have to pay the FL tax to be allowed to use those roads. He said my other option was to have it shipped back to SC. I complained that I was being double taxed and he said that he disagree that that its the law and that if Im buying a 250K car and couple of hundreds would not matter. When I pushed back on the issue, he mentioned that he might be nice and ship it back to SC for me.Needless to say, no matter what the gentlemans intention was to misinform me I will NOT be doing business with this dealership.
Just bought and had delivered a 2017 Panamera from Bill Etzold. Found the car online and cold called on it. From the start Bill was very interested in answering my questions and not just trying to sell a car. Since I was not able to see the car I relied on him to walk around and inspect the car. He said it was a recent trade from a good long term client and it was near perfect. He was very quick with all my other requests too. I decided to move ahead with the purchase the car based on all his feed back. They sent me all the paperwork and made the out of town purchase very smooth. Today the car was delivered and WOW!! It was even better than he described. He followed up via phone about a half hour after delivery to make sure I was satisfied. I would give my experience with Bill and the dealership 100% satisfaction. Thanks Bill and look forward to my next purchase.
I am very very sad that I have to give this place only 4 stars and believe me I’m legitimately sad inside that I have to give this a 4 star only! 😥😭🥺 I have been to a few different Lamborghini dealers around the United States and this is still the most friendly one in their staffs interaction with the enthusiasts who come to look at these true dream cars! But I have to say that it has been and definitely always will be my dream to one day be able to do as much as just get the chance to sit in one! When I visited this place and found how friendly the staff was I thought maybe if I were to ask very nicely I might just be able to sit in one of the cars! But when I asked one of the staff there if they could open one up for me to have a look inside the man I asked just went from a huge smile on his face to almost an angry glance interrupting me mid sentence with an annoyed voice saying “NO!!!” I’ve always been a huge Lamborghini fanatic and I more than likely always will be but I don’t think I’ll ever forget my experience with this one staff member who clearly shouldn’t have a job there! I was just there on the way home from a fantastic family vacation to Disney World and saw this place from the interstate on our way into the parks only a week earlier and I just knew that I had to go check it out before I left to head home! I was having a very good day and I was super excited when I entered the building until about 5 minutes before I was about to say goodbye and continue back home when I asked and the guy completely ruined all of that! The feeling I got when I was rudely turned away by the guy there was like that feeling you suddenly have when a loved one you were very close to just passed away! 😥 That’s how much I love Lamborghini and that’s how much I felt I had lost when that one guy was so mean to me! I understand there may be policies regarding allowing people to sit in the cars but I know that no policy says be as mean as you can when someone kindly asks you to do them a small favor!! And that is why I won’t be visiting here again or recommending this place to anyone! I’m sorry that I had to leave this comment but I didn’t want to hear of anyone else having their day and dream of sitting in a Lamborghini completely destroyed! 😕
I came down from Ottawa do to show and we stopped in to look at the cool cars. One of the sales reps came out to answer our questions and told us to go inside and check out their showrooms.We felt very welcome at this dealership of very fine automobiles.I am 61 and felt like a kid in a candy store.The staff here is very friendly and the cars are just awesome.Thank you

Unhappy Customer.I purchased the car on line. I was very excited. I was treated great... As soon as I made the payment, attitude changed. I was promised that some body will pick me at the airport... Nope, I was advised to take a uber. No problem.. I showed up at the dealership... No receptionist in the sight. After running around 30 minutes in a dealer ship.... I met my sales man Ashley (Nice Person), I signed the paperwork and was asked to pay for it.. I told them I already paid, oh... We cant find the payment....After two days they found my payment, but still no car in sight... I am sure i will get car or my payment back .. but I will warn all shoppers to stay away from this place...Regards,Amir

On Saturday Feb 29, 2020 I went to Fields Bentley of Orlando to look at a car I/we saw online and at that time after several hours of being passed onto different people that pushed us into buying on the spot I gave them a $5000.,00 deposit just so they would stop brow betting me. My husband got so upset with them he left he showroom and went to our car. He told me when I came out they do that to beat you into mental sub,mission to buy the car with high high pressure. I am 65 and my husband is 73 next month with health conditions yet they still tried continued to intimidate us.. They knew of my husbands health condition yet they keep pounding on us to buy that my husband got sick and had to leave the building. These people were monsters. It was agreed that I had until noon on Wednesday March 4, 2020 to tell them if I wanted the car or my deposit back and that morning I told them NO and that I wanted my $5000.00 deposit back which to date they have not given back. They have been promising since then to give me my money back and they have not. Just today the sales person promised to get me the deposit back and that she would call me back soon giving me the details, she did not call as she promised. There has been nothing done with the exception of one le after another about the returning of the $5000.00 deposit. Tomorrow I plan on calling the sheriffs fraud dept. and hopefully begin the process of filing charges for fraud. I had to file grand theft fraud charges on a man that took $4625.00 from my credit card and just the end of last week my attorney told me that the sheriffs dept. has arrested him and setting a court date with the judge to prosecute him. If this is what I have to do to Fields Bentley or Orlando then thats what I will do. I plan on putting this review on Yelp and filing it with the BBB and as many other sites as I can. They have done this to themselves.

I recently purchased a 2015 Aston Martin Rapide S from Norman Keller who delivered nothing less than exceptional service during the sales process and afterwards. Even though Aston Martins are not in Fields Motorcars core product line, Norman was extremely knowledgeable and did an awesome job listening to my needs, demonstrating all of the cars features, benefits and also transparent about items the car did not have. Norman conducted thorough research of the cars history as well as where, when and how I should service my car post sale. He also has followed up to ensure my new care experience has exceeded my expectations of which it surely has. Norman is the very best!
What a joke! This high end dealer should not even sell used bicycles. Purchased a vehicle from them and come to find out on the day of pick up that they sold the vehicle to someone else by mistake. There was no mistake here. This was just a case where they wanted to make bigger profits and decided to pull a shady dishonest deal and say Oops, Sorry we made a mistake. They said everything to make up for the mistake but did not deliver anything they promised. They will promise the world to you but just hope that you disappear. I will never buy from Fields Autogroup again. From sales to top management, what a joke! You guys should not even sell on Craigslist.

Simply the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. The dealership did everything they said they would do. Shocker!! The price was fair, they delivered my new car on time as promised, and the car was meticulously clean upon arrival. All paperwork was signed in my driveway and they took my trade away on good faith that the car was in the condition I described. I dealt with the salesman and the manager who were both very straight forward and honest. I later sold them another car and they gave me a very fair price in addition to picking it up from me. I have around 15 cars and have dealt with many dealers. I would say this is the best experience I have ever had buying and trading cars. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone buying a high end car.
Dealing with Fields Motors was like dining at a 5 star restaurant. The service was exceptional and the car I bought was second to none. I had enough confidence in my salesman, Jim, that I purchased the can sight unseen. Jim arranged for shipping to Michigan and when the car came it was more beautiful than I had imagined. I have had the car for a month and I still go out to the garage just to stare at it.Fields was able to work out a deal with me that allowed me to protect myself while protecting their interests. Im a car freak, so I stopped by this dealership on my way through Florida with no intention of buying anything. I made this clear to the salesman, Mr. Dave Collier. He still went out of his way and showed me around the cars for nearly an hour. Unlike experiences Ive had at other supercar dealerships, Mr. Collier treated me and my girlfriend with genuine kindness and hospitality.Thank you Mr. Collier for the wonderful experience! If by some stroke of luck Im in the position to buy a car of that magnitude, this will be the first place I go.
I walked in to simply look at the amazing inventory of Lamborghinis, and was immediately greeted by Andrew Tartaglia. Andrew & I discussed specs and features about all of the cars, and treated me just as if I was a ready buyer. His parts Manager has a tremendous amount of experience also along with the technician, Norman, who works on my cars.You can buy a car anywhere but being able to service it properly is the key to staying happy with your exotic. Buying from Lamborghini Orlando assures you that the satisfaction smile will be on your face.

My 13-year-old son is a huge fan of Lamborghini. We drove through Orlando a while back and while he wasn’t paying attention I pulled into the Lamborghini dealership that also sold Rolls-Royce and Bentley. When we walked in his eyes nearly fell out of his head as he saw a Lamborghini up close and in person for the first time. When the James Bond looking salesman walked out… Complete with the British accent, He could clearly see who was the most interested in the car. The only acknowledgment I got was a wink and a nod but that gentleman spent the better part of 45 minutes to an hour trying to “sell“ my 13-year-old son that Lamborghini. He went over every thing that the car had and basically talked shop with my 13-year-old son. When he open the door to the cockpit and asked him to get in he was in utter disbelief. My son sat there as if he was in a dream. The smile on his face matched the one on the salesman’s face as you could clearly see the joy and appreciation of the machine they both shared. Upon leaving we shook hands and he said to hold on a second he’d be right back… He came back and gave my son a vintage poster of the Diablo. I’m not sure whon enjoyed it more, my son or “James Bond”. My son has never forgotten the experience and neither have I. If ever I can afford a Lamborghini… No matter where in the world I am, I will buy it in Orlando....at Fields. Thanks for the memory.J.P.

We got there and an employee went from one building to the next and he saw us get out and he walked in and we walked in behind him but he kept walking to the back. We were there to see about my husbands very close future purchase and we walked around for 10 mins with not even a hello. We walked into the dealership on 10/25/19. I was so disgusted I will drive all the way to Miami when I go in to purchase my husbands vehicle!!! Turned off by this. Someone was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge us either. Not a wave not anything. Very disappointed in this experience. For me to spend over $300,000 for a vehicle it will never be here!!!!
