I 100% love this location. Its right around the corner for convenience but lets be honest, its Publix! How can you not like shopping here. Always stocked up, fresh EVERYTHING, friendly associates, clean etc. I cant speak for other locations but Im sure they are just like this. It would be nice to have a bigger selection in the International aisle but you really cannot ding them for that.

Went in looking for sushi for my wife, couldnt find it. Asked an employee and they gladly helped and pointed me to the right direction. Great customer service.

This publix has everything you need. Has a toy section also. Its not big. If you want a bigger selection, I would recommend going somewhere else. It has a med section. I love this place and been going here for 7 to 8 years. It has a very nice deli place. I love the ham and turkey. Especially the honey and maple ones.

Friendly atmosphere and very clean. Employees all wearing masks and safety is key there. Disinfectant wipes at the entrance and exit and plenty of check out lines to meet busy needs. Overall a pleasant experience to shop here.

Thought I had to go to whole foods to get broccoli sprouts, but last night... Who knew publix had them! My favorite, easiest in and out supermarket on My list.

Publix is always a good store! What can I say? Its very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The sushi guy even made me a sushi roll at my request. Great store!!!!

I recently began visiting this location and Im extremely pleased. I frequent the pharmacy and Joyce (the pharmacist) is always pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Other pharmacists have been wonderful as well. Now, on the other hand, there is a pharmacy tech who always seems bothered. I dont recall her name but she is a caucasian female who was working with the wonderful Joyce on 5/23/21 and rang up my prescription at 11:40am. This young lady needs to work on her attitude.

Publix is always a pleasure to shop at..they have it all. One stop shop. You pay a little more but you get nothing but the best taking care of you. Everyone is nice

I used to love this publix for the customer service but i went went yesterday for my groceries and the lady packing my food was distracted and didn’t put one bag on my shopping car, so this morning cooking my breakfast i noticed that i didn’t have some ingredients surprise, when i called they just told me that they watched the videos and the lady didn’t left my bag and that i probably left it outside in the shopping car which is a lie, it was 6 items in a bag pretty obvious to let it in there! So it was useless the customer service when i needed the most!

The cashiers are consistently very considerate and pleasant.

I always enjoy my visits to Publix .Great veggies and fruits .Good customer service.

The surroundings are usually clean and people on the Publix are very friendly. I definetly recommend this one because there is always enough parking space for everyone.

This rating is for the Miss Claudia at the Deli. I was with my family and her attitude was quite repugnant. It seemed to really bother that I wasn’t ordering a sandwich judging by how she slammed her supplies on the counter. Even when my family was ordering theirs, she rolled her eyes a few times appearing like she didn’t want to do it.

I shop at this Publix a lot, but tonight, Willfredo on register 9 was killing it. He could tell I was ready to check out and offered to hold my beer while I grabbed one more thing a couple isles down.

Clean store, friendly staff, and their precut-n-packaged fruit are always sweet and fresh! (Watermelon, Pineapple, Cantaloupe, etc)

Publix is always great!! The staff is always great and I go for the deals!!

It was great. The only downside was that I specifically went to buy chicken wings for my kids at the Deli and they had to drop them to be fried. What initially was a 20 minutes wait, when I came back I was told there was 12 more minutes to wait. Unless my watchs chronometer played me a trick, I think the guy was tied up helping out with something else and didnt drop them immediately. It ended being a 32 minutes wait, but you know what, it was worthy! The flavor was excellent and they were properly cooked. You cant rush excellence. Probably for next time I will call before showing up to avoid the long wait.

Publix is my kind of place to shop. I have been a Publix shopper and advocate since 1975. This was actually my first job and it has truly left a long lasting positive influence on where I shop. However, this location is one of the best to buy groceries. Why? Because of the Manager there named Lorenzo. My family recently had a tragic and sudden death in the family and I knew that I could depend on Lorenzo to come to our assistance with making sure that my family had food prepared to feed the family during this time. I want to thank Lorenzo and his friendly staff in the deli for coming through like no other. Lorenzo, you are the best!Publix...my kind of place!

Waited in line too long for everything. Got a salad, lots of chicken and very little lettuce in small container after waiting almost 30 minutes. It is hard to understand that when things are behind why dont managers step in.

Waited in line for 30 minutes for a sub for them to then tell me they ran out of chicken tenders. Customer service was then no help because they “don’t do rain checks since the beginning of covid”. All they offered was to price match an item that is similar. In the 30 minutes I waited patiently, there were at least 6 tender subs made as they did not help anyone waiting in line. Awful customer service and the only reason I will go back is because this Publix is 2 minutes from my house. If it wasn’t an inconvenience to go elsewhere, I would.

Been going here since they began operating at this location (used to be an Albertsons). Always had great overall experience. Yes it can get annoying when the chicken tender subs go on sale. But they try to accomodate. Only issue is that they dont cook more chicken tenders till they literally run out, which leaves people waiting already to wait another 20 minutes. I hope they change this policy.

This Publix is nice, but the deli is really slow to serve you sometimes and a lot of the time they don’t have the chicken you want available to buy, you have to wait half hour in order for them to make a patch.

Today was the only time that a publix cashier treated me so badly, I did my line like everyone else, when it was my turn I asked to bag my purchase myself as I always do and the cashier named Verónica R. and the assistant I had at that time they had me under terrible pressure because there were people on the line, I was also doing it quickly, I had an additional item that I wanted to bill separately and they decided to send me to customer service making another line to bill only that item, for them My time is not worth it, I made the line and that did not help, finally I left that article in customer service because I thought the treatment they gave me was disgusting, NEVER in a publix store they had treated me like this, they erased with their rush the excellent attention they gave me in the meat and vegetable area. I recommend doing a customer service training and being nicer.

It wasnt a great experience during a pandemic when a large man didnt wear his mask the whole time he was there. We tried our best to avoid him, but had to go an opposite direction of where the arrows were pointing. The fact that he wasnt denied service is appalling and unsafe for others trying to follow the rules and avoid Covid-19

The Publix on Chickasaw closed so I went over to this one. The store is clean, nicely stocked and had most of what I was looking for! The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is the employees. My cashier/bagger were a little patronizing and rude throughout my checkout.

This my local Publix and I shop there a few times a week since I live quite close. The store is always clean and EVERYONE that works there is so nice and helpful.

I went there this time to pick couple tray orders, the employees at the counter avoid you until they cant anymore, they wont even acknowledge you there and will be with you shortly, it seems a trend with most Publix stores.

One of the worst Publix stores in the area

Even prior to the pandemic, this Publix has problems keeping their shelves stocked with their weekly sale items. Expect empty shelf space for at least a few items each time you visit. Otherwise, its as nice a store as youd expect from any Publix. Large beer section and friendly deli service.
