One of the nicer Publix stores in the area without the traffic and long waits of the others. This is probably the best Publix in Orlando with the best customer service. Its too bad tourists get better treatment then the actual residents that shop at all of the other stores regularly. It seems with the higher prices that there should always be more cashiers available or starting to add self check out lanes if you dint want to have the necessary amount of cashiers to avoid having 4 or more people in check out lanes. Shouldnt have to come to this location to constantly avoid that. Lets focus more on convenience for locals instead of tourists. Locals do more regular shopping and should be treated like they do.

They had a wide selection of high quality ingredients and foods that are difficult to find at other stores in the area. They had good customer service that definitely stuck out aswell. There prices are higher than other local shops, but the place is worth it. 5/5 would recommend.

We took advantage of the calm and sunny weather to get a few food items to get thru the remainder of this week, during our vacation, plus my wife likes shopping at Publix stores. A very clean and well stocked grocery store.

I absolutely love this Publix location! Although the prices are higher, the staff and the cleanliness make it worth it. Cyndi, in particular, is always so welcoming and fun to talk to while we are checking out. She always remembers us even when we are not in her line and she goes out of her way to say hello! This location is very well maintained and has an exceptional staff that make it a one of a kind place to shop! I truly feel apart of the Publix Family.

I showed up with my girlfriend around 8:30 pm, a couple weeks back, looking for some quick subs to eat. A family of four were in front of us at the sub counter, and there was one employee putting away the cold cuts in the deli proper. A few minutes went by before she said someone would be with us. Then a few more minutes went by before she said someone would be with us. A different employee came out and stood in front of the sub counter before putting on a cutting glove, picking up a knife, and then walked into the back.After ten minutes of waiting and receiving no service whatsoever, we decided to grab a couple six inch sandwiches and a bag of chips because we couldnt receive any service whatsoever. Ill never come back to this Publix.

If youre familiar with Publix, this one lives up to that standard. Clean, well organized store with reasonable prices. Staff I have interacted with are unique, but they get the transactions done, which is mostly what I care about. Due to the location, Im sure they have a much more variable customer base.

Always s clean and well stocked with a generous variety. Looks of check out options. Always shop there when Im in Florida and there is a store available.

Pretty standard Publix. Our sub sandwich wound up on white bread, but other than that was fine. Usual cleanliness and extensive selections. Highly recommended. Convenient location. Staff were very good.

Great store! First visit. Not busy at all at 2pm on a Tuesday. Quick n easy checkout. Very clean. Organized. Well stocked. Very friendly helpful employees.

The deli is poorly managed. Long lines. Waited in line 25 minutes just to fine out they was out of chicken tenders. Then I went to the hot case and that chicken was fried until it was unrecognizable.

Clean and had everything I needed. But still prefer Publix in Williamsburg Downs. Cheaper.

Beautiful store inside, fairly new, only a couple years old. Great shopping location for the many tourists & locals alike.

Its a Publix that you can load up on bottled water and Gatorade to put in your hotel rooms fridge. Service is friendly as is to be expected by Publix and its location by all the hotels on/by International Drive is great!

Very clean, nice staff and lots of options to buy of course. Saw that one of the Publix in town had a donation bin for collecting supplies for one of the local animal shelters, love to see businesses working to help the community. Big selling point for me.

Dirty publix,,the hot food area is messy,,I got a italian sandwich and the lady cut the tomatoes so small like she was preparing a salad, first time I have seem that,,and I grabbed a small container of fried schrimp. BAD BAD,, probably it was sitting there since 7 am this morning. Nobody bother to remove the old items. Not coming back,,the city should close down this place..and fired the store manager. Which by the way he was taking a nap in his office.

Excellent Publix, very clean and staff is always helpful. This one is a close to the Orange County Convention Center. Blessing for tourists, can get a bit crowded on weekends. This one also doesnt have a pharmacy, but a short trip to the next closest one and your good.

Were here on vacation and didnt want to go to Wal-Mart because it was so crowded. Publix was on the route back to the resort. It was quick, easy, and very clean. I picked up the items we needed and were on our way.

This employees at the store are always friendly and courteous. I mostly deal with the deli and service desk. Never a bad experience.

Usually a great go to spot when we got town. But the shelves were kind of bare for necessities this time. Guess we were late to the party this time. Lol. We would still go back to this location. Very friendly staff.

It was okay. Waiting in line for sub with one person in front. The customer was getting multiple sandwiches with one employee. Another employee was busy making OLO sandwiches. Im okay with waiting but employee should show a sense of emergency with OLO. Not shuffle their feet. Also my sandwhich was made with Publix brand meat and cheese and was charged for BH. Fourth time this happened. Check the prices cause they over charge you.

Deja, the customer service manager, was extremely rude. She was reluctant to help me with an item and provided poor customer service. Won’t be coming back to this location

I came in from out of town staying for a few weeks and I am so glad I found this Publix. When I first arrived I went to Walmart and that place was a zoo. Packed full of people not wearing masks and all over the place. Publix was a complete 180. The store was not crowded, I was able to find everything I needed, everyone was social distancing and doing the right thing and the workers were on the ball making sure everything was clean and everyone was safe. Everyone was so nice and I cant wait to return.

Awesome. Everything about it. Extra clean, organized, some organic foods, best crispy, non- greasy fried chicken. Returned spoiled fruit one time & I received a card with the amount of credit, no problems at all. Employees consistently offer help readily & help with a smile if requested..best customer service Ive seen practically anywhere! 5 stars for Publix!

I had never been to a Publix that had a full aisle (meaning both sides) of Disney products. Shirts, PJs, stuffed animals, key chains, cups ...... perfect for last minute purchases. Otherwise, its a clean store with friendly employees 😊

Great location, its never crowded. I usually stop here on my way to work to pick up some scratch offs and lunch. Sushi is always fresh and now that subway closed Ive been trying publix subs and theyre actually good. Staff is always ready to help and pay attention to their guest. If they see you wondering around looking for something, theyll ask if you need assistance. Great store!

Absolutely disgusted at how they are handling the mask policy for Orange County. The amount of people without masks on or on incorrectly in the store is an absolute safety hazard. Just because you want the pandemic to be over does not mean it is over. This is why I will choose to shop at other grocers instead. I do not feel safe in your establishment.

Very nice store and selection of products.The one issue I saw was the cashier did not seem to know how to handle a transaction paid with a smartphone app. Maybe more training for the cashiers would help. She could have called for a manager if she was not sure instead of just saying the transaction was not processes when it was.
