I tried out many bridal boutiques in my area (Gainesville, FL) but this one I was most excited for so I made the drive to visit. It definitely did not disappoint and I found my dream dress with the help of Eunice. The environment is so inviting and I never felt any pressure to hurry or make a split decision.

Faith was AMAZING helping me find my dress! She listened to me and really understood what I was looking for. You can tell she really enjoys helping brides like me. This was my first bridal appointment & she made me so comfortable!! I went in with really no expectations & open minded to everything but she really helped narrow down to my liking. I was so grateful for her with finding my dress. I really enjoyed my experience. My family and friends had an awesome experience too. Once I found my dress we had a champagne toast and a personalized board that says, “I said, ‘Yes!’”O&O Bridal was beautiful & I would recommend any Bride here!

I had such a fun and positive experience at One and Only Bridal. The boutique is beautiful and makes you feel like you’re stepping into a palace. The dress selections are diverse and sure to find any style a bride is looking for. The consultants were kind and welcoming! Eunice was my consultant and she was amazing! I loved One & Only Bridal! They had so many things to make your appointment special, like writing your name on the board outside, and a custom board for when you find your dress! (With a champagne toast 🥂). Was expecting to just try on dresses for the first time, but ended up finding my One & Only dress! I can’t wait for it to arrive.

I had been dreading going dress shopping... after seeing one too many episodes of say yes to the dress and a not so great experience at David’s Bridal. The experience at One & Only started before we even walked in they have a board with the names of all the brides coming in that day along with their wedding dates. Then we came in and had a separate area for the people that came with me, along with personalization of a sign with my name. I had an assigned associate Faith she’s amazing, she took me around the store which is laid out by silhouette... genius!All my favorites were within a certain area. I was asked for my budget and the team did an amazing job of bringing things that I wouldn’t have thought of for me to try on. After several dresses and time almost up... I found my one & only dress. The girls were so patient, I never felt rushed or pressured. I knew I could come back if I needed to. We had some champagne to celebrate and more fun pictures for the day. Absolutely, the best experience ever!

Faith was absolutely wonderful during my wedding dress shopping experience. It was actually my very first appointment so I wasn’t sure what kind of dress I wanted. Faith listened to everything I liked/didn’t like and helped me find my perfect dress.I had an appointment at another shop right after my appointment with Faith but I couldn’t stop thinking about the dress I tried on at O&O. I was able to come back into the shop and put the dress on again before making my purchase.I could tell that Faith really enjoys her job and really knows all the little details about the gowns in the shop. If you are thinking about making an appointment here I would highly recommend it!I’m planning to come back in to find a veil and some other accessories for my actual wedding day & I can’t wait to share photos of my dress!

Where do I even begin? CUTEST STORE EVER! Dresses, prices, staff, the decor itself...all so amazing. 100% the best store Ive been to during my search, and luckily the last! I found my perfect dress with my stylist Faith who was so understanding and helpful. Seriously so sweet to me and my family, she really listened to all aspects of my wedding to help me find the perfect dress and veil. All was under $2,000 which is amazing for the quality of their dresses. Could not have asked for a more perfect day and end to my dress hunt. THANK YOU to all the ladies at one and only!

The shop is beautiful, great location and lots of stunning dresses! Love the dressing area with the privacy. The staff was nice. But the girl who helped me didn’t say or do much to help me out. She didn’t even tighten the dress to form fit me, my bridesmaids had to help me.

I am getting married February 2022, and was looking for my perfect wedding dress. I went to Davids Bridal and another wedding dress shop, But the One and Only Bridal was not only so accommodating for my entourage which consisted of 8 girls, but they were knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. I did not feel pushed to try something on if I did not like it. Not to mention, ALL their dresses looked fabulous on me, it did not matter what the style was. Trying the same dress on at Davids Bridal did not flatter me. Thank you One and Only for such a memorable wedding dress experience, oh and I SAID YES TO THE DRESS.

This shop by far gave me the best experience while shopping for my wedding dress. Vanessa was absolutely fantastic, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She made the experience waaaay less stressful, and I really enjoyed the process. Five stars simply for her outstanding customer service!!

I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey. I cannot recommend One & Only enough! The boutique was very busy when I walked in and I honestly was a bit worried I would not be given the time and attention, but Kelsey immediately made me feel at ease. From beginning to end of our appointment she was attentive and listened to what I was looking for. I tried on 6-7 dresses that I found and the last one Kelsey picked out for me was the one! I had my say yes to the dress moment and couldnt be happier. I do wish they did alterations on site but they recommended a wonderful seamstress (Thread and Needle).

One & Only truly goes out of there way for their brides!!! Communication between the team and myself was great and efficient. They took the time to reassure that my dress would be here on time! Special shout out to Margaret for making me feel special ✨ wonderful team that goes above and beyond!!!

Eunice was so helpful and accommodating. we had the salon to ourselves which if you are thinking of paying the fee to do so I highly recommend. the dresses I tried on were exactly what I had put on my style look book and Eunice was so kind and made me feel comfortable while trying on all the different dresses, she was also very accommodating to my family. Once we found the right one she gave us all the details we needed to buy it and made sure it was a simple and easy process. I highly recommend this shop as any brides first stop for dress shopping

I visited One and Only Bridal not knowing what to expect from wedding dress shopping. Faith was amazing and allowed me to try on as many dresses as possible. She was so sweet and really made me feel like a bride. I am planning a wedding in 6 months and was super stressed about getting my dress in time for alterations. She helped me through the process and I should be receiving my dress by August. Thank you, Faith!! You’re amazing!!!

Vanessa was amazing at her job and so patient and helpful! We had a great time in this beautiful shop and got to drink champagne while having such a fun experience! 10 out of 10 recommend! Some of the most beautiful gowns I’ve ever seen!

While my attendant was very sweet and tried her best to be accommodating. We could not help but notice that they paired us, the only minority customers in the salon, with the only minority stylist on their staff present that day. Whether that was on purpose or by accident, who knows. It felt purposeful though due to the unwelcoming atmosphere and behaviors of the other stylists present during our appointment.Im not sure if they were stereotyping us or what, but the smirks and looks exchanged between the other stylists were obvious and beyond awkward.My family and I were shocked since the salon is in one of the most diverse cities and had such wonderful reviews! I dont know if it was due to the way we look, how we were dressed, or if it was because we spoke some Spanish to my grandmother during our appointment.We could not even stay the full time of the appointment because of how uncomfortable the other staff made us feel. Later on, while looking at the photos of the few dresses I did try on, we realized we may have overlooked the one because of how awful the experience was. Either way, Im writing this to warn others. Dont waste your time or money, go somewhere that supports all kinds of brides no matter their background.Even though the dresses and decor were beautiful, the staffs awful behavior made it our worst appointment out of the five salons we went to. Dont ruin the special experience of looking for your wedding dress by dealing with this salons rude staff. I ended up finding my dress that same day at a different salon in Winter Park. The staff at the salon in Winter Park treated us with respect and cared for us like we were family. I wish I had gone straight to that salon and not put my family through this experience at One & Only Bridal.

After many trips taking my daughter to other bridal stores we went to One & Only Bridal. Faith was the absolute sweetest! After we picked out a dress that we thought may be the one we made an appointment to come back and bring grandma to give her opinion. On our second visit Faith asked if my daughter was willing to try on One more dress. Well she picked the perfect dress! When she put it on we just knew it was actually the one I am so happy that Faith did not let my daughter settle. Her dress was GORGEOUS!! They have every style dress and you will be able to find one you love!

I am not one to take time to leave reviews of businesses, and I didnt end up finding my dress at O&O, BUT I would recommend this place to any bride. My 10 year wedding anniversary is coming up and we are having a vow renewal. I went in not having a clue what I was looking for and Eunice pulled some truly beautiful gowns! This was by far the best experience I have had throughout the planning process. Kate was so kind and patient walking us through the process of finding my perfect gown. I highly recommend making an appointment [as you would with most bridal salons] so you can have a personal stylist to help you. Our budget was on the lower end and although I felt that most of the dresses would be out of our price range they were right within budget. I highly recommend going in with an open mind; what I thought I wanted was not what I left with! I would recommend all my friends and future brides to make an appointment here [leave your bridesmaids at home. I went with just my mom and it was such a peaceful and stress free experience]. I love my dress and youll likely find me wearing it long after the wedding!

I heard great things about O&O Bridal so decided to make an apt to continue my search! I have a pretty good idea what I am looking for but also very indecisive so I didn’t expect to walk away with my dress this day. I have been to 2 other bridal apts and just wanted to continue trying on some dresses I found through the online portal which was super helpful! I was greeted by Faith who was super sweet and kind. I loved that she let me pick out some dresses while pulling the ones I saved online already. It was so relaxing and a such a relief as she helped me in and out of the dresses without being pushy in any way! My favorite dress so far was one she ended up pulling for me and she was kind enough to write down all the prices and style numbers for me! I was in love as soon as soon as I walked up to the building. I was a few minutes early to my 10am appointment and I saw the girl(sorry I don’t remember her name) writing “welcome Nicole bride to be with my wedding date “ on a beautiful sign outside the building. I immediately felt special. I had already been to 3 other stores previously and just that little touch of acknowledgment already surpassed anything from the other stores. Before the appointment I was emailed a “survey” that asked me what favorites I had from the online collection and some personal details. At first I wasn’t even going to complete the survey because well; it’s just one more thing to do. However, I did complete the survey and it was extremely helpful to me and my stylist Faith. She mentioned numerous of times dresses I had on my favorites list and details about my wedding. Another personal touch I truly appreciated. Let me start by saying that I wear a size 14 in jeans. Too small for plus size and too big for standard sizing. If you have ever experienced wedding dress shopping you will know that the dress sizes run quite different from street clothes sizing. Not once was I stuffed into a dress making me feel self conscious or less of a bride. Faith listened to every little detail I, my mother, and my maid of honor had to say about each dress I tried on and was then able to pull dresses accordingly. There was a dress I pointed out that I loved. It was not a size I was able to try on but she found something very similar for me. All of a sudden I was bawling. I found my dress!! I have been with my fiancé for 10 years. Dreaming of this day for so long I had high expectations, and faith met every expectation I had. Not only was I able to find the dress of my dreams but I was treated as if I was the only bride in the world. Thank you Faith and One and Only Bridal, helping make my wedding dreams come true!

Amazing experience! The girls at O&O were so helpful and sweet. I had Margret for both of my appts (my very first appt and again when we returned after having not so great experiences at other salons). Margret was awesome, she helped me narrow down a style I liked and was super kind, reassuring and calming the entire process. My dream gown I ended up purchasing was twice my size as the sample try-on, but they took the time to adjust everything just so and make sure I got the 100 percent full vision of what it would look like in my size. I will highly recommend this salon to everyone! They made the dress shopping experience exactly what it should be, super fun with zero stresses or pressure and you felt cared for as an individual. I was very pleased with my shopping experience at this bridal boutique. As an older bride, I was nervous about trying on wedding dresses. I was paired with a young lady named Margaret as my stylist and she made me feel so at ease. She was not pushy or salesy, just very relaxed, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went to other wedding dress shops after my appointment with Margaret, but ultimately I came back. The experience and my wedding dress are second to none! Highly recommend

I had the most magical time at the One & Only Bridal! I tried on my very first wedding dress here and ended up saying yes to the dress (a couple salons and 20 dresses later haha). Eunice is absolutely fabulous as well as the other consultants. Now I know why 3 of my girlfriends all found their wedding dress here, and Im the forth. One & Only Bridal is a chic salon that has an amazing selection, great prices and wonderful service!

9/14/18:Just picked up my dress around 2 months ahead of schedule! Steamed, bagged, and ready for me! I had a nice one-on-one experience trying it on and it was absolutely perfect. I cried all over again and couldn’t be happier. Thanks again O&O! 💞5/19/18:Gorgeous bridal shop! I found this shop on the Knot and although I didn’t know anyone who had been here but gave it a shot anyways and I’m so glad I did! The shop itself is such a cute atmosphere. They are so welcoming to their brides before even stepping into the store with cute signs outside that list the appointments of the day. I believe it is appointment only so don’t wait to schedule. I had no issues getting a Saturday appointment three weeks beforehand. Cait was our stylist and she was so awesome! She listened to what I wanted and gave me lots to choose from when picking what I was going to try on. The dresses are organized by style which is so helpful and I got to choose what I wanted to try on. We had a dedicated space for our party and felt very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend more then 3-4 guests coming with each bride as it gets tight otherwise. It should also be noted that they don’t do in house alterations although they have recommendations on who you can use close by. I ended up “saying yes to the dress” here and was happy with the price and absolutely in love with my gorgeous wedding gown and beautiful veil! They had champagne for us and an adorable sign for us to take pictures with and commemorate the moment. It was a great experience and I highly recommend giving their shop a chance!

One and Only is THE BEST! I’ve never experienced another company that cares more about their clientele. The stylists and the owner of the shop have always put their brides first and genuinely want their wedding day to be perfect. Apart from the stylists and owner being amazing, the dresses are STUNNING! Such an amazing selection of all different styles, silhouettes, sizes, price points, colors. Their dresses and unique and beautiful like no other! I cannot wait to wear my beautiful O&O dress in a couple months when I marry the love of my life! Vanessa was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time dress shopping and she absolutely blew me out of the water. I didn’t end up purchasing a dress because I felt I needed to look at a few more options but I was certainly close to purchasing one. She listened to everything I had to say and pulled dresses I had never thought of but absolutely loved.

OMG! This place is seriously the best!! I went in to my appointment kind of down because I was having a stressful week but I came in with an open mind. The girls are AMAZING and changed my mood right away. They all made me feel so beautiful in every dress I tried on and I couldnt stop smiling. I loved them all but my stylist ended up picking out my DREAM dress that I said YES to! Come in with an open mind because these girls are here to help you! So glad I found my dream dress. I was paired with Faith for my appointment and I could not have been happier with my experience. She was so down to earth and never made me feel pressured into buying something. She truly wanted ME to love my dress. My group was very opinionated lol.. but Faith made sure to listen to my wants. I almost bought my dress at two other shops before coming into One and only, and Im so thankful I didnt. Other stores seemed to use my opinionated group to push me into buying something that just wasnt me. But now, I am OBSESSED with my dress!!! I feel like a queen! Seriously brides, I wasted so much time visiting 4 stores in the orlando/winter park area and they did not compare to One and Only at all. The staff is beyond sweet, they make you feel so comfortable and their dresses are way better quality and actually a lot more affordable than everywhere else I went. I never write reviews but this Bridal store was the best one by far that I have been to on my search for my dream dress! I could rave about so many things so I had to take the time to write a review. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by many smiling faces. There is a great selection of dresses. The bridal store is very clean. My stylist, Euni, was very kind and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. Each dress has the price on it and she would kindly remind you if you pull a dress over your price range so you are not disappointed if you try it on and love it but cant afford it. I was not pressured into purchasing a dress that day. I even received an email of my top favorites the same day as my appointment. This is a must visit on your dress search. Thank you O&O!

I honestly cant stop thinking about my special day at one and only! From the moment I walked in I knew this was the place for me. The store itself is so clean, bright and modern and everyone there was so nice. From coming from other places where they made me feel uncomfortable and rude this was a breath of fresh air. Their dresses are amazing and the girls working there are so knowledgable it made shopping easy. They walked me through the dresses and ended up helping me pick my dress on the 3rd try on. Amazing, easy and fun dont go anywhere else!

I am so happy with my experience at One & Only. Because of COVID, I had to change my initial appointment. They were so accommodating and looked up the designer I liked to be sure we still had enough time for shipping and alterations. Eunice did such an amazing job making me feel so special from start to finish. She gave me a tour of all of the dresses and let my family & friends browse too. She made great recommendations based off styles I was loving and was so knowledgeable. I really appreciated her transparency if I picked out a dress that was outside of my price range.The boutique is SO CUTE. The lighting is great and the mirror setup makes such a difference.One & Only went above and beyond from start to finish. They even customized a sign for me and we got to do a champagne toast once I said yes.Highly recommend One & Only!!

Where to even start? From the moment you walk in the store you feel so welcomed. I loved that they take you around the boutique to see the different types of dresses & let you decide which ones you would like to try on. Allí was so amazing! made me feel so comfortable every second I was at the store. She was so kind to bring me a ivory panel to see how my dress would look like. She really made the experience so easy for me. I said yes to my dress & I am so happy to be a One & Only Bride.

Had the best time at One and Only this weekend. They really made me feel so comfortable and welcome, all the ladies there felt like long time friends which made the process even more enjoyable. The store is so pretty and I cant wait to go back and pick up my dress when it comes in!

These girls here are AMAZING, welcoming and accommodating!! I found not 1 but two amazing dresses here and Faith and Kelsey were great to work with. They made me feel very special for my big day! This was the first and ONLY bridal boutique I looked at and I couldn’t be happier about saying that. As soon as you walk in the ambiance is so welcoming! Super chic and modern full of GORGEOUS dresses!! The staff is absolutely wonderful! I ended up finding the perfect dress for my wedding and it was the first one I tried on. Of course I tried on more than one dress but kept going back to the first. I brought my mom, my toddler son and two of my best friends to my appointment and again, the staff was so wonderful and accommodating especially with a 14 month old there. Shout out to my bridal expert Kelsey for helping me find the perfect dress for me! I HIGHLY recommend this bridal boutique to all the brides to be! Plus you get a celebratory champagne toast when you find your perfect dress.

Eunice was amazing! The shop is absolutely beautiful and has separate seating for your group of 5. The seating area is adorable with couch and chandeliers. All the employees were kind and friendly(all wore mask). This was the first place I chose to try on dresses and boy it didn’t disappoint me! Eunice listened to my style and stayed within my budget while showing me other dresses I may like. She actually found a dress for me that I can’t stop thinking about! Although I’m still looking for a dress One & Only does have a gorgeous dress I may be back for. Ask for Eunice when making an appointment she’s awesome at her job & sweet!

The manager Kelsey helped me during my private appointment, she quickly made me feel like her bestie as I could tell she actually really cared about my style and what I wanted. This boutique has so many different styles and sizes to chose from it was actually hard for me to pick But when my stylist Vanessa pulled out a dress I knew just by looking at it that it was the one. Also, my dresss quality is amazing. Very comfortable and not scratchy like some at other places Ive been to. My mom and friends were in shock that the dress was $1,800 so it was a no brainer. One and Only Bridal is the best bridal boutique to shop at! The staff was very accommodating to me and my fiancé. We both wanted to try dresses on at the same time for our family but didnt want to see each other since we still wanted to be surprised.The stylist that helped me and the stylist that helped my fiancé both worked together to help us get the different styles we wanted in a dress but also complimented each other!We both couldnt have been happier with our experience and making us absolutely comfortable and accepted!
