Brie was simply amazing & a pleasure to work with. She wasnt pushy, didnt try to persuade me to buy or choose one dress over another & made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was patient, helpful and very kind. I tried on 5 dresses and had made a decision. I remembered Brie saying she was going to recommend one. I ended up trying on the dress she was going to recommended if I hadnt liked the dresses I tried on & ended up walking out saying yes to that dress. Brie was excellent to work with & her team who was there was sweet as well. I am thinking about going back & getting another dress I was eyeing that was off the rack. Thank you Brie for being so sweet & awesome!

I ordered my wedding dress from My Bridal Couture off stillwhite.com! I got married March 20th 2021 and I am just in awe of how well the dress was kept! It was new with tags, a 2019 dress with no blemishes at all! All beading on the bodice was perfect! It was shipped to me promptly with a sweet thank you note inside. I am so happy I was able to get a gorgeous dress for a fraction of the cost! I added the off the shoulder straps and a modesty panel and it truly was the dress of my dreams! 😍 Thank you YBC!

I had such an amazing experience finding my dress here! I called to make an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. After searching for a dress the previous few days with no luck I was feeling very disheartened, so I wasn’t expecting to find my dress. After picking out a few on the rack, I was shown some additional options (including one that ended up being the one). My entire experience was great. The store itself is so relaxing and every single employee was helpful and positive. I was so relieved to find my dress (and in my budget) in such a wonderful environment. Highly recommend to any bride!!

My wedding dress experience here was very minimal. I was bearly ever greeted. Instead of a hello I would receive a “Isamar you need to move your car” instead of a welcome and a follow up of moving the car. I was never asked how I felt or had a conversation with any of the bridal consults except once (out of like ten times) with a young lady named Danielle she made me feel so beautiful and cared to make me feel special. I wanted to see her every time I walked in, when I called to see if she was available for my next fitting they didn’t give me the time of day. The wedding was suppose to be last March 2020 ended up postponing March 2021 . So I had to get my dress refitting for that time again. After purchasing the dress no one ever helped me get into the dress for any follow up fittings ect. My mother and I would struggle .Every time I would go with their alternations lady it was a horriable experience. She got upset at my mother everytime my mother would give her opinion. The second to last dress fitting she seemed upset that I had gained weight from the year before I just told of course my weight wasn’t going to stay the same For a whole year. She was also upset that i wasn’t going to pay for it since the manager was going to Waive it. (just the corsets due to covid) she charged them $100 and i know for a fact she was not going to charge us $100. The last day we went here was about two weeks ago. Final fitting dress fit perfectly . Took it off hung it on our own and a button fell and she told my mother “YOU broke the button” this made me so upset ! How rude she was with my mother every time . my mother and I Dreaded going to get the dress or fitting every time. I’m glad it’s over with and i never have to go back . I would have rather spend a lot more money if it meant an amazing experience because this was awful this just happened to be where I found the dress I loved. The dresses are affordable and gorgeous but I personally would prefer having the best bridal experience which I did not get here.

Excellent customer service! This was my first stop for dress shopping & Rebecca was amazing! I visited 3 others stores but no one could beat Rebecca’s service & selection of dresses in my price range. I ended up back here for a second look & found a dress I had somehow missed the first time! My budget was $1500 & I had tons of options! I did go a little over but could have easily stuck to the budget there!

From the moment we walked in, we had a wonderful experience with Your Bridal Couture. Not only was the boutique beautiful, the staff were absolutely amazing! Natasha made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Then, even though we had a huge time crunch, Hannah worked very hard to make sure my dress fit me perfectly (and it did). I really cant recommend this place enough! ❤️

As a plus size bride (size 18W), I have never been so mortified in my life. I only went here because I heard about this place at a wedding expo and they boasted about what a selection they had. I was very excited! It seemed like a very quaint and expansive boutique. I arrived and was professionally greeted. Consultant walked me around and explained how pricing worked. She had some things in mind based on what I was telling her but made me pull what dresses I wanted to try on. The selection was so small. I mentioned my uncomfortable zones...which are my arms. Didn’t have one sleeved dress for me to try on. But don’t worry!!! They have make shift sleeves that would fit probably a size 12 arm that they tried to fit over my 18cm arm in front of my family and future mother in law. I was so mortified. I couldn’t wait to get out of every dress and done with the appointment. At the end, the consultant asked what was wrong with my sister. I kindly said I didn’t know. What the consultant didn’t know is my sister knows me best and knew I was visibly upset and uncomfortable which clearly the consultant was oblivious to. I’ve cried twice since leaving your bridal couture about this whole situation. And I don’t ever want another plus size bride to feel that mortified. So, please check out the dressing room in Celebration. They had 3x the selection, private appointments, and they truly listen to everything and are great at reading your level of comfort.

I said yes to the dress just about a month ago and cannot stop thinking about my time at your bridal couture! The options were endless and everything was so breath taking!! What I loved was how catering they were and of course that i stayed right within my budget!! I cannot wait to pick up my dress when it comes in! Thank you all so much

Your Bridal Couture was the first place I went to in search of my wedding gown. Any place after them did not measure up to their standards. I found my dress within two sessions. They are incredibly patient, not rushing you to make an immediate decision. My consultant Rebecca actually picked out my dress and she did an amazing job. She also treated my Grandmother, Mother, future Mother-in-law, and Sister so kindly!

This store closes at 7pm but if you show up 30min before they will not assist you. I was in Orlando for a work conference and had limited time to search for a dress. I found this place online and the dresses looked nice in the display but the customer service was below zero. It was an African American lady and she did not care to help me with a wedding dress although I explained my wedding was only 8 weeks away. This costumer service adds more stress to the bride. I definitely do not recommend this store!!!!

They have great service and a friendly team. The selection of gowns is pretty good, but probably only about 50 choices. Definitely a nice place to include in your wedding dress shopping.

I was told I was going to get a call back because of the dress I put a down payment on as they spoke to somebody she even gave me my next price plan and never heard from her again, never again!!!!! I lost over $200 it was my dream dress and to top it all off that person had randomly called me cuz I missed my payment and literally had my hopes up for noooooo reason, I had even explained why I couldn’t pay for my dress at that certain date, but it is what it is. I don’t get what was the reason for that call, to just remind me that I couldn’t get my dress??

Great experience they are super nice. And my soon to be daughter in law found the dress of her dreams.

I love this store. She has wedding dresses that I thought I could only find in magazines. Even for plus size women. If you live far this place is well worth the drive.

Rebecca and Tatyana did a wonderful job at making me and my family comfortable. They let us roam the shop and pick out some dresses. It was very intimate and I am so happy I chose this shop to go for my first bridal shop. Once I found my dress, they really went into detail to give me different options for bling and hair suggestions. They let me keep the dress on for a while and walk the store to get a feel for it. Then we celebrated with champagne and they took a bunch of pictures of our group. Wonderful ladies, and a wonderful shop. 10/10 recommend!!!

They close the store before the store hours that are listed online. I drove 30 min, got here at 5:30 and store was already closed, I called on my way like at 5:00 and they didint answer either, dont waste your te with this store. Very unprofessional.
