After months of looking for a dress I spotted this place from I4 and said lets try it. We went and they let us do a walk in to find a dress but since we didnt have a lot of time we set up an appointment and now she found her dress! She loves it! (This is not the dress she found)

LOVE LOVE LOVE my dress! Teresa at Madison Blu went out of her way to open the store after hours so I could buy my beautiful wedding dress. There are TONS of selection that are so reasonably priced. I went many upscale stores and had a way better experience at Madison than any other. I would HIGHLY recommend you at least going to look! Thank you so much Teresa!

I had a lovely experience here this past weekend and I found my dress! Amy was the name of the associate that helped me. She was very kind, personable and professional. You could tell she definitely knew what she was doing. And I never at any time felt rushed to leave or pressured to buy something (I had an experience like that at a different place). It was nice because I was able to go and pick out which dresses I wanted to try myself. They have a rack of dresses for $1,000 and less if that’s what you’re looking for but the dresses are on average $1,500 to $3,000 roughly. They also had some dresses that you could get off the rack so you wouldn’t need to order if you’re in need of a dress quickly (mine happened to be off the rack, although I didn’t need for it to be necessarily). I spent about 2 hours there trying dresses on which I felt was necessary and the time flew by! But again I was never treated poorly or rushed. So nice to be able to take your time on a big, important and expensive decision! I highly recommend checking out this bridal shop! Thank you again, Amy, for being so wonderful!

I just said YES to the dress! My experience at Madison Blu Bridal was amazing — the ambiance is perfect — the sales team is accommodating & far from pushy. I left to attend another appointment and returned immediately. Words cannot express how grateful I am to everyone at Madison Blu Bridal for making it beyond easy to say YES!!! This place is AMAZING !!! My best friend found her dream wedding dress at a great price of $750 l, she was able to try on over 10 dresses and decided a final top 3. Despite COVID our experience upon arrival was nice they greeted us with mimosas and snacks, and gave us a nice big area to go in a help the bride try on dresses. For brides looking for an experience with the bell and pictures I recommend this place.

Our experience at the Wedding & Party Supply Outlet was quite unique. My sister in law (the bride) heard of a bridal warehouse in Orlando and this is what popped up on Google. As soon as we walked in, we wanted to turn away. We had just come from Davids where we had a great time working with a very well informed consultant, with a HUGE selection. The selection was MUCH smaller and at first, she wasnt even going to try any on. Then, I found one dress that looked nothing like she had envisioned wanting for her wedding day. We convinced her to just try it for fun, and to her surprise, it was PERFECT! We looked up the designer online after to find that most of his dresses start at $1300, and can go up to $5000. This dress had been marked down to $600.00 and after discovering a VERY small stain, we were able to talk the manager down to $520. The staff were all very nice, and didnt overly hover, so we felt very comfortable to take our time. We had a great time, and I would highly recommend taking a peak! They may not have ANYTHING you are looking for, or they may just have the perfect one that you need to dig for! :)

After looking at what felt like every bridal shop in Orlando, I came in here and was FINALLY able to find my dress! The atmosphere, QUALITY & prices can’t compare to anywhere else I’ve been. GO IN AND ASK FOR TERESA!!! A++++

I was visiting my family in Orlando and came to Orlando Bridal Warehouse on a short trip. I am getting married in just a few months, so buying something off the rack was necessary! Orlando Bridal Warehouse was a FABULOUS experience. Not crowded, great light, and Amy, our consultant/sales associate, was AMAZING. She was friendly, funny, patient, attentive, and ended up picking a dress I would have NEVER picked for myself in a million years, but it ended up being THE ONE. Amy also added a bustle to the dress and cleaned it so that I could take it home ready to go! Cant recommend them enough. I went to another bridal store in Orlando that same day, and didnt have nearly the same experience or selection of dresses. Get your dress here! You wont be sorry.

I had such a fantastic experience today! I came in today with my sister and mother and Kate was so welcoming. Kate really personalized my shopping experience and helped me pick the perfect dress! She knew exactly what I wanted :) The bridal salon itself was wonderful and there were many dresses to choose from. I wish I had come here first, the selection was much better that DB(prices were better too!). I had come at the last hour they were open (with appointment) and I never felt rushed and was able to take the time I needed to. They also have a warehouse of bridal decor which was very decently priced compared to decor I have seen online so I might be back soon for a couple things. There where a lot of happy tears today and I could not have asked for anyone better than Kate to help me choose my dress! Thanks Kate! :)

Reed the entire review and youll thank me later!My fiancé and I saw an ad for wedding dresses under $299 so we were excited to go. Its always been a dream of hers to get married in a Disney princess dress and we were told we could get that there. Horrible experience from the second we walked in.First off, there were only 2 or 3 dresses under $299 and they were not so nice at all so do not fall for the sale if you see an ad.Second, it was also really hot and the one lady that worked there was very unpleasant and offered zero assistance since we were there for the sale. We ended up finding a dress my fiancé liked that was not part of the sale. The same lady told us it was a Disney Princess dress from last years collection so we made the purchase.Now the reason why I completely regret shopping there...About a month later we came to find out it was not a Disney Princess dress but a simple no name dress from 3 years ago. My fiancé was crushed. The lady lied to us to make a sale and made sure to tell us no refunds or exchanges a few times before we left. I spoke to her about this and again all she could mention is no refunds or exchanges. I even offered to exchange the dress for another dress so she would still have her sale. Pretty sure shes the owner and could care less about her customers. She should be shut down.Save your time and money and do not shop here. All the lady cares about is making the sale and will lie to your face in order to do so.

I just bought my wedding dress last weekend at this shop. I loved the atmosphere and the staff was extremely helpful, even though I didnt have an appointment. My bridal consultant, Alex, even offered to take our photos and even some photos with us in the store. She also gave me all the information Ill need to have some slight alterations done. Alex really went above and beyond her job to help me find the perfect dress. If you go to this shop, ask for her!

My mom found her dress and bridesmaids dresses at decent pricing and she purchased a lot of her decorations from here. She frequent this store often getting ready for her wedding. After visiting multiple boutiques and well known stores I decided to visit Orlando Bridal Warehouse. Everyone was very friendly, Kate the girl who helped me was wonderful and she helped me find my dress! Great prices and great selection. I would recommend this store as a must in your list of places to visit when searching for formal dresses and wedding dresses.

After going to 3 other bridal stores (a boutique, Davids bridal, and an outlet store) I finally went here and found my dress at a great price! The dresses are all grouped by size which I really liked and they had a great selection of different styles. I tried on 5 or so dresses all marked down 50% off to stay in my $800 budget. Zoey was my consultant and was very nice and helpful from start to finish. She offered me lots of advice when it came to the dresses and their fit and matched me with the perfect veil. She was patient and understanding as well. And as far as the elevator comments go.we asked for one and they provided no problem.

Shopping for prom dresses and found this store on Google. They were extremely helpful and attentive. Had a good size selection of dresses and fell in love with one and purchased it here. Let me just say after shopping for prom dresses for two days straight this was one of the more delightful store experiences. The price was excellent, well below many of the dresses we had seen over the past two days in different stores. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a formal dress.

I had a horrible experience at the Bridal Warehouse. The sales associate (an older white female) was very rude and made several sarcastic remarks towards me while shopping for a dress. Out of all the dresses I saw I decided to try on 2, but neither were what I was looking for. I advised the sales associate I was going to look through the dresses a little more to find the right one then she just stormed off. After looking I didnt see anything else then I proceeded to walkout. Even though the sales associate was standing right there she completely ignored me. She didn’t ask is theres anything else she could help me with? And no Goodbye.... Thank you have a good day....Good luck on your wedding or anything.Her attitude was extremely unprofessional. ALL customers should be treated equal whether the sales associate feels theyre going to purchase something or not. Even though I didnt find the right dress I was still going to purchase my wedding decor from the Bridal Warehouse but after the rudeness I experienced with the sales associate I immediately changed my mind and took my business elsewhere.

I wish I had come here first. After visiting several places on my hunt for a bridal gown I found this place on line and decided to stop in and see what they had. Although I did not have an appointment and they were pretty busy they still were able to accommodate me. Knowing what I know now, I would have definitely made an appointment. They had a great selection and after a few dresses I couldn’t believe it I actually found the one !!! The whole experience was awesome.

I had no idea this place existed until I found it on Google. I liked the idea of an off the rack dress at a good price. The customer service was wonderful. I didnt end up liking any of the dresses, they were not my style. I noticed a lot of dresses with make up on them which Im sure is difficult to avoid with people trying them on.

Just walked in with my fiancee and because of her low budgeting and price range she was made to feel inadequate when searching for her wedding dress. How awful are you people? You instead could just kindly mention that she try somewhere else instead of being rude and implying she was low class by her price point. Funny thing is I wouldve spent and given her whatever she wanted but you were rude. So unprofessional.

Best experience everywhere after having an horrible experience at David’s Bridal in the Altamonte Mall. The staff at Orlando Bridal Warehouse helps you feel comfortable and helps you not only to have fun but to make sure you get the true bride excitement and feeling. They went above and beyond for me and I left there feeling more confident about how I’ll feel and look on my wedding day. The prices here are amazing and they are having a huge sale right now!! Perfect! I could write the same as Bethany: walked in and thought to turn around. However, the ladies there were awesome and really nice. After strolling around, I found one dress which I liked, but wasnt my size. They told me it runs small and I could just try it on if I like ... and it was. 15 min later I was done and bought my dress. I tried another dress just in case and I loved their reaction: no does not look good! Thank you, finally an honest answer and not: aww so cute - to just sell a dress.

Not a huge selection like you may expect from the term warehouse, but i found what i was looking for to say yes to the dress! The sales lady was very good, also. No pressure but very helpful.

Rushed, Rude, unorganized, not helpful, expensive overpriced dresses.I had made an appointment and came in a little early. I told her my budget (which was still over 1000) and she pretty much refused to work with it only showing me dresses above my limit. I asked her to bring me certain dresses and she did not. She tried pushing me to buy a dress that was too small and not even remotely comfortable. (Couldnt sit in the dress) And to top things off, at the end I was debating on two dresses that I might like to purchase and I wanted to try one of them on one more time but she rudely interrupted me and said she had another appointment and that I needed to get dressed and think about it elsewhere. As I started to change, she said well arr you going to be a madison blu bride or not? We cant hold them so if you dont purchase today they could be gone Needless to say, even though I probably would have decided to get one of the dresses I was deciding between I left.I HIGHLY reccomend not choosing this place, I went to Minervas outlet which had a MUCH better selection in ALL price ranges. They actually let you take your time and dont pressure you.

Hi, my name is Zee, I came to the Orlando bridal with no expectation I will find me my wedding dress. I have been to a lot of places before I have told my size was between 14 and 12 I tried a lot off 14 dresses none of them fit me right. I didnt tried any 12 sizes because I was told size 12 will be to small. The I came to the Orlando bridal met uriel and Teresa and they were so sweet nice people they make you feel welcome and listen to what I ask for. I told her I needed to find a dress were I dont need to pay extra money for alterations. After in hour looking for my wedding dresses I finally found the one. Guess what size 12 and I dont need to altered the dress fit me perfectly. Thank you uriel and Teresa because of you I will look fabulous on my special day.

I TOTALLY recommend orlando bridal warehouse to anyone. This store has high class dresses and half the price you will find in some random boutique. I had Kate assist me while I was trying on dresses and she did an AMAZING job. She knew exactly what I needed and matched my taste. This place also has some party supplies, rentals, decorations for any occasions, and more... take my word. I wish I had this store back in my hometown. I traveled all the way from Lakeland to get the wedding dress of my dreams. Give it a chance!

They had great selections!! I fell in love with this tablecloth that you can rent! They have an entire second floor for dresses of every occasion! They had wedding dresses and veils. I also saw quincearia, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride dresses! The only downfall is that the dresses are only sold by whats in stock. I fell in love with a dress that was one size too big. They had no way of ordering another so I had to walk away empty handed. Their prices for tablecloths and napkins make it cheaper to buy than to rent from a rental company!

Weird location, I almost didn’t go in, but I’m so glad I did! Yes there is a steep staircase inside that my fiancé’s grandma couldn’t walk up, but they accommodated her by having her use an elevator. You get a ton of dress options!They are organized by size on a rack, and give you space to look, unlike at David’s Bridal. The assistant was very helpful in helping me get out of some large, heavy ball gowns!They even had some Disney wedding dresses for super low prices (I almost picked the belle one). When I went, all dresses were on sale for like 900! I found a Da Vinci dress that I love, and am so excited to get married in! Thank you Orlando Bridal Warehouse for having my “the dress”!

I worked with Teresa and she never made me feel pressured to buy anything. She is the owner and wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this place and I especially recommend working with Teresa!!!

Went in at 10am before our flight out, the first thing out of the woman working there was do you have an appointment. My wife told her that the website said no appointments needed except for bridal wear. She replied that she have an appointment at 10 but she will help us quickly. We felt unwelcomed tried on one dress and left at 10:30am. She still have no one waiting for her. The lady working there is not good for this type of business 😡 the air-conditioning was not enough and it was hot. Selection on night grown is limited. Good number of dresses for bridal gowns.

They dont order dresses everything is off the rack

I had an amazing time there today and I found the dress of my dreams - within my budget, and it fits perfectly. The salesperson (Rebecca) really cared that I found what was gonna work best for me, and I truly felt like a bride for the first time. Low budget dress shopping does not have to feel like any less fabulous of an experience than higher budget shopping! Seriously don’t skip this place. Great selection in all sizes, even larger sizes! I’m SOOO happy!!!

I was too busy doing the ugly cry over the second dress I tried on (by her suggestion) to pay attention to anything else lol Im in love with my wedding dress. I had went to two other bridal salons during my dress search but they were way over budget so my mom and I decided to check out Orlando Bridal Warehouse. Our consultant, Rebecca, was great! There werent a lot of dresses in my size that werent strapless but Rebecca suggested a dress which I was initially hesitant about but figured, why not. Turns out the one she selected my mom and I ended up loving! And best of all, it was below budget!! I went in there thinking it was going to be like our last experiences where I leave with nothing but we walked out with smiles on our faces and a gorgeous dress. Definitely worth checking out - especially if youre on a budget!

I came here today with my Mother and Furture Mother In Law to just look around. Ended up trying on dresses unexpectedly. Rebecca was helping us out and she was wonderful. We ended up finding the dress and buying it right away. There was no pressure to buy, and she was amazing to work with. I will be back to dress shop with my bridesmaids.

This place is a joke...I just called to get a little back ground information, and the man that answered the phone today friday 3/1/2019 at 1:43 pm....instead of being help ful and attracting customer $$$$ to the store he asks you what size and what price range..then he says i dont want you to waiste our time or yours...lets see if we even have anything for you....i mean as if ...to disqualify you over the phone....when a person calls in idiot ...get them booked thats money coming directly to you.... what a clown!!!

If I had the ability to give them negative stars, I would. Hands down. We were greeted by someone who decided to scoff when told the price range and then pointed to a section and said well good luck. They make you fill out an in depth questionnaire under the guise that they will already have some dresses pulled but when we arrived it was as if they didn’t even know we were coming to the appointment and asked multiple questions over. When we told the lady we were looking for a certain style her answer was “well they’re all mixed in” and they walked away making no attempt to aid or assist. The prices were ridiculously marked up for dresses that really missed the mark. When we decided to leave the consultant made no attempt to talk or make eye contact with us. Long story long, this experience, place, service, and workers really sucked.

Amazing experience. They have multiple dresses for every size for cheaper and noone was hounding me like the other bridal stores I went to, they just let us look and helped me get in and out of the dresses.
