I wish we could give more stars! I called BGC in with less than thirty days before my wedding in hopes I could get my dress altered after original plan fell through. They were able to squeeze me and the schedule within the same week. I had my dress altered by the amazing Daisy and Angie. I am forever grateful to them both. Not only were they professional- they were super friendly and kind. Daisy gave me multiple options on things that could be done to my dress that I didnt even think about and she wasnt pushy that I had to get them all done. Without a doubt I recommend them and the store for bridal alterations. & a special thank you to both for making sure that my dress fits me perfectly and letting feel such at ease throughout the process :)

Bridal Gallery Couture was AMAZING. The store itself is big and beautiful, and there were so many great options. Shea was my consultant and she was perfect! She is everything you want in a consultant. She understood my feelings about certain gowns more than I did! She was so helpful and was able to guide me to a decision of style and fit. Such an incredible experience, this was the third shop of the day that we were going to and by this time I was overwhelmed and exhausted. I definitely didn’t think it would be a much better experience than the previous shops we had been to, much less be able to find the dress. Their selection was AMAZING, definitely the best assortment of dresses i had seen so far. We worked with Annie and she made it such a fun, comfortable process.She didn’t overwhelm me with too much information or too many questions but was still very helpful, understood my taste, and informative. She was patient with me and my mom, gave me space, didn’t get into the middle of our discussions (oddly, a lot of other shops would interject into our conversations or try to shut out my mom’s opinions). I felt like Annie was my best friend through the process while still very professional. By the end, with her help, we found the one! I went back a few days later to meet with her, try the dress on one more time and put in the order. She accommodated my crazy work schedule and got me in and out really quickly. So happy with the decision and would 100% recommend Annie and BGC to any brides looking for the dress!

What a fantastic shop ! The dress selection is amazing for brides and for mother’s of the bride ! I was able to find several MOB dresses off the rack that were so beautiful and alterations are done right there in the shop with an expert seamstress ! She made me comfortable in dressing/undressing and pinnings/clips dresses so I could see the full effect. I can’t say enough good things about this store and the employees who are so accommodating. I called them last minute for an alteration for my suit. They fit me in and were super friendly and patient with me (which isn’t easy) and the turn around time from drop off to pick up was astounding. They made the process super easy and the pricing was very reasonable. They even steamed my suit for me which made it look even better! Daisy who did the alterations didn’t rush me and really took her time to listen to me even though I was really picky. Sarah who works in the front has great customer service from the beginning until the end. On top of that the store is GORGEOUS. They have great lighting for when you try on your suit or dress. I highly recommend them and will be back to get my 4 other suits worked on.

We had alterations done for a wedding and everyone was fabulous! The dress was full of sequins and not easy to hem. Daisy not only hemmed the dress by hand so that I could wear it for the wedding but she was willing to listen to concern that I could only wear it for the wedding with flats. She did the hem in such a way so that I could unhem it after the wedding to wear with heels! I will definitely be back!!!

Great selection of dresses and a wonderful staff! Annie was incredible when fitting the dresses to me so I could actually envision what it would look like. She masterfully pinned the back of a dress to resemble an open low back that made me love the dress so much more. Daisy with alterations ensured me it could be done and explained the process. Such a great team!

It is in the early stages, but we bought both a wedding dress and a mother of the bride dress. We are counting on our seamstress and alterations. Annie is a wonderful sales clerk with a cute and patient personality. My only disappointment is refusing returns which most stores are ok with. I think they should allow 48 hours...to take it home, think about it and return for instore credit if after the sales pitches you decide it isnt exactly what works.

Love, Love, Love this store!!! I went to look for a Mother of the Groom dress and there were so many beautiful and unique options that I had a really hard time narrowing it down! Annie helped me pick the perfect dress for me! I really wanted a dress that fit on my shoulders and my dress was off the shoulder, Annie took the time and pinned the dress up, showing me the options truly are endless! I scheduled my engagement photos very last minute and needed a hem on the dress I planned to wear for the shoot. Despite having a client on the way, Daisy agreed to take me and immediately started working on the dress. She was able to get the dress back to me (hemmed, tacked and steamed) within 5 days! Daisy (alterations) is incredible. It was such a blessing to leave my dress with her and not be worried at all about how my dress would turn out because she is so kind, personable, and professional. She had to add length, take in part of the dress, let out part of the dress, extend the lace straps... and it came out fitting perfect in just one appointment.I went here for my very first wedding dress appointment and Scout put me in a wide variety of dresses. My gown is a fit and flare style that I never would have considered without Scout as a consultant! Though I didn’t find my dress here, it was the most fun I had at any gown appointment and I returned for Daisy to do my alterations. Best costumer service I’ve seen throughout my whole wedding experience in Orlando, highly recommend!

This bridal salon and all the staff was amazing. I set out a few months ago to find the perfect Mother of the Groom dress and with special thanks to Daisy I did just that. She picked the most beautiful dress for me and told me this dress was her favorite when it came to mother dresses. She was right! I absolutely adore both Annie and Daisy! Annie was super helpful throughout the entire dress shopping experience - always very polite, positive, and is obviously very passionate about what she does. My sister booked at appt for 10am Saturday morning to try on bridal gowns and it was her 4th place looking for THE dress. From the time we entered Irum truly showed us what the whole experience should be like. He asked all the right questions and throughout the appt I could hear him ask my sister questions in order to get a grasp about what her taste was and find the right dress. An added bonus is Irum has such an eye for hairstyles and even helped her create different looks with different dresses with her hair! Omg this guy is a BOSS! She found and said yes to the dress. I think this was all irum and his approach to this experience. This man knows what he is doing in bridal gown sales. Every detail after about measurements, sizing and pricing was explained in detailed. All questions we had in terms of next steps were answered. From reading the other reviews our next phase in alterations will be met by more awesome people. Thank you Irum for helping my sister find her dress!

Daisy is an amazing with alterations! She hemmed wedding dress and put in a French bustle. I was able to pick up my dress two weeks after dropping it off and the price was reasonable. It looked amazing and she listened to exactly what I wanted. She was able to offer amazing advice and handled my dress with such care. She made sure I was happy with everything 10x over before I walked away with my dress. With all the stress of planning a wedding, knowing your dress is being handled with care is so comforting. I contacted Bridal Gallery Couture after I went to pick up my wedding dress from David’s bridal from the alterations department. David’s bridal was supposed to fix the length, cover up my chest area more and take in the waist. They did everything except take in the waist. I was of course upset when I went to pick up my dress and still had a box shaped figure. Turned out they hadn’t even tried to take it in at the waist and then wanted to charge me a rush fee to get it done in time for the wedding. That’s when I decided to go to Bridal Gallery Couture where Daisy agreed to alter my dress for me. The wedding was 4 days away and I was scared that it wasn’t going to be enough time. From the very beginning they were so nice and understanding of my situation. Daisy eased my anxiety and told me not to worry that she would fix my dress on time. She worked hard on my dress and the very next day she called. She had worked hard and my dress was done sooner than I had expected. I tried on the dress and I almost cried from how beautiful it looked. She did an amazing job and in so little time. It completely changed the look of the dress. From the moment we stepped into the Bridal Gallery, we were treated like royalty. Annie, our stylist took so much time with my daughter, listening to her describe her dream wedding dress along with all of her concerns. Annie found a number of dresses that were all lovely but as soon as Kristin saw the dress - she knew it was THE DRESS. Still there were some concerns as she hadnt anticipated even considering a strap less dress. Annie showed us a bolero that could be added to the dress to provide an extra layer of elegance and it made my daughter feel beautiful.While the bolero concept was perfect, the bolero that they had in the store did not really match the lace and style of the dress and before we even had a chance to be concerned, Annie mentioned that Daisy would be able to do anything we needed with regard to both alterations, and she could actually create a custom bolero with the actual lace that was used in Kristins dream gown. After taking measurements and getting verification that the lace could be acquired from the designer, Daisy went to work crafting her own custom designed bolero.I felt comfortable knowing that Annie so highly recommended Daisy, but the day we went in to let Kristin try on the bolero for her final fitting, I cannot describe the feeling I had seeing her creation. I wasnt sure that Kristin could ever feel any better about her dress, but that day she fell in love with it even more.I mentioned, from the first visit to the gallery how Annie made us feel so comfortable, but it was more than that. As odd as it sounds, it felt like we were meeting a long lost dear friend. Both Annie and Daisy truly have the personality and professionalism to make any bride feel the best they can on their once in a lifetime day.I am so very glad we found our team at the Bridal Gallery Couture.I will only add that seeing how great they worked with Kristin for her wedding gown, I decided to get their help for my Mother of the Bride dress as well. Again, they made me feel like a dress for me was equally important. Daisy again came to my rescue customizing the front of the dress adding a lace panel inset to the bust line so that the dress was not so low cut. She was able to find portions of the dress skirt to use so that the match was perfect and it gave me that extra feeling of confidence that I was not going to be over exposed.I truly recommend this team and the Bridal Gallery Couture to everyone looking to find the perfect dress for their special day.

Bridal Gallery Couture was the second place I went to look for my dress. My bridal stylist was Annie and she did a great job! Since I had been one other place I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I can be pretty indecisive sometimes, but I think Annie did a wonderful job helping me stick to what I had said I liked, and she helped me not to get sidetracked, which as an indecisive person, I really appreciated! We had the whole store to ourselves and it was a wonderful experience! I had told the store certain dresses I wanted to try on before the appointment, and they had the dresses ready for me. Once I got there I was also able to look throughout the store and pick any other ones I wanted to try on! Like I said Annie did a wonderful job so after I tried on a few, we reevaluated the dresses I had pulled and decided they werent what I was looking for. So I ended up trying on only the dresses that I really was interested in, instead of a bunch of different styles. I ended up finding my dress, and was able to find accessories that I loved as well. I cant wait to go back for alterations (they have in house alterations), as it was a wonderful experience and I think they will continue to do a great job!

Bridal Gallery Couture is such a great luxury wedding gown boutique. I just picked up a dress from there for a photoshoot and I had an amazing experience working with Ruthie, Larai and all the team! They picked out some amazing dresses and ended with a Justin Alexander dress that looks like a royalty dress. My daughter got engaged in June of this year and we visited Bridal Gallery in August. This was the first bridal salon we visited and as soon as we walked in we knew we were in the right place. We were greeted by Annie and she did an amazing job in listening to what my daughter was looking for and chose the most beautiful gowns. Miss Daisy is so freakin amazing! I was in town for a wedding and had a quick emergency to remove a train from a dress- she did it in 10 minutes! Literally, just 10 minutes! I went here just because it was close to where I was eating lunch and I needed pants hemmed for work. The store was absolutely gorgeous and the staff (Annie) was very friendly. Daisy, who does their alterations and tailoring, was amazing in her attention to detail and was even able to get my pants hemmed right then and there. Fantastic and classy place.

I originally bought my dress in Wisconsin and planned to get my alterations there, but due to Covid I was not able to go back home. My mom shipped it to Orlando and I had no clue where to get my alterations done and luckily enough I found Daisy! She was so nice and took great care of my dress and did all the alterations amazingly. I had several layers, lace, and beading and she had no issues bringing up my straps, taking 3 inches off, and more! I would highly recommend this place for any bride.

I had purchased my dress at Bridal Gallery of Orlando, and due to COVID, had my alterations appointment at BG Couture. I was referred to Daisy for my alterations and I have thanked God for the little shifts + movements that directed my path to hers. Daisy has such a maternal aura to her and makes the alterations/appointment all about you. She makes certain that youre comfortable, confident and in love with the decisions when it comes to alterations. Daisy recommend what she believed would fit my body and my dress best, and having been in the business since she was a teen, I let her run with it. Im SO thankful that I did! When I picked my dress up, I couldnt believe that it looked even better than when I first purchased it. Whitney was great. She is the reason I found my perfect dress. I went to their first location and worked with her, but didnt find the one. A couple of days and several unsuccessful trips to different bridal stores, Whitney emailed me and said she saw a couple of dresses at their sister location that were what I was looking for. This is the only place you need to shop for a gown. Heres why. This was the fourth stop in my search for a wedding gown between Chicago and central Florida, and it was far and away the best experience I had. From the moment I walked in the door, Ellie was warm, welcoming, professional, and easy going. This shop provides 1-on-1 appointments so you have their full attention and you have full comfort without tons of strangers roaming around while you climb in and out of gowns. Their approach to selecting gowns was also great. I was able to hand select what appealed to me off the rack (great selection, by the way) and also was given professional suggestions. Ellie listened and observed so she could pull dresses that flattered my figure and matched the overall aesthetic of my wedding. She also wasnt afraid to suggest things I wouldnt necessarily have chosen myself, which I appreciated because it either pleasantly surprised me or further solidified my taste. Above everything else, she took her time to pin everything perfectly (sometimes multiple times!) so I could truly envision what each gown would look like. She explained ways that dresses could be altered to make them 100% what I was looking for or to flatter or hide problem areas. Thats where Ellies unique skills and 20+ years of experience really shined. Then, after about a dozen gowns, she helped me narrow it down to a top three and helped accessorize these top choices with veils etc. to make a final decision. She then helped my mom and grandma choose and try on dresses of their own. Through it all, Ellie respected my budget and did not press for decisions. You may think that some of these things are obvious or commonplace, but I assure you they arent. Ellies service was unmatched. Thank you, Ellie, for a wonderful experience that we will never forget!

I took my bridesmaid dress here that needed a lot of alterations done and Daisy did an amazing job! She gave me so much time during the first fitting to make sure she was creating a perfect fit and when I got the dress back, I was extremely happy with the alterations! You couldn’t even tell that she had to basically rebuild the bodice because the stitching was perfection!

My wedding is November 6, 2020 and I have been to over 10 bridal boutiques in Florida area and none come close to Bridal Gallery Couture. First off, as soon as you walk in through the door it’s an experience. The atmosphere is so warm, welcoming and glamorous. I left like I was a million when I walk in. Secondly, They were the only boutique I went to and upon arrival they had a selection of dresses in my fitting room waiting for me(the dress I chose was one of those selection, isn’t that amazing!)Thirdly, I’m plus size and curvy and I thought I would never find the right dress to compliment my curve and let me tell you, the dress makes me look and feel like a million bucks. I love the fact that they have everything. I was in love with two dress that was completely different; one was classy/elegant/chic and the other one was SEXY. How can you find things so opposite in one place? They have everything a brides need. But lastly, I had alterations that same day. I literally said yes to the dress and the designers tailored and made alterations to the dress right after. All the other Bridal’s store I went to, I had to make an appointment for alterations, which was a week or two out and I did not have time since my wedding is in less than 2 months. I’m from the Caribbean and if you’re looking for something different this is the place. It’s a place for everyone. I would recommend them to every bide I know. I purchased a mother-of-the bride dress from Bridal Gallery Couture and was very pleased with the personal attention and professional service I received. I especially want to thank Daisy for the work she did to transform my gown - it fits me perfectly now! It was 2 sizes too big, but no one will ever know because Daisy is truly an amazing seamstress. I had the most amazing experience here !! From the minute I walked in the store I was treated as if I was there only bride . I tried several dresses and finally found the one . But I need to add sleeves to it . Daisy was absolutely amazing and listened to exactly how I wanted the sleeves and even used her own style and experience and made them even better than I could have ever imagined !!!!!! The dress and the sleeves fit perfectly!!! Everyone loved the dress but they were especially in love with the sleeves band daisy’s impeccable attention to detail .
