Ruben has been helping me getting my car serviced as my service administrator we are currently still dealing with an issue I brought my car in for a blown head gasket issue that they determine was covered under warranty they checked the whole car and said everything was fine and everything was checked when I picked up the car the check engine light came on and my AC was not blowing cold air I took it back to the dealership and they came out with a quote of $1300 and stated that my car was like that when I brought it in I asked to speak to a manager because I know that wasn’t the case and I have the proof of documentation saying they tested the car and everything was good to go they also said on the second diagnostic my Catalytic converter also needs to be replaced but that is also covered under warranty due to the Mechanics overlooking and not handling the situation properly Ruben told me that they will cover the AC compressor charge as well I brought my car to in on October 6 and I still don’t have my car fixed fully, it has been almost 30 plus days and I am still waiting on the text back for the parts that they need to fix the AC compressor and catalytic converter so I can bring my car in.

Second purchase and second trade in here. They give fair top dollar on trades and work well on every deal. Fast easy process with great sales and management team. If there’s an issue, they will go above and beyond to make it right, even if it wasn’t their fault.

I was rear ended earlier this month to where it ended up that my previous car was totaled. I came into this dealership and wanted to check out the Encore. I was greeted and taken care of by Ian who was exceptional. I own a 2018 GMC 2500 that I take pride in how clean and well maintained the truck is. I am a travel nurse that used your dealership while here in the Orlando area. I received my truck with greasy hand prints on the hood, door handles, and steering wheel. The interior and exterior smelled of oil and fuel fumes. I had an oil and fuel filter changed. I have never had the outside of my truck smell when Ive used Hilton Head GMC or Gainesville GMC for my service.

Adam was svc provider and Samuel Diaz the tech. Brought truck in because the driver side was blowing hot. I told the adv that i believed the actuator was bad and left them the truck. I was called later and told that the condenser was leaking and the a/c hose to the condenser and quoted 2,280 to repair the a/c.I picked up the truck already knowing that the refrigerant was not low when i picked up the truck and asked again did they check codes for the actuator and was told yes.So when i got home i through my gauges on the truck and found that the tech had loaded the system with dye. So i grabbed my uv light as i am an HVAC contractor and found no evidence of a leak and again the refrigerant was at the correct pressures.End of this story is the actuator was bad and i replaced it for 39.99.Hard to believe that you guys are ripping people off this way!

I drove 8 hours with a truck and trailer to pick up a 90 Corvette that I put a deposit on. And I would gladly do it again. #1) The car was as promised. Heck it may have been better than promised. #2) Ayhan was a complete professional even in dealing with someone such as myself who may be a little curt and to the point sometimes. #3) This was an unusual sale in that the previous owner had modified the car and Jason Pike (the GM at Orange) actually coordinated so that the previous owner was able to talk to me and allay any fears I had in regards to the quality of the modifications. Overall very pleased with my purchase, the treatment that I received, and the professionalism with how everything was done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORANGE BUICK GMC!

Service person helping me was great. Knowledgeable and helpful. However the porter who handled my vehicle needs more training, he did not cover my seat, he also touched the gas peddle with his hand and proceeded to touch my steering wheel. That is not the way he should handle a relatively new $70k truck.

Several mo that ago I purchased a new 2021 GMC Sierra 2500HD from this location (Orange Buick GMC) I recently lost a ignition key so I contacted the parts department to order a new key. Barry, the parts associated placed my order but never once gave me special information about my keys. I received a call letting me know that my then paid for my keys at $118.00. The service department manager contacted me and informed me that he would take care of the issue...fantastic customer service...

But after you sign the paper and dont read (because you trust them) then you receive a punch after read careful!At night with more time after I read all papers and numbers I signed on hurry, there was $9,000+ on the final amount financed!!That was terrible! $7k was about a lot of benefits that Rob told me would give me for free, but it wasnt free and this $7k already included on financial proposal before they asked if I wanted.. just after 3 months the bank received the check they returned this $7k paying to the bank.After I signed the papers was impossible to receive response mainly from Rob, he just disappears right after he has the deal completed!Other $2,000 he added to the car price telling because GM Financial denied and Capital One accepted and the offer was exclusive to GM Bank only. But today I see my car is with gm Financial, not capital one, so that fake discount is just to attract you to store. All details on screenshots attached. From fake offer to final price paid.Really bad service just after you leave from their door! I will never refer this dealer!

Great service staff. Never bought here, but the service dept is wonderful. Honest, up front, and kinda feels like talking to your cousin about fixing your car while drinking a frosty beverage instead of high-pressure, seemingly sketchy dealer service centers Ive uses before. No pressure at all, they just tell you what they think, and you can pick and choose what you want to so about it (I replaced one wiper instead of two, as an example, and was charged for 1 wiper only).Definitely feel they provide trustworthy service.

Online parts ordering is a disaster. Billy, online manager needs to work on his temper. Waited 2-3 weeks to have my order cancelled without any communication, email, or phone call. No follow up. No customer service. Left me hanging. When I did manage to speak to a person they were rude. Frustrating experience to do business here.Got a full refund and going elsewhere.Stay Away.

Even though the customer service was good, I had to wait about a month to get my car fixed. After spending little over $3000 I had to bring my car back because it said my engine was running hot. Luckily, I didnt have any plans the next day but they fixed my car the second time with no charge. This is my first time having a bad experience with Orange Buick.

Everything was taken care of in a timely manner with the original issues resolved. However, I was told my vehicle would be washed, which is nice but no big deal, yet it was literally covered in bird poop. Like all over the vehicle, including the windshield which is obviously noticeable. I couldnt believe the guy would hand the vehicle over to me in that shape. I understand the service advisors might not have seen it but to have any employee drive that out of the lot into the service bay for delivery is shocking.

Everything was good. The salesman was friendly and helpful. It took longer than Id expected, but thats probably because its been 12 years since I bought my last car. I must admit that I already miss my 2009 GMC Acadia, but I love my 2021 Encore, too.

I feel like we were meant to buy our vehicle from Orange GMC Buick. The whole experience with them was truly top notch.We went to look at a specific vehicle. After calling Robbie. He was out front waiting for us with the vehicle when we arrived. Robbie by far was the best part of the whole experience. Because of financing logistics, we had to come back another day. We were there for a few hours because of the third party financing. Throughout it all the whole team at Orange GMC Buick never pressured or rushed us. Robbie even brought snacks out for my 3 little kids. The rest of the team also treated us with respect and honesty whenever they had questions for us or needed something. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Again Robbie made the difference. I feel he was the perfect agent for me and my handful of a family. He truly had the patience of a saint!

Im from Connecticut, I was told I needed to replace my high pressure fuel pump. Now a days alot of people are struggling. Im here for a family emergency, and was told they couldnt and wouldnt work with me on the price. Being a mechanic myself I know they mark up the parts and charge the labor that the book calls for. They have the option to not charge you the full amount... the service manager was extremely rude as well as my service advisor.. absolutely worste experience ever!!

Went down to Buick looking to trade in my car and was helped by a salesman named rob he helped me easily acquire the vehicle of my dreams at a affordable price and with a very speedy process . Told him the car I wanted and made no hesitation to give all info about the vehicle, let me test drive to see if I like it, answer any questions I had, & also detailed the inside and outside of the whole vehicle. Hands down 10/10 recommendations, sending Everyone I know to go check out orange Buick for great prices, great cars, and greater service!

Purchased a certified used truck from Ian. He was super helpful and was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles. He was patient and we didnt feel pressured or rushed during the process.We also worked with Ramon and was also extremely helpful and courteous.I had a terrible interaction with the service department and Ramon was able to step in and help out. (Left a separate 1-star review for the service department)I recommend the sales department. Very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely the best place to get a vehicle. Meron, our sales person, was superb! No bs and unfortunately had to work kind of hard since my hubby was being picky on a truck. Santiago, the sales manager, was terrific also. And now we are here for the first service and they were amazing. Glen greeted us immediately and got us started. All the staff were friendly and happy- seems to be a rarity nowadays. So glad we got our vehicle here.

False advertising!!! They have trucks listed for 60k but then tell you its 70k when you call or show up. Unethical business practice!

Everyone was excellent to work with. Starting with our sales person Oscar Soto. Oscar was very attentive and listened to me on what I wanted to do. The sales manager help set up the price and the finance manager really help me to go through the process. All in all I think the people at Orange Buick GMC go out of their way to make your buying a car or truck a very special one. I will tell all my friends about this dealership.
