Told me they could not do an oils change because my 1 year old vehicle had a severe oil leak. Took it somewhere else moments later, and oil change with no problem and no sign of a leak anywhere to be found. No clue what Jiffy Lube was smoking…

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Not only is the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but their pricing is also very fair. I’m the kind of person who absolutely dreads having to go get oil changes and basically anything that has to do with maintenance on my car. My boyfriend and I have had quite a few not great experiences at other oil change locations and thought we would give Jiffy Lube a try instead, now we’ll never look back. My boyfriend drove in first, and he was in and out in less than 15 minutes. My oil change was relatively routine but upon arrival they had noticed that one of my headlights was out. I was very aware of this because I had recently had my car in the shop and was told in order to switch out the bulb, they would need to remove my entire front bumper to access the light. I was quoted $218 to change my headlight. This past year hasn’t been easy on anyone, especially financially and it just wasn’t feasible. I’ve been putting off replacing it for quite some time and was shocked when Mizzy told me she was probably able to change it without having to do any of the things that I was previously told. In less than thirty minutes she had found a way to get underneath my hood and switch out my headlight. For $25. TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS, compared to that of $218. I cannot thank her and Jorge enough. As a woman in her mid twenties, I cannot express how grateful I am that there are good, genuine mechanics (especially female) out here doing an honest job and not just trying to make a quick buck off of someone who knows little to nothing about cars. I will 100% be returning for any and all future routine services and oil changes.

Very quick, informative, and quality service to replace my brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid. My tires were even filled up for me without requesting it! (My tire pressure light happened to be on at the time I pulled in for service.)

Shamir, and Angel were fantastic they did the oil change extremely fast they filled my car with all the fluids that it needed and Kevin even vacuumed my rugs for me. It was hard to believe that I could receive such awesome fantastic outstanding service for such a small fee. I will definitely be back again my car is running smoothly now I give them a five STARS all day. This location is highly recommended I will be back thank you.

The entire staff at the S. Semoran Blvd location are amazing. Extremely friendly and they work QUICK. I had mentioned I was dropping off my car and they still completed a tire rotation, oil change, and a grease job on under 15 minutes. Outstanding!! Normally I would only go to Mavis Tire for routine vehicle work, but I will now be a regular Jiffy Lube customer. In particular, the Assistant manager with a rose tattoo (younger guy) worked above and beyond. He was polite and extremely genuine. Im a very happy customer.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on S.Semoran Blvd., Orlando, just a few days ago, for an oil change/tire rotation, & they did an outstanding job. They were very fast, professional & very courteous. Highly recommend, they answered all of my questions, explained everything in full detail, from start to finish. Best price for a large chain youll find. That being said, they dont have the most knowledgeable mechanics. You get what you pay for, and if they are wrong or mess up, hold it to them to fix it and they will. 9/10 visits youll probably get what you need done properly, but for the 1/10 you wouldnt, theyd cover you.

They provided excellent service on my husbands car and words can’t explain how much they take pride in the work they do. I highly recommend this jiffy lube above all others in the Orlando area!

I went to this location for a normal oil change, but it was everything but normal. First thier POS system went down and they held me there for about 45min after the oil change to reboot their system. Fine. System never came back on so they took down my information and payment information to charge me at a later time. Fine. Heres the kicker, they charged me twice for an oil change then when I called the store to let them know they took zero responsibility. Its not our fault the POS system went down is what the manager said. Now they want me to wait about 7 days to get my money back via a check. Thats food out of my kids mouths. Plus all the over drafts till then? Never coming back to Jiffy Lube after this experience.

Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick in and out service. Lot of options with decent prices. I recommend the mixed blend of synthetic and regular car oil. It never seems to be too busy here where I am often in and out within 20 minutes. Decent waiting area with free cable television and free coffee that is decently air conditioned.

I am impressed. Very professional and nice service with a smile. I went up to the counter with a coupon but it was unfortunately for the Tampa locations. Service manager was very kind explaining it wasn’t the right one and directed me where to get the local coupon. She could have been indifferent but explained it with a smile. My husband would bring it here and always raves how nice they were.. now that he is gone, it’s nice to know there is someplace I can go that is honest and helpful.

I cant remeber her name. But she was the only woman working there. She was a black woman and she was so upbeat positive and caring and especially made sure that my mother was aware of everything that was done to the car and made sure she saw any crack or uneven place in the walk from the car to the waiting area and then back to the car so my mom would not trip or stumble on the uneven pavement. She made my mother feel comfortable and safe!!!! I really wish I could recall her name. She deserves a $1,000.00 dollar bonus just for what she did today and employee of the year.. She was so so so so awesome. Remeber she was a bueatiful black woman the only woman working at the time we were there

I had my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube on Semoran and it was one of the Best Experiences I ever had. The staff there were professional, caring, informative and all around awesome.

We got our oil change at Uncle Eds before coming to FL and our car was leaking oil after they did it, so we came here to have it check out. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They made sure everything was tightened up like it should be ( one bolt was loose so they fixed it) also topped off our oil. Havent had any oil leak after! Thank you guys so much, appreciate it!

I just visited here for an oil change and felt compelled to write a review. The customer service is outstanding, everyone was leading the way and opening all doors every time. I felt like true royalty here. I wasn’t badgered about buying products or services I didn’t need, like most shops do. It was a quick and easy process. Definitely will be going back.

Staff could not have been more helpful! Very nice and knowledgeable.Waiting area is nothing to write home about, but I wasnt there for entertainment.

They can change oil. My issues are:1. Theyre expensive ($88 total for semi-synthetic)2. They try to rope you in to buy extra things. They go through a 7 page end screen when youre paying going through everything wrong with your car (air filter cleaning $20+, top off brake fluid $5, flush brake line $90, new windshield wipers, etc.) Its annoying, I just want my oil changed, not to sit through what feels like a timeshare presentation. And everything is expensive, I can top off my own brake fluid for less than $1 but thanks for trying to take advantage of me.3. On top of that, they ask you to donate to a charity theyre promoting. I dont mind them doing this as much, but after going through over $300 of extra services, they want you to donate more money. If you lower your prices a bit, you can donate to the charity yourself, JiffyLube! Think of all the good you can do. I dont even trust the money will go to the charity after theyve asked me to replace everything about my car.

If they say to change a filter your better off buying it in any other place and installing it your self you will safe a ton a filter could cost you anywhere else about $10-$15 bucks here over $30. Staff is great and service if top notch

I have to say this is the best car garage experience of my life. We were in Orlando suddenly stuck with a brake problem and no one available to fix on a Sunday. The general manager Kizzy offered to diagnose the problem to ensure our safety, arranged for a mechanic last minute and got us back to square.Honesty, empathy and care are the pillars of customer care and Kizzy has it all. We will ensure everyone knows about this (we live in parkland and someone we know is always traveling up this way. She is warm and she cares from the heart. Amazing!

This place was amazing. The whole staff was so honest and polite. They didnt try to swindle me at all and were even very generous. They topped off my fluids for free and even wrote down some things for me to keep in mind for helping out my car and to bring up to my personal mechanic.I was expecting to have a huge dent in my meager bank account (Im a student), but instead I was faced with generosity, chivalry, and kindness.I would and will recommend this to absolutely anyone with a car. I will return.

Ive been a regular customer for about 10years and every time I get my services from employees who been here has always took care of me. With great service and educating me on the next step to do to take care of my car. Recently, the turn over has been increasing and now with new management they never know how to take care of the old customers. Never again will I go back. The management was horrible with no customer service. Find another place to get your oil change where it a little more but you will feel welcome and satisfied for paying for the services.

Moved out of state and both of my vehicles needed an oil change. One of them needed a new alternator and I took them there for service. I brought my little Mr.Rogers in there and she treated him like her own puppy...all of them did!
