David Reel had been in contact with me. I live in Nebraska. We spoke about a build and I wanted a quote. He built out the wrong boat and wanted a 25% deposit. I asked for a right quote and now have waited weeks for the new quote. I will not do business with this company. I had the funds available, no loan. Customer service is garbage at best.

These guys were amazing. We had some welding issues that needed addressing on a Saturday morning for an event later that afternoon. The responded to a frantic FB post, got us in their shop that morning and fixed our issue in less than an hour. They went the extra mile and it saved our weekend. I would highly reccomend these guys! Have 2005 alumitec airboat used there parts department several times over past two years. They get parts out quickly and prices are not real high. Like the way they are willing to admit if they make a mistake and they were nmore than helpful when I ordered wrong part.
