Bought our 1st 3260 Commodore in early 2000s and loved it. We bought a 4560 in 2016. A great boat, excellent quality. Captain Frank took us on a tour of the facility. Not too many Regals here in the pacific northwest. Great cruiser. Lots of amenities great use of space.

Pompano dealership will not service Regal Boats that are more than six years old. Shame on you Regal for allowing your dealers to dump your loyal customers. Stay away from Regal. They do not stand behind their products.

Lots of stuff blocking the loading and unloading docks. Most dont speak english

Interviewed through the 3 step process. Including a 3 hour facility interview. They stated that next step in process for employment, was drug screening, etc...would follow. Now, keep n mind, this company represents themselves as a Christian Based outfit.After several attempts to contact H.R, rep., H.R. Director, which i interviewed with both favorably, Management team, employees, and all those that had influence... not a response. In a holding pattern.??If for whatever reason i was not picked, at LEAST have the common courtesy as a Christian Based company to communicate with the perspective job seeker to make contact, whether it be email, text, phone, or stool pigeon.VERY disappointing..0and still no response.We are faced with a very difficult time in our society. Those that claim to be Christian should have a minimum foundation to base those claims, as well as, claiming to maintain the atmosphere for employees, and, or perspective ones.This company did not reflect those minimum attributes.

Bought our first regal (21OBX) after owning a stingray 220 DR and I have to say that the regal is an awesome boat. The craftsmanship is certainly better than the stingray. Very satisfied so far!

I’ve never been to Regal, have only dealt with the customer service in regards to a boat purchase here in Oklahoma. I can say for one thing it’s impeccable, they value you as a Regal boat owner, assist you in any questions and even helped providing me with information on restoration. Amazing. Thanks Sue for helping me.

Great boats, especially the Ventura 8.3 and 2850. However the Regal Mgf has very, very, very limited knowledge about these boats. No documentation to refer to. Thats why Formula is the king of boats. You call them and someone WILL answer your question and not just say we no longer have that information any longer. This will be the last Regal I will buy because of this service issue.

Exceptional craftsmanship from an exceptional company. As a yachtsman and Captain for over 12 years, I have had the opportunity of navigating several boats from various manufacturers. As a boat builder, I know the quality of perfection through Regal boats that exceed other boats I have worked upon. Finally, as a former employee, I can truly say that Regal Marine holds the highest standard for their manufacturing. So much as even a burred screw is rejected by their quality control inspectors. Having made a life in the maritime industry, I can safely say that Regal boats are the best in their class.

Human resources are bad in customer services. Worst experience ever, Michelle was one of the best human resources . The ladys that they have now are immature, not professional at all customer service are bad!They were loud Not professional at all.They are rude both of the new ladys at the human resources office . Worts experience ever!!!!

Wonderful tour of the finest boats available. You will see every step of the hand made boat building process. Very accommodating tour guides, the Regal family is top notch.

We took a factory tour and it was fascinating. Informative 2 hours learning how they make luxury boats. If we ever buy a boat, it will be a Regal. It was clear thet value their employees and make a quality product.

I bought a 28 foot cabin cruiser. I have had some challenges with components not working. VHF radio, generator and at times the windlass. These frustrations dertract from what is overall a well built boat and a great value in its price range.That said Quality Boats my local Regal Dealer saw and respinded to my frustrations quickly and have worked to get everythin squared away so I can get back to enjoying my boat.

This company is a great place to start a career at. They offer great benefits and entire staff is helpful in many ways.

I’ve owned several boat brands over the last 20 years, and my 2012 Regal 2300 was probably the least dependable, and least enjoyable to own of all that I’ve had. I ordered it new in 2012 and in six years had to replace the lower unit, the RegalVue and experienced what seemed like never ending issues in keeping the boat working and in the water. It’s a small thing, but the gas gauge never worked from the day it came off the assembly line, and after multiple attempts to fix it, I finally just gave up. My advice to anyone buying one is to make sure you get a Mercruiser engine instead of the Volvo. I would also buy the extended warranty...you are going to need it. On a more positive note, I did like the layout of the boat and would still have it if I thought I could depend upon it to work thru an entire boating season without having to spend weeks in service repairing something.

A year ago I bought a Regal 28 express boat, now a lot of problems, which are within the scope of the warranty, but from May till now, no one came to check and repair my boat, I could not contact the customer service, each call to the company no one answered, I am in Chicago，the dealership let me waiting forever, from may to now no one come to look at my boat,My boat is in the water,but I can’t ride, waste the whole summer, Im very disappointed with the company service, they dont care about their customers completely, I wont believe in the company anymore
