Hi All,it has taken me awhile to write this review for Cycle Sports Center, I must apologize to Cycle Sports Center. However my experience was great. I bought a Yamaha MT03 9/08/21.I contacted Cycle Sports on September of this year and spoke to Eric, at the time I called him they had no MT03 in stock however and I left my name with Eric and details to contact me if they received one in stock.He called me about an hour later and told me they had received one, I asked him for a price out the door which he gladly did for me. I asked him to keep the bike for me and drove from Tampa to the store directly after work. The bike was priced to the penny when I got there. No haggling or any drama. It was worth the drive all the way there because they treatment fair and did not try to charge up the price like some other places that i had called.This is the place to buy your bike they are professional and run a class act. They tell you they are going to call you when your bike is ready to get picked up after a service and never call you to let you know you can pick it up, always have to be calling them to get an update on your motorcycle. Don’t take your bike there they don’t know what they are doing and then try to blame you when something goes wrong with your bike when they are the ones that messed it up.

We traveled all the way from Boca to them to purchase KTM Duke 390s - 2 of them. I spoke to Erik, our sales guy over the phone to hold the 2021 bikes for us. He suggested we fill out our financing form online to expedite things along. And expedite he did. The financing, options in colors and getting our questions answered was perfectly seamless. All staff was super helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable staff. Erik even helped us with strapping our bikes t the trailer. Adam our finance guy gave us the best deal possible and made recommendations that were sincere. It was an A++++ experience. Definitely going to do business with them again.

Definitely will be coming back from Daytona again when I decide to get another motorcycle, and also will be referring my friends. Mark Messmer gave me a great out the door price over the phone and I was ready to make the jump. And the rest of the staff that I encountered while in the store picking up the bike were very friendly and nice. But I really enjoy how I didn’t feel like I was getting swindled.

Best place around the parts people are super nice and helpful when no one else would even give time of day at other places because what I was looking for was not a lot of money but Ethan was more than helpful and I was able to get what I needed.

Everyone was very helpful. I bought a Z900 and they made the process very simple and easy to follow. The salesman’s name is Thomas. He helped me out a lot and made sure I was comfortable with the bike before I bought it. He went out of his way to help me with the best deal and I really appreciate it. They hook you up with a store discount on gear after you make a purchase. If you don’t have safety gear they’ll give you a pretty good deal on helmets and stuff so you’re safe out on the road. Very satisfied.

Recently bought my MT10 from this dealership and they made the process very easy and a smoking deal. Mark Messmer (Mezzy) was my salesman and other than a couple short phone calls, nearly everything was done through texting which made it very easy considering my tough schedule that week. Couldnt of had a better experience. My salesman Thomas was awesome! I drove all the way from Clearwater to purchase the Yamaha MT-07. Thomas had all the information and paperwork ready for finance, which made the process much quicker. I will be coming here for all my future toys.

I was looking to buy a 2020 Z900 last Tuesday. I called the competition and told them I was buying and to give me a cash prize out the door. 2 hours go by and nothing. I called Cycle Sports center and spoke with Mark Mezzy. He said he would call me right back and he did with a great out the door price. I asked when they could have it ready he said one hour. I hooked up my trailer and headed south. As I’m driving south I get a text from the other dealer and I texted them back they were too late. When I arrived to pick the bike up it was ready and Mark and the sales team had me out of there in Under 30 minutes. This place has got it together. Very reasonable dealer, setup and transportation fees. I won’t even walk into the dealer here in Ocala since they tried to screw me on a bile a couple of years ago. I’d rather drive the two hours south.I love my new Z900 and have no buyers remorse.

Much thanks to the gentleman in sale parts that gave me the information on the ski cover and speakers, lastly, the service manger and his crew for installing the speakers right on the spot, they squeezed me in so I didn’t have to make another trip back to the shop. The price was great and Thomas did a great job helping me over the phone since I lived about 1 1/2 hrs away.Everyone there was great when I came to pick up my new little bike. Even though I was purchasing a small commuter bike and was a very low priced motorcycle they treated me like I was spending a bunch of money on a high dollar machine. I will definitely buy from them again when the time comes!

I came in this weekend to buy a new MT-10. Thomas contacted me the same day I emailed in about purchasing the bike. Within a couple hours I was in to buy. He took my information, got me the numbers and I was out the door in less than 2 hours. Most of that time was getting the bike filled with gas, final inspection and test driven by the service center. He was very polite and knowledgeable as well as a fellow rider himself.I was looking at another bike 30 minutes closer to my house, but his quick response and follow up made the choice on where to go first clear. Thanks again Thomas for all the help!

I called Cycle Sports for a price on a side by side. 6 hours later and $400 less than any dealer from Orlando to NSB they gave me the best deal and made the process easy and smooth. All I did was show up and sign papers. Nick and Mike were fantastic in getting me the best deal and a super smooth process! And they’re delivering it to us for Christmas so I don’t have to try and hide it for too long. They have been absolutely amazing! Extremely happy KTM 790 Adventure R customer!I am an engineer who usually over analyses and knows products before going to buy. Most of the time when I go to a place, I know more than the salesmen about the product and what the competition has to offer. I shopped other competition in the adventure category: Honda, BMW, and Triumph first, and KTM ended up being my last stop. When I finally talked with Charlie Henninger (sales) about what I was looking for and why, he pointed me to the right direction and had an answer to all my questions about the bike and how it compared to the others. Not only the pros but also the cons; he was honest. This was refreshing to find someone who knows the product not only because it is their job, but because it is their passion. Everyone I talked to here, from the receptionist to parts and service, loved their jobs and it showed. Once I knew this was the bike for me, Mike Packwood (sales manager) worked with me to make sure we could work out a deal and I would leave happy. I did leave happy, not only with the bike, but with the overall experience I had.I cant wait to work with CSC for years to come and highly recommend you at least stop by and give them a chance to earn your business prior to making your final decision anywhere else. VERY GOOD !! looked around for a while and did most of my shopping and dealing on line via email and text with several dealerships. Cycle Sports Center, specifically Charlie, were great to work with. I got a good deal on a new bike and was a little hesitant doing a deal on line and was prepared to get hit with some other fees or costs when I picked up the bike. They honored their deal without hesitation. Not many of the technicians were familiar with the bike i purchased but they tried to go over it with me. Had an issue the next day with the electronics. They came through with flying colors and picked up the bike from me (over an hour away) fixed the problem and brought it back a couple of days later as we agreed. Would DEFINITELY recommend dealing with them. Better than the dealers in Daytona Beach and Orlando !!!

Im definitely late on posting this review but the timing doesnt change anything. Im purchased my first motorcycle from Nate who was great. No pressure. No hassle. Nate made the process smooth from beginning to end, provided me with a great amount of information and advice being that Im a first time buyer. I recommended a friend to purchase his bike from there, which he recently did.

I walked in told Brian which Bike I wanted and he did a excellent job getting the paper work done with Mike. And also having it shipped to my Address which was a hour away. The staff is very friendly and understanding and will work with you to get your new bike ready.
