These guys have earned our business for life. Straight forward, honest, and no pressure tactics style approach. Mike and Glenn guided us through every step of the purchase process and patiently answered our questions. Karri handled all the paperwork and was a general pleasure to work with. We had Boat Max install all of electronics as well and the technician was kind enough to teach us how to use and maintain all of them. We have had our Pioneer for a couple of months now, utilizing it several times a week and it has performed flawlessly.

Its been about six months since I purchased my new Glasstream from Boat Max. This is my first boat purchase and i am extremely thankful that i stumbled onto their lot. The thing that impressed me the most is how the entire staff completes their individual jobs perfectly and in a timely matter. Every thing Mike said that would happen during the buying process actually did, from total help through the buying process to the sea trial of the boat i chose with the owner Glenn before signing any papers. Any work that has been needed to the boat (only maintenance and upgrades) Ernie has done exceptionally fast with quality work, this guy doesnt seem to hate his job lol. The entire staff makes you feel like long term friends and are glad to help out a boating noob like myself. I would highly recommend buying a boat from Boat Max USA if you are in the market to buy a boat. By the way I am very happy with the price and performance of the Glasstream boat that I purchased, I waited six months to see the quality of the boat and service of the dealership to give an accurate review... they both greatly exceeded my expectations and make boat ownership stress free. If possible get the Minn Kota Ultera, youll be glad you did and go ahead and get a boat 2 ft longer than you want lol
