Sadly, I am not able to share a positive review. Bill was extremely friendly and willing to help, but the finished product was less than acceptable. Unfortunately we were on vacation and had to accept what we got. Our car’s driver seat had gotten stuck in a recline position, as the motor had gone out. We dropped it off on a Monday (had to take an Uber back to the hotel). Had hoped to have back next day, but part hadn’t come and didn’t end up coming in til late Wednesday so car wouldn’t be done until Thursday. We had an all day theme park trip scheduled, so had to wait til Friday to pick up. Fortunately my daughter had joined us to provide transportation for our trip on Tuesday. However, when we picked up the car on Friday, the seat motor had been installed, with the lumbar feature removed (Ford no longer makes that part?) and the side seat attachments destroyed so that it wouldn’t clip back on (see photo). I pointed it out to Bill and a service tech jimmy-rigged it, but came back off before we could get back home (IL). Cost us an additional $60 by our local mechanic to get it fixed.

Was referred by a friend of mine. Had what I thought was a a/c problem and was positive it was . They completed a diagnosis and said it was a starter problem. I thought they were crazy!!! They were right and they could have also sold me a a/c compressor but this place is straight up honest. While there I also had power steering leak. They fixed both and the price very fair!! If you need repair I highly recommend but make a appointment. These guys are busy. Just read the reviews you’ll understand why.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. All my repairs were done in an hour, staff was extremely friendly and nice, and service was done better than any place I had been before. I have had very bad experiences with getting my car fixed before so it was very refreshing to find some place to diagnose the issues and fix them in a timely manner and not suddenly come up with all these million other issues. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends.

Apart from always being booked up, this place is top notch. If they have no spots either they dont want to work or they are really good. In this case they are good cause every job I went in, its always 💯 and honest

These guys here amazing, theyre extremely friendly and work diligently! I set an appointment for 10am on a Monday morning and when I arrived they immediately took care of me and began working on my car! It was only supposed to take 15 minutes but it was done closer to 10 minutes, plus they added windshield wiper fluid as without me even having to ask. They also made sure that nothing else seemed to be wrong before finally handing my keys back to me and wishing me a good day, and all done for an extremely affordable price! Love this place! They do the extra work to make sure to get the job done right. Recently, I just went for an oil change (no complaints), but the first visit sold me on these guys. My car was making a weird noise by the front wheel, and when I took it in they were honest and told me they couldnt recreate the problem (rather than just fix possible culprits and charge me for it), they were also willing to do a ride with me so I could show them the noise. As soon as I got the car to make the noise, they instantly knew what it was and got it fixed quickly. Prices also seem fair. I trust them to not fix unnecessary things to upcharge me and to keep my car running smoothly.

Exceptional! Traveling and had a breakdown late at night. Had the car towed here based on reviews. First call they stated they wouldnt be able to resolve the transmission issue and suggested the dealer. They called back moments later and said they took a look at it none the less. They fixed it and and I was back to having fun around town within hours.

Traveling with the family from NY to Orlando Florida when the front brakes were wore down to the metal. Started looking around for shops close to Disney and found this locally owned shop with great reviews. Gave them a call and they were able to get me in the next day. After dropping off I was given a quote within an hour and a couple hours after that the car was complete. The owner was friendly and the price for this job was very fair. No up selling no other nonsense. Replaced what was broken. Check them out if you are in the area. Highly recommend!

Bill and his team were extremely professional and courteous. My alternator gave out on Thanksgiving morning. As soon as I called them on Black Friday, 5 minutes before they opened I might add, they were cheery, understanding and flexible with me as i worked a retail shift in the busiest day of the year! Picked up my car at the end of my shift and was able to drive home for a much more relaxed evening!

I normally do not post review’s so for me to post this review means a lot. Moving to Florida about 10 years ago we struggled to find a good honest auto repair shop. Several years ago, we were lucky enough to find just the right place at 535 Auto Care.Bill and all of his staff have been nothing short of professional, friendly, and honest. Bill has provided service to our current three vehicles, plus several others that we no longer own. Each and every time we have brought in a vehicle for service the repair has been prompt and reasonably priced. Every estimated repair cost has been exactly what was quoted—in several cases even less.Our last repair several days ago was determined to worn our strut mount on the right side. Bill and his team provided the estimate and work was authorized. Later in the day Bill called to let us know the repair had been completed—just as said it would. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle Bill took the time to review the repair and explained why this part wears out. To my surprise, Bill had also replaced the left side and did not charge any labor for this portion. This also not the first time they have gone the extra mile and did something more than asked.Bottom line...I would recommend 535 Auto Care—Bill and his great staff to anyone in the greater Orlando area.

Cannot say enough about the OUTSTANDING service provided by Bill and the 535 Auto Care Team! My Mitsubishi Endeavor is up in years (15) and over 100k miles but its my wifes baby. We started hearing a loud noise from the rear end and multiple mechanics that listened to it said we would need a whole new rear end which would be thousands. We wanted to give it one shot to see if someone could fix her up so we saw someone recommend 535 Auto Care on Facebook and decided to call. Best decision ever. Bill is very pleasant and easy to talk to and genuinely loves what he does. After speaking to him on the phone, and hearing his confident response that he could take care of the issue, I did not hesitate to make an appointment to get it in the next day. Couldnt be happier. Dropped it off at 9am and Bill had it back to us by mid afternoon. We were even MORE impressed because the various mechanics we heard from before said to have them replace the brakes and rotors while they had it on the rack because it was needed and the tires would be off anyway, so we asked Bill to do that also. Bill said our brakes and rotors were absolutely fine and didnt need to be replaced. He very easily could have done the work with no questions, but he was honest in telling us we didnt need the extra expense at that time. WOW And Bill WAS able to fix the problem with the rear end, so now my wifes baby is back to 100% and she is happy. Bill has earned a repeat customer with our family and we have four vehicles, plus we will tell all our friends and family in the area to go to Bill! Thanks 535 Auto Care!

Don’t look any further you will regret it!!!!!!My experience: I drove to Orlando in my car on the weekend to go to the Disney parks but while driving there my car started shaking. I was able to arrive safely at the hotel and leave my car in the parking lot until Sunday. Sunday morning I looked up car repair places around the lake buena vista area and found this one. I drove here and they told me they would have my car finished by 2. But I said I needed it sooner so that my friend could catch his flight back Miami. They told me i could go to Rikers and see if they could finish it sooner. I went to Rikers and they were going to charge me more than TRIPLE the price of what 535 was charging. So I went back to 535, they ended up charging me less than what they originally told me, changed my spark plug for free and still had it done by 2. GREAT SERVICE GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

Before I start out my review - I do want to clarify I did NOT receive any car service at 535 Auto Care, but I believe my experience just shows how awesome this place is.I went in on June 3rd to get my brake pads replaced because I was told by a different mechanic, NOT associated with 535 Auto Care, that I needed that done. I had heard great things about this place from friends, and they gave me a quote over the phone that, combined with a 10% Disney World Cast Member discount, I couldn’t pass up.They were super nice and helpful from the moment I arrived! About 15 minutes after turning over my car, the man behind the counter (I unfortunately forgot to get his name but he was awesome!) told me he “couldn’t take my money” because I didn’t actually need new brake pads. He then proceeded to show me exactly how they measure when your pads are low enough to be replaced. This was super awesome, especially considering I usually expect places to take advantage of my money and lack of car knowledge since I’m a woman. They let me know when I will likely end up needing the brakes, and I will most definitely be returning when I need that service! I know from friends their actual services are top notch, and so is their customer service, so I would totally recommend 535 Auto Care!

Amazing doesn’t justify the type service that I got from Bill and Bryce...hopefully I’m spelling it right.My family and I were down for vacation and started hearing some whales mating underneath our car...no joke that’s what it sounded like. I called Bill and told him what I was hearing and he said bring it in and we we will take a look without hesitation. I get there and they are very busy but get to me promptly and check it out. Turns out that it needs pads and rotors. Ugh! That’s the bad news but the good news is having them do it. I was out of there in no time at all. They didn’t push anything extra and kept it simple. They are hands down the best mechanics/businessmen that I have dealt with! This is the place to take your vehicle when things go wrong, or for general maintenance! Took my van in after PepBoys gave excuse after excuse as to why they needed more time to figure out what was wrong with it for 3 days. Took it here and in 1 hour they figured out that it was just low in oil and that it had a engine kill switch to prevent engine damage. These guys are honest and legit! Earned my business!

This place is great. My husband and I are from Louisiana and our car wasnt working while we were on vacation at Disney. Disneys car care center workers were so rude to us and wanted us to stay another night and charge us $700 to fix our car. Another $1000 on top of what we already paid? No thank you. Bill and his crew at 535 Auto Care fixed our car for $5, had us out of there in 15 to 20 minutes, and fit us in when they were booked. Highly recommend this place. I brought in my minivan a few weeks ago and I had no idea what was wrong. It could have been a number of expensive things and it turns out it was just a dead battery. They could have made up a million things that could have been wrong with my 10-year-old minivan, but it was a simple fix. The next week, my sons 14-year-old car had problems and he brought it to 535 Auto Care. Again, they could have said a lot of things were wrong with the car, but this, too, was a simple fix. This place is excellent!! I was on vacation and my brakes were giving me trouble on the way down. Had this place check them. Turned out I needed new rotors for the back. They gave me an estimate and said they’d be able to fix in my short time frame I needed my car back the next day! Not only did they complete it in time but they noticed issues with my car that they fixed!1. The place that does my tires has not been using the correct lug nits for my car2. My heat shield was hanging under my car3. One of the screws for my license plate had broken off into the slotRather then call me to try and up the estimate, the shop fixed all of these issues (including supplying the proper lug nuts!) for only $12 more then the original estimate to honor the estimate they gave and make sure my car was safe for the drive when it left the shop!Can not say enough awesome things about this shop!

Finding a good and trustworthy mechanic isnt easy - so once you come to 535 for the first time, you wont want to go anywhere else.Bill and his team are always kind, they do good work, and are as honest as you can ask for. Theyll never try and upsell you something you dont need. When Bill tells me I need to do something with my car, I do it.In addition, theyre incredibly speedy. For any sort of minor service, Im normally in and out within an hour - usually far less. Dont let the appearance of the garage fool you - these guys are the real deal.

Great place. Came in to get an aftermarket parts installed, and it came out perfect. It was a bit tough to find a place to do the install but 535 was up for it.Good price and craftsmanship.One note, there isnt really a place to wait so have a friend pick you up. There is several restaurants and coffee shops though within walking distance.Will def be coming back in the future.

I have taken my truck to a couple different shops around Orlando and this is the best one by fast. Their prices are fair. They do a great job. Always friendly and even have me a great hookup on my last visit. Everywhere else I have went has tried to con me into paying them some ridiculous amount of money for something I could myself for relatively cheap. I will always use these guys and trust their services.

I came here for a few years when my car needed repairs because I knew they were to the point. Before finding them I went to a certain Pep Boys who informed me my car needed $12,000 of repairs immediately. I went to them for a second opinion and found much more down to earth, honest, and better workers. One employee joked that they loved Pep Boys, because after a person goes to Pep Boys they come running to 535 Auto Care for better service.

Bill is a down to earth guy, a trustworthy mechanic who only performed the work I needed to let me get the family home after a wallet crushing Disney trip.He was able to fit me in for same day service to fix my cars ignition issue. Bill is as honest as they come. He performed an airbag diagnostic check for no charge. He quoted me $15 to rig up a piece of my bumper - I gave him $20. Send your Dinsney College Program kids to 535 Auto Care. He will not take advantage of them. I am in the auto industry and I do my own repairs so I can tell you 535 is the place to go.

Best Auto Care Center Ive seen. The staff is amazing, very nice, honest. Went there twice for oil change and battery change/ washing fluid leak. I would give them my car eyes closed, they are very trustworthy and competent. Definitely recommend: pricing is good, service is amazing.

The prices are great but man... I had an appointment at 12. At 2 they still hadnt looked at it, and they knew I was waiting around for it. I just got it back at 5. This is the second time it wasnt done in time for me to get to work. They fixed the oil leak (fingers crossed) but I wish I had known it would have been 5 hours. Next time maybe Ill learn to just drop it off and come back the next day. Just disappointed.Edit: I just went back this week with another oil problem. I dropped it off and hung out elsewhere for a while. When I came back it was all done, and I think this fix will hold. They do a great job, and have great prices, you just have to go in realizing that good work takes time.

These guys are AMAZING. Came down to Florida for the summer as a very vulnerable college kid. Bill was very thorough at explaining what needed to be done and how he calculated the price. Ended up getting my A/C fixed for less than what our family mechanic quoted! They truly care about you as a person and have your best interests in mind. Theres a reason these guys are on the Better Business Bureaus website!
