Patty is the best. Specialty repaired my car quickly and perfectly. Patty also detailed the vehicle, and in a show of incredible service, she even shared some cost savings on parts that she was able to find. Will never use another shop. Highly recommend you do the same.

I had them do some work on my car last year. The staff is very polite and the prices are fair. HOWEVER, I cant say the same of their quality of work. When I picked up my car, there were numerous areas of paint with dripping. They said they would fix it and to bring it back. I tried to work around their schedule (their paint guy only works a day a week apparently) for a couple months and they FINALLY got my car back in to get fixed. they fixed the majority of the problem areas, but there are still a few areas of drip marks and a few specs where the paint had a piece of dirt in it. Called to try and get it back again, nothing...Bottom line,Friendly staff, but not worth the hassle to get the job done right.I can post pictures if asked.

Fine service, professional and timely. Didnt go over their estimate. Work looks good and havent had any problems with their workmanship.
