USA Auto Collision was recommended to us after Hyundai let us know that they could not cover the body damage incurred after our accident. We worked primarily with Jose, who constantly kept in touch with us. We had some issues with our insurance company not communicating well with us or USA Auto Collision, however Jose was always in touch to try and move the process along. The initial estimate would have resulted in us having to total the car, however after speaking with Jose and expressing our wishes to salvage the vehicle, we were able to get an estimate from Jose and State Farm to make this happen. Jose was great at working within the constraints of the estimate to find the appropriate parts in an appropriate condition. Jose kept us updated on the timeline, even though it was delayed due to issues with our insurance. When the car was completed, Jose was able to stick around a bit later than usual to make sure we could pick up the vehicle as soon as possible. When we saw the vehicle, we were very impressed with the appearance as they had replaced the entire front bumper, hood, and driver side headlight assembly. It looked flawless and we were very impressed with the work and the paint to ensure the new parts matched the rest of the vehicle. It looked like the parts had always been on the vehicle. We were impressed further upon entering the vehicle to see that it had been cleaned and vacuumed inside. Considering the lifetime warranty that was included on the repairs of the vehicle, we would absolutely return to USA Auto Collision. While we hope we do not have to utilize the services for another incident or accident, we would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this service.

I have used them twice for my 2016 Charger and 2019 Ram. The quality of work is outstanding. They include a lifetime warranty on the work as well. Only thing i can barely complain about is they seem to take longer than you would think. However its better to take longer to do it right the first time.

After owning my car for over 5 years, it was in its first crash. Some careless person hit the front fender/bumper area. I was so worried about the repairs as I have babied this car since I bought it new, but I also know paint fades and such. They have fixed the parts and blended the paint so well you cant even tell it was hit. I was definitely happily surprised when I picked up my car.They also worked with the at-fault persons insurance company quite seamlessly. I received regular updates from them and Progressive both that were helpful in the whole ordeal.

TO REPLACE THIS BUMPER AND THE FRAME BENEATH IT WHICH HAD MILD DAMAGE, I CALLED 5 OTHER PLACES IMMEDIATELY AFTER, SENT PICS, SENT THEM THIS COMPANY;S QUOTE AND NOT ONE COMPANY CAME IN OVER $1980 FOR THE SAME EXACT WORK. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE 50 HOURS OF LABOR FOR THIS! THEY MAY DO QUALITY WORK, i DIDNT USE THEM, BUT THEY DEFINITELY ARE THE MOST OVERPRICED LOCATION IN ORLANDO.

I didnt feel like my car was well cared for. The repair itself left some items and QC to be desired, and while they did try to make it right. I didnt feel it was enough. Very responsive admin staff and management, but the execution was lacking for me. Score 3.UPDATE 11/6/2020Got a call today from Bill Moya, Owner. We discussed my experience in detail. He was genuinely concerned with understanding what happened and how to improve my experience. I can say that I believe that his team has made every effort to make things right. Everyone makes mistakes, but its how they recover that is really a benchmark for reliability. So, I have changed my score from a 3 to 4. However, I would still advise a customer to be sure to ask tons of questions, be diligent with following up, and take before and after pictures.

This was a great experience with USA collision, I was kept up on repairs, constantly. Manny the person I dealt with was always there to answer my questions and concerns. They dealt with the insurance company directly whenever any issue had to be addressed. I unfortunately had a car crash early in October and went to mu dealership to get a recommendation for a body shop. They said USA Auto Collision was the place to go, so I did. From day 1, Darwin Castillo not only made me feel like my car was going to be treated well, but he was always in communication with me as things changed over time.Darwin was also my advocate and advisor when dealings with my insurance company became very confusing and drawn out. Excellent communication (Email/phone) and customer service. This was my first time going through the process of repairing my car. Manny explained in detail everything even assisted me with the rental car. Super professional and always following up with you to let you know the updates of your vehicle. So where I can start I chose them because they had good reviews but obviously they all wrong. So my car was there probably 6 to 7 weeks for a simple little fender bender. But now I have a problems with my rental they charge me for days that I use the rental car And now I’m waiting to be refunded for almost a month and I have to call them constantly and beg for my money back. And I also did what they did they had to just fix my bumper but they didn’t like very poorly. The Clearcoat was peeling everything was misaligned then left my trunk open so it’s filled with water they had to fix the trunk which they didn’t and after a couple of going back and forward that still my trunk is misaligned.

Had an issue that I previously expressed regarding an issue with communication and they made it right by pure professionalism and quality work. They are for the customer and very reasonable. July and Manny did an amazing job with making sure I knew what was going on. Definitely recommend 100%

I was visiting a friend in Orlando July 16th. While driving, I heard a noise from underneath my vehicle. It seems the undercarriage had become loose. I called the local Kia dealership who referred me to USA Auto. I spoke with Christian who told me come in and he would look to verify the problem and fix it if possible. He was so accommodating and nice. When I got there, he assessed the situation. At that point the undercarriage was almost off completely. He did not have the part in stock, but he unscrewed the few remaining bolts and put the part in my vehicle. He assured me I would be safe to drive until I could get it replaced. Christian was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I felt he was honest and cared about me and my safety.

My vehicle was part of the Toyota paint recall. Toyota engaged USA Auto to complete the warranty work. Dalvert from USA Auto worked with Toyota to get the repair approved, this took less than 30 minutes. Dalvert told me it would take three weeks to completely strip and repaint the car. Toyota provided a rental. I stopped by the shop one day to review the progress and was impressed with the office. I looked around the facility and inspected my vehicle disassembled. While waiting in our car due to traffic, a driver backed out of a parking space and hit our car. The wheel and wheel well were damaged. The repairs would be covered under the other driver’s insurance. We asked our dealer where to go. They recommended USA Auto Collision and Glass who are certified to meet the standards of our car manufacturer. Our service representative Manny Gomez explained the wheel well panel needed to be replaced with an original manufacturers part. In order to do this, they would cut away the old panel from the rear window and attach the new replacement panel to the same window. They would paint the new panel and panels on either side to ensure a seamless color match. The damaged wheel would be replaced. Manny would also inspect to ensure there was no additional damage to the car or its frame. We requested a new front grill and arranged to pay for it separately. When we arrived to pick up our car we were so impressed with the work that was done. It looked absolutely beautiful and like new! We were grateful to Manny and his team for their excellent workmanship as we watched him install new replacement letters and numbers on the back of our cars trunk. We happily recommend USA Auto Collision and Glass for any work that you may need for your automobile. Their location is 9423 South Orange Avenue. Wow, where do I start took my car here after I had an accident to get repaired, they do an amazing work! My car looks 1000x better then it did before the accident. Was advised by an employee at Universal Nissan in Orlando that this body shop is great. I decided to take my Altima which was damaged from an accident. Front bumper, headlights, fenders and hood were all damaged. I met with Dalvert who was great. He explained everything to me, gave me a small tour of the shop to show that they are the real deal and not amateurs. This shop, by far, is the best place to take your car. Dont make the mistake of going anywhere else. Manny and his crew are very professional, courteous and their customer service is unmatched. We took our Infinity M37X in for rear bumper work and ask a question about the front bumper and Manny (with his expertise) pointed out several flaws in the work that was previously done by another shop. Needless to say, we got the front bumper redone here also. Prices are very reasonable also. Two thumbs up!

Had my a mishap on the Turnpike with a rock hitting my new Genesis G70 and Darwin quoted me an estimate. After hearing his explanation and the level of work to be done to the car plus a warranty on the paint I decided to have them do the work. I had a great experience dealing with USA Auto Collision. Dalvert kept me in the loop on repairs to my hail damaged vehicle and was involved in the repair estimates needed for my insurance company. My insurance company was a bit difficult in getting my repair approved and Dalvert was patient in dealing with me and them. After having a biker scratch my SUV, I took it to a body shop, which had my door and fender painted. Oh man, after a week or so I could see the mess. The service was a total disaster. The painted area started to accumulate dust, get color difference to rest of car (white originally) and finally peel.. yes! I got it back to the body shop and they just polished it. Couple of days after.. same problem.I gave up and decided to search for a honest and high quality body shop. That was when I found usa auto collisionI was very pleased to meet Alvis Lopez the manager, who explained the problem, explained the scope of work needed to make it new again. At a good price and on time, they just made my SUV brand new again. It is a 2018 SUV with 3,500 miles on it.
