Awesome customer service! Had trouble finding the parts I needed in the brand I wanted, as well as a shop that had any availability anytime soon to get me in. Frank not only helped me find all the parts i needed in the brand i wanted, but was even able to get me in the very next morning! They were willing to work with the parts I already had, too, and even ended up being cheaper than literally every other shop I called! They were also able to diagnose and fix an issue that multiple other mechanics could not figure out beforehand. Super friendly staff, 10/10 best service Ive ever got at an auto repair shop! Would highly recommend!!

Every employee here was super nice, made general conversation, and explained everything i needed in what i call 18 year old girl who knows nothing about cars terms. they even let me sit in my car and physically see what was wrong with it and asked me how i wanted to move forward, along with their recommendations while keeping the motif that they have no intention on ripping anyone off, just giving you the best outcome with your car. theyre straight up with you and its one of the first mechanics ive been too where i feel like i wasnt taken advantage of due to being a young girl. the atmosphere is friendly and super laid back. i wish i could take this place with me back home. although i cant really recommend this place to anyone due to being 400 miles from home, i cant say it enough, how thankful i am for the kind and hard working people at prestige!!! its the mechanic to go to for sure!!

I cant say enough about how great Prestige Auto Repair is!! From the first phone call I made to Frank Jr. to discuss the problem we were experiencing with my daughters 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the fact that 3 other mechanics couldnt figure it out, Frank was very knowledgeable and reassuring that they could fix her Jeep. I brought the car to his shop and he called me later that afternoon to tell me they figured out the problem. The TCM needed to be reflashed. The mystery was finally solved and we were more than thrilled with how fast it was diagnosed, repaired and the price was fantastic! Frank and the entire staff at Prestige Auto Repair are above and beyond professional in every way. Not only did they answer my calls a million times, and gave me detailed explanations on the repairs they performed, they also checked the car over for me and told me a few other things they saw that should be fixed, but never pressured me to fix it now like other mechanics have done in the past. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly which is just another added bonus. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants skilled mechanics, great prices and superb customer service! I am definitely a new customer for life!

I was having an issue with my head lights and I could barely see when driving at night. Brought in my car and spoke with Frank. He was able to fix my head lights issue and save me some money. When he looked under my hood my battery was leaking fluid and on the verge of exploding. Frank was able to replace my battery onsite and I really appreciate that. These guys are great... I caught a flat and happened to be driving past their shop I stopped in for them to help me change my tire because my tire removal tool wasnt working..Within 5 minutes of me being there they already started working on my tire the manager even went as far as giving me a used tire that he had in the back for free because I could not afford a brand new one I was very shocked at this kind of generosity from a business...overall they made me feel like I was a valued customer even though I was not paying anything... I was treated real good by the owner and his son. The staff are nice and work fast. They are very busy so make an appointment that way they can get you in and out as soon as possible unless your car needs major repairs. Ill be coming back for all my future repairs. These guys are great! Frank III was very helpful, and stayed on top of my insurance company adjuster to make sure things were done in a timely manner. I own a car club and had a pretty messed up car after hitting a pot hole; Frank and Frank Jr were very helpful in assisting me with the repairs. I bought a used Dodge Stratus from Frankie, and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy with the car. He told me what he did to the car and even went through it with me and my hubby to make sure nothing major was needed. It did need struts, but we worked out a deal to have them fixed after I purchased the car. They stand by all their work and made sure I was happy with my vehicle. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family.

I drove to Florida from Ontario, Canada and unfortunately my clutch dropped on the I-4. I have always been very skeptical about mechanics, as a young woman that is not very educated in Automobile mechanics, I am such an easy target for deception. But I did my homework and I found Prestige, they are in charge of maintaining and repairing the company cars of my employer and they do such a fantastic job about it, that I decided to give them a chance. Frank and Frank senior are not only honest and hardworking individuals, they are committed to do what’s best for their customers. I am very pleased with the work they did for my Volkswagen Jetta 2015, they found a problem that I had with my car since I bought it. The price, the work ethic and my overall experience was beyond amazing. I don’t do reviews, but they really deserve your business.

About 3 months ago, as my car began to shut down on me, I pulled into their parking and I frantically run in about to cry and all. Mr. Frank was on a phone call, after listening to my concerns he immediately passed the phone to his son and he jumped in the car to see what I was trying to describe.After assessing the situation, he told me that my transmission was going out.He was very honest with me as far as what to expect. He flushed the transmission a couple of times, the car was ready in 2 days. When I picked it up, I could see the concern in his face, he again told me that it may not last long but at least it should get me home. I paid him and he wised me luck.I am happy to report that my car lasted way longer than expected. My bank account really appreciated that.You really dont find good honest mechanics nor shop owners anymore. I really appreciate everything that they did for me.I would definitely recommend Prestige Auto Repair Inc.

I had repairs done at prestige and the new replacement parts Frank said put on my vehicle was from the junk yard. I still have the receipt from the work and full payment I made to prestige but, frank the owns boy threaten me and I video recorded the what happened. I would tell any one to have prestige show you the work that was DONE or the NEW part on your vehicle. I would not give them 1 star and I will report them to the proper authorities.

A small fender bender led me to Prestige based on location and Google reviews alone. Frank Sr and his son Frank III treated me with the care and respect of a longtime customer. Their bodywork quote was in alignment with the age and value of my car. In other words, they saw my 2006 Toyota with high mileage and didn’t recommend a 2018 Mercedes repair. In comparison, I shopped for a second quote, which was more than double (definitely the 2018 Mercedes quote) that of Prestige’s. I was thrilled with the result. Plus, they returned the car to me detailed -- my engine has never been so clean!

Great guys and friendly. The real “Frank” guys. Hint hint. For the past few weeks, been having problems with the car not starting up after driving for a while. Battery and alternator tested fine. Went to a few places, but since no one was able to duplicate the problem they could do not help me and would not recommend anything to try to fix it. Most were friendly and helpful in recommendations. Went to the dealer to see if they could figure it out. Frist off, right when I walked in I felt like I was just in the way. How dare I show up without an appointment!! We’ll see if we can fit you in. We are very busy. Well sorry for making things difficult for you by walking in. Even though your signs walk ins welcome. Diagnosis it and come back with diagnostic results. $600. I say thanks but I’m getting a second opinion. Came here to Prestige Auto Repair and the guys listen to me explain my issues and explain what previous guys/machanies have said. They look over my car and say it’s the battery cables. They can have it fixed in about 30min. It’s about $20. The whole time they where so friendly. I felt welcome and that they really wanted to help me. Even though they were busy and had skipped lunch to help me. Really appreciated how they treated me and listened to me. Thanks guys.

Went for the first time last week. Had valve cover gaskets and spark plugs replaced in my wifes Toyota 4 runner. They were very easy to work with, did a great job the firts 1st time and at a good price.they did not try to oversell other work to be done like others do. I will use them again.

I brought my wrecked vehicle to this company to be fixed. This was an insurance claim. This company subcontracted the body work out to their body guy and kept the engine work. The body guy did a horrible job. Their was over spray paint on several spots on the vehicle. The undercarriage cover was never replaced. My bumper was never replaced either. The insurance company paid for this stuff to get replaced and fixed but that didnt happen. This company did a complete hack job on my vehicle and took the insurance money. I would never refer this company to my worse enemy. If I had not brought it back to show them the hack job they knew they provided nothing would have been done. This company was completely ok with the type of quality of work they preformed. The only thing this company did to fix it was try to give back some insurance money and fix the undercarriage. I am completely dissatisfied with this company. Especially the lack courtesy for other peoples belongings.

Frank went & got the tires I needed & changed them while I waited. It was well worth the 40 minute wait for the money he saved me. ☺
