Nothing I enjoy more than working with an establishment that is 1. easy to do business with and 2. consistently exceeds expectations. Toyota of Orlando’s Body Shop is one of these places. Big thanks to Jason for outstanding service and exceptional results today (now twice!) My first experience working with Jason related to tailgate work needed on a newly purchased, used RAV-4. I was never more appreciative than when he informed me this would be handled under the vehicle’s original warranty because it was otherwise going to be a very expensive repair. I went back today, over a year later, with another tailgate-related issue knowing the car was now out of warranty. I was preparing to receive the worse news. Jason again delivered the best news: an electrical component had come unplugged. Jason and his Team fixed it while I waited. I was back on the road with a functioning tailgate and on my way within the hour. Exceptional! Many thanks to Jason and the Team at Toyota of Orlando Collision -- x2!!

I had to take my car 3 time to fix a bumper repair. And worse inspection every time they fixed it I pointed something was not right. I use this dealer for oil change and they are very good only the body shop people are careless. My Coworker had same issue last year and told me to avoid them but I still went there as I thought I will be fine and how bad a dealer body shop can be but now I know …..
I must say...there have been a few times I needed some paint work and parts installed on my Tundra (cosmetic changes I wanted to make) and the GM Jason has always gone above and beyond and been so helpful. I dont usually write reviews but felt the need to shout out Jason AND the staff there. Great work and thanks again.

It was a terrible experience. I had to bring my car back 5 times. The guy John Wells Bells was a conspiracy theory not. And would not let me get my car back until he told me about the bombs in the world trade center. That man should not be a manager of any department.
I just finished with my first experience ever at this body shop. I have to say, they make me want to damage my vehicle more. The entire staff was professional and kind, the work was performed on the schedule that they gave me, done well, and the total price was actually less than what they had quoted me. Even one of those traits is enough to keep me returning for any future needs but combined it makes them easily the best body shop I have ever used.
They did such a good job with my car! I just got it back from them, and I’m speechless. Not only did it get fixed way earlier than expected, but it looked so shiny and pristine when I picked it up. Victor, thank you so much for all your help. 10/10 would recommend!
The gentleman that speak to me at 6 am was call Kenneth he was super nice and professional. Honestly the only people that told me the time of collision were very bad terrible to say the least they didnt give me correct information as of time of opening they told me 6 am and it was at 7 am, they couldnt answer me if I had to do an appointment and they couldnt either online service was the worse but Mr. Kenneth was the best by far in customer service and knowledge. I cant express my gratitude enough for Jason Martinez, the body shop manager, and the level of professionalism and care I received. I traveled from Atlanta to have Jason take care of my car after a phone conversation. I had a strange request, to install a protection device for my catalytic converter on my Prius, something my Toyota dealer in Atlanta could not handle. In this world it is rare to find someone of his caliber in the service industry. Toyota of Orlando was always where I took my car for service as a long time Orlando resident so calling them and trusting them was not an issue for me. Jason went above and beyond, took care of my car as soon as I walked in the door, he was pleasant, professional and, after an incredibly rough day, put a smile on my face even though what I was requesting they had never done before. Not only was the work perfectly completed but the way I was treated exceeded my expectations exponentially. Thank you Toyota of Orlando for your great service staff and for the level of professionalism and quality of work I have always experienced as a customer for the past 8 years.

Amazing customer service! Needed my car back by Friday in order to make my sisters wedding dress fitting. Toyota of Orlando Body Shop was in contact with my mom & I every day with an update & got it done! I picked my car up Friday right before close & the car was totally clean inside & out. Job: replace front pumper of my Lexus ES350. The parts arrived quickly and the whole repair was done in a week. They kept me informed of the progress and even fixed some scratch beyond the front pumper. I am very satisfied with the repair.

They take the sweet time, there is no communication with the costumerUpdate : my car have been there almost 4 week I dont have any update and they do not give any information about what happen very poor costumer service by Victor sadly I cant give less than 1 start they do not deserve any, and the costumer relacion manager just give excuses and wrong information about what my car and what I signed, I request update twice per week if Im lucky enough I get 1 call of them just saying an excuse and delaying the date.
I brought my Yaris IA in for severe front end damage. I experienced excellent customer service! Ken and Janet kept in touch with me the entire time through text and email. We had a diagnosis error after the repairs were complete that required a Field Rep to come out and Ken called them daily and was on top of things the entire time. They handled all communication with Geico and handled all my rental services as well. I highly recommend this location.

It was very professional from the beginning. I got a quote and submitted to my insurance company. With the help of Ken Baxley, he kept in touch with me on a daily basis. He even had to deal with my insurance company but he kept me in the loop and even helped me get more money for a roof rack that he was replacing. Janet helped with all the insurance and got my truck out the day it was expected to be done. I cant say enough for what they did for my tundra. Dont hesitate to come to Toyota of Orlando!

I am not really at all satisfied with the service from Toyota. To start the whole process, they estimated my car had 3500 worth of damage and would be finished in 8 or 9 days max. I know things can change and I was skeptical it would be that easy. However, I was moving during this time and I specifically asked if there was any chance my car would not be done by the 20th, the answer was no. I ended up getting my car back on the 23rd (almost 9k worth of damage), which ended up affecting my moving plans. This was esp. frustrating considering after extending the completion date twice they had told me I would have my car on the 19th, the day before I moved. Secondly, I know it’s not directly Toyota, but they are associated. The guy who gave me a rental at the hertz location there was not friendly or helpful and acted like I was an inconvenience, but again this was not a huge deal. Then I received my rental and it was disgusting. I was finding trash and throwing it out the longer I had it. There was dog hair, crumbs, and spills in it. Again, not the end of the world, but unprofessional. What really bothered me is that when I went to pick up my car, there was a half empty coke can sitting sideways in the cup holder with spills on my console. There was also a half empty water bottle from a brand I’ve never seen. They both belonged to the people fixing my car which honestly is outrageous. I keep my car clean and it’s not their place to even be drinking coke in my car let alone leaving the trash behind. There was also some (I’m assuming grease from their clothing) on my front seat. I do have light leather seats, but the least they could’ve done was wipe it off. Had I not needed to rush to work I would’ve addressed this the day I got my car. Finally, the car does look good on the outside, but the two things I loved about my car were how smooth and quiet it was. It has a slight vibration now, seemingly while idling, and it is not as quiet. I’m assuming the two are related, but I just haven’t had the time to bring the car back between work, school, and moving.
Victor at the collision center is probably the biggest waste of space you could have hired. Ive spoken to this guy about 3 times and he seems to get worse. He has 0 customer service skills, doesnt care about your wants or needs, and is beyond rude.

Now they partner with insurance company and will use all after market and junk parts to satisfy insurance adjuster as well as delay your repair more then 10 days, better to take to insurance company junk repair shops to save time and headache. Because both outcome will be same

I was in an accident someone rear ended me and took off, i was so upset because this car of mine is my baby had her for almost 3 yrs and now she wasnt perfect anymore.
