I want to start off by saying the work here is incomparable and they did a great job my car, the tech Kevin and he was very informative and helpful. He had great customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop and especially Kevin.

Installed and painted new fronted bumper and fender. Also installed new headlights and fog logs. Came out good. I would recommend them for body work.

It is nice to see the the owner working on ones car you know is going to be done right and he do have great people working with him thanks

A excellent experience at this local body shop. Went in for some body work to the under side of my car and also to get some quotes on future work I need done.I did not have an appointment of note and was able to be fit in on the spot. This may not be possible for some so keep that in mind as they did appear very busy. My request just happened to be something that could be done quickly.The pricing was extremely fair for the job, 40$. If I would have gone to a dealership this probably would have been around double to triple that.The estimates for other things also sounded extremely fair and look forward to using them again.They offer alignments, paint services, body work and other services.Great job!

I was recommended this place by my dealership to get some body work done (repair bumper, paint). They gave me the best estimate and did a flawless job. They finished my car within 24 hours and when I came to pick it up it was washed and ready to go. Would recommend!

I took my daughters car there 2 weeks ago. It got hit on the side of the bumper. I picked up the car at night time, so I could NOT see the work done. When my daughter noticed the job, she showed me and they did NOT paint the whole bumper and to make it worse the color does NOT match! I sent her back to talk to them and the guys answer was that they wouldnt paint the entire bumper only the part that got damaged! That was very unprofessional and worthless job and on top of that they charged $643!!!!

Do not get your car repaired here! I had the back bumper on my car repaired and repainted only a few months ago but now the paint is bubbling. When I emailed Precision Auto Body they stated that they were not going to repair it because I left them a bad review last time (the review was neutral, 3 stars even though I had to go back for further repair so I thought it was generous). Now I have a back bumper that has to be repainted again, they will not honor the warranty so I have to file a claim in small claims court, a huge headache for what should have been a few day repair ~$600. Save the headaches, go elsewhere.

The work was well done, they assured me there was a lifetime warranty on the work, but provided no documentation to guarantee it. they are quite scammy when it comes to insurance claims also. i asked for information on cost and pricing, and they refused to provide the parts source information. they simply copied the insurance estimate and handed that back to me as the actual cost. it was typed up in a word/wordpad program on the laptop and took a week to return to me as they were copying the formatting of the insurance documentation, instead of printing their own cost/repair information.they were paid in full and and when i told them i required the documentation or i would stop payment for insurance fraud, they screamed i knew you would do this. this was AFTER they were paid in full and i asked for an invoice, as any reputable american repair shop would provide. other than the disrespect and shady business practices, the work was great.

I was referred by my wife to have my car towed to this location after I was t boned by a drunk driver. My car was deemed a total loss, but the short time I was there, the lady that helped me was so incredibly kind and professional. There is a fine line between good service and great service, and her great attitude really blew me away. I highly recommend Precision Auto and will definitely have my future cars serviced at this location.

This was my first experience getting into an accident and this shop was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They gave me the cheapest quote when I went looking around in Orlando. The paint quality and job was amazing. They even gave me a courtesy car wash and vacuumed the inside of my car. When I mentioned that to the car dealership I got my car from they also had great comments about this shop, stating they send there customers to Precision also!

Don’t bother going here when there’s a body shop right down the street that can provide way better customer service.

Went in to get an estimate from the mechanic who quoted me $70. The Female the counter who was clearly having a bad day, was extremely rude. She clearly knows nothing about customer service. Stay away from here unless you like dealing with a moody person who thinks she is better than everyone else! Another body shop right down the street which has way better customer service.

I took my Honda Civic in for body repair and they did an absolute awesome job! Plus, they offer good warranty on their work. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had my car painted at Precision Auto Body of Orlando on 10-18-11 for $2,130. I was told there was a Lifetime Warranty. I jokingly asked if it was for my lifetime time (I was over 60) or the cars lifetime. I was told as it was good as long as I owed the car.In February of 2017 I noted that there was minor oxidation on the sides, and hatch door of the car. (It was no longer shiny). I contacted a car detailing company to wax the car and make it shiny again. They told me that if I had a lifetime warranty on the paint job I should take it back to the place that painted it.I took it back to Precision Auto on 3-10-17. They inspected the car and agreed to repaint it. I rented a car (it cost me $145) because they said it would take 5 days. When I picked the car up it looked good - nice and shiny.One year later ( March 2018) I notice that the sides of the car and the back we no longer shiny. It looks as if the hood and the top of the car had been repainted - BUT - the sides and back were simply polished. Not wanting to take it back again to Precision Auto Body I again contacted a car detailing company to get it polished. They again refused to wax the car because it would invalidate the warranty. They said it looked as if the sides and back of the car had been sanded and there was no longer a clear coat on the car.At this point I dont feel there is any sense in going back to Precision Auto Body. They did not honor the warranty in 2017 - why should they now. I just want to let everybody to know that there is no such thing as a Lifetime Warranty and not to expect Precision Auto Body to honor it.

I hit my car against an ATM reversing and damaged my car bad. Kevin took care of me and helped me a lot, gave me a fair price and did an outstanding job. I didnt believe it was my car when he was done with it. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend 10/10

Precision rescued me from the awful insurance company. Percision staff are courteous, professional and precise. Percision staff are honest, knowledgeable and understanding. I was told by Magic Mechanic to take my car here. Needed both body and mechanical repair. I am impressed by their expertise and desire to serve the customers. They really should branch out and open two more shops across town.

I cant give them 1 star because there are men like James who are wonderful, but there are others who take advantage of their clients and pad the bill to make more money. I will not be dealing with Auto Body unless they make the situation better at which point, I will write a review worthy of the service I was given by James and his team.

Very quick service, guy that helped me was very straight forward and told me the price upfront and what needed to be done. I already knew the problem but didnt have the time to do it, at least I knew they knew what they were talking about. They worked on all types of cars while I was there. They had there priorities straight and thats a big plus for me. Waiting area was very nice, leather couches, tv, and vending machine. Price was kind of high for me, since I provided the parts and did replace half the parts already. But the car came back excellent, and i would take it back to them anytime. Thanks for the service fellas.

My daughter had front end damage from what appeared to be large pickup truck that backed into her car, so we were on our own without their insurance to cover it. Precision Auto Body made her 2005 Corolla look BRAND NEW!! I was shocked. They even went over and beyond to correct something from a previous auto body shop that was the one recommended by the insurance company. They will have my business forever! I took my car to this place and had a mechanic test drive and he told me the noise I was hearing was a stabilizer link, after he replaced both, and I left I still heard the noise. I took my car to another place and I found out the noise was lower inner control arm bushing. I told this place I believed it was a bushing but the mechanic didn’t believe me. I will not be going back to precision auto care.
