Le Chateau is the best place for any type of body work. I’ve taken 3 cars to them for paint jobs and they have done an amazing job. Their quality is the best and Carmelo does an excellent job keeping customers informed of repairs prices and time for the car to be ready.Their prices are very low compared to other buddy shops but the best is their quality. Body work and collision repair is a seedy business. Its refreshing to work with a family business that is honest, professional, upfront, punctual and does what they say, and says what it means. Great work at a very fair price. They even took time to fix items that werent specified in the repair like painting plastic pieces that had become discolored due to the sun, and shining up some of the trim pieces that has superficial rust. This job was for my son, who is deployed in the military and I know he will be pleased. Thank you

10/10 experience. I felt hopeless after going to multiple body shops around Orlando and receiving extremely high estimates and long wait times— until I came to Le Chateau. Very professional and honest. I had deep scratches along the side of my car. They repaired my car beautifully, it looked good as new. The prices were extremely reasonable and fair. They were able to repair my car in just 2 days. Also, I had scuffs from someone rear ending my car near the left tail light and they were kind enough to buff it out without me even asking— no extra charge. This is the place to go!

I took my van to Le Chateau after taking it to Gerber for repair. Gerber did extensive damage to my van and repairs that were not put on my paperwork. Upon taking it to Le Chateau they fully checked out my vehicle and found out everything that was wrong with the van. They communicated with my insurance company and gave them a full estimate of repairs that needed to be done. Once approval was received Le Chateau completed all of the repairs that needed to be done. The job was completed on time as they promised. When I went to pick up my van they showed me everything that was done and made sure I was happy with the repairs. My van is handicap accessible for a wheelchair. If anyone needs repairs on this type of vehicle or any other vehicle I highly recommend you go to Le Chateau Ms Irma and all of the staff really have a lot of knowledge and experience working on cars I guarantee that you will love them as much as I do. I pray I never have another accident but I know if I do I will definitely go back to that shop they know how to get the job done right. Le Chateau is number one in my book

Horrible I bought a VERY dangerous car from this shop. I had to replace transmission, spark plugs, all four motor mounts, wheel bearings, ac stopped working.I have only had the car 5 months. He said the car was perfect no problems that was an obvious lie. Everything started breaking down right away. He denies knowing anything so be careful do your research

They did a fabulous job with my car after a hail storm! A friend referred me to Le Chateau Body Shop, after a hail storm in Lake Mary. I really did not want to go that far, but I did. Le Chateau worked with my insurance company and car retail company. When I pick it up the car looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside. What a great experience.

They did amazing job matching the paint but that was about it. went a mile down the road and broke down they never filled up my radiator and a/c Freon, also left lower control arm bolts loose, and i had Cadillac take a closer look at the front end they never replace my radiator support only straighten it out also the lower rail which needed to be replace. reason my hood would not close properly and was not aligned.

Use them for the business I work for. We wouldn’t choose anybody else. They are by far the nicest and most professional! They do quality work and I couldn’t tell you how many times I come back to my vans and I am looking at it and blown away with how detailed the work was done. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

The best place to get your car fixed

I could not be more pleased with the excellent work and customer service of Le Chateau. I had a pretty bad scratch on my wheel well and the bottom part of my door was completely bent in (strong metal). It literally looks like nothing happened, perfect match on the paint and the door is once again flush with the bottom. Their prices are very fair and they conduct themselves in a very professional manner (a rarity in central FL). If you find yourself in need of body work, take it from me, you won’t regret taking your vehicle to them. 👍👍 P.S Thank you Irma, you’re the best!

I do not recommend them, horrible. We left my truck for total body paint after 2 weeks we picked it up and to our surprise the work was horrible and the owner giving many excuses, after 15 days we returned the truck because we were not satisfied with the work since the receipt says guarantee! The owner was not cooperating to repair what was poorly painted many details. We pay for the work from our non-auto insurance money. today I pick up the van again the office was not professional to call and they sent a neighbor that we almost dont know, total lack of professionalism. I do not recommend it. And I didnt like the job at all.

I recently just got my front bumper replaced at Le Chateau. I was very satisfied with the work they did! The staff is easy to work with and friendly. When I first brought in the car, they right away took notice of all my car details and the pearl white paint. I left the car with them and had it back within 2 days. When I went to go pick it up, the first thing I looked for was if the paint matched because pearl white is not the easiest color to match. The paint job on the bumper was excellent and matched very well. Hopefully I do not have another accident on my car but if I do, I will be taking my car back here.

Where do I begin, well about 3 weeks ago I was side swept by a distracted driver and our van that we bought a few months ago suffered some serious damages 😭. I drive a BMW x5 Diesel and Im very picky about trusting just anyone with it I was very concerned about if it was even fixable Greg Melville put all my worries to rest and I couldnt ask for a better collision center to be in charge of repairing my vehicle to factory specs. They repaired my car last November and on the outside it was good. I was driving on the highway 6 months later and I heard a noise when i looked, the entire bumper that they repaired was gone. The bolts and screw were not tight and just flew away. Very bad service, very dishonest. The car was very poorly repaired. It might be cheaper but not a good serviceI would never recommend this place.

Smooth experience. They treat you like family

Came here to fix my car. I left and everything was fine. My car started over heating a few hours later. Turns out the hose that circulates the coolant wasnt attached. Also, my headlights bulbs were burnt out. It seemed like a rushed job. The owner fixed the issues, but it shouldnt have happened in the first place.

Had to take my wifes car back three times because the paint didnt match. Every single time I was lied about what was done to the car. Even when I picked it up I noticed cracks on the clear coat and was told that the car already had those. Funny thing because before I noticed them I was told that the areas that are cracking were clear coated to match the paint... hmmm. I do not recommend this place at all.

I showed him my bus and he told me I could fix it. I must say that I was a little worried because the accident I had left quite a big damage. Irma called my insurance and it was she who took care of my case and I didnt have to do anything at all. I can say that I am 100% satisfied and grateful for the work they did to me and the treatment I received.
