I needed a part for my washing machine that sears warranty had forgotten to order for our service, and after a week of running out of clean clothes I was desperately calling to find one in stock nearby. I called Appliances R Us, who looked through their inventory for the one in stock, but unfortunately didnt have one. I was about to order one online with almost another week to wait for shipping when I got a call back, telling me they had the part from a salvaged washer!I stopped by, picked it up for far cheaper than a new one, and less than an hour later I had a fixed washing machine! Lovely service helping me out and calling back!

Purchased a washer and dryer for a reasonable price and had it delivered and installed same day. Friendly staff greeted us and helped us find what we were looking for. Our washer and dryer came with a 90 day warranty.

I bought a refrigerator from this company and they charged me $550 and it broke in 2 months. I called the company and they came to fix the refrigerator and then it broke again with the same problem and they didnt want fix it again or give me another refrigerator. The owner is never there when you go. Very bad service and you should never buy from them. 0/5 stars.

I had a broken washer it was the coupler I ordered the part from Amazon whe I tried to fix the washer I wash having trouble I took the part to the shop on Forsyth rd and he showed me exactly how to put the part on and said if I couldn’t get it to bring it in and he would put it on for me I bought the washer and dryer there over a year ago I feel like that is excellent customer service as he wasn’t getting anything for his help

Horrible customer service not even a greeting when you walk in the door

Very very disappointed! I bought a washer from here 3 months ago and it broke (which I understand that things happen) but in order for them to warranty anything you have to bring it to them for repairs which I didnt have the time to so I called a mobile repair company and they came and found that the motor was bad. While opening it all up the tech discovered a ton of mold and mildew in the lines and drum, the tech said that was years of neglect. I feel this company shouldve made sure there was no mold/ mildew before selling me or anyone a used washing machine. Especially a family with small children, it then cost me another $100 just to get rid of all the mold and mildew.

Located in a rough looking strip mall Step inside and its like another planet Brightly lit, clean, well laid out. Bought a gas dryer got it home hooked it up and it died. Called the owner he said bring it back..It was tested before I took it home and it worked fine. Got to the store he swapped it out with a higher priced machine no questions asked. Highly recommended!!!!

This store is amazing. I had to give Mr. Heriberto for 5 stars + . I bought washer and dryer last 2 months. Something went wrong with the washer. ...I was sad for this happening . After I talked to him, He was so patient and listening and caring to make sure I walk out his store with highly satisfied.Highly recommend this store .Thank you for treating me like your family.

The gentleman working there was very helpful. He gave a brief explanation on how to replace my switch lid to my washer. I forgot to grab my receipt on the way out and he was kind enough to text a copy! I always prefer family owned/operated businesses for these reasons. Shop local!

Owner is very informative and rather than you spend money he helps you and tells you how to diagnose the part that may or may not be broken. Love this place, been here three times and been treated great.

Purchased a dryer, it started having issues about 10 loads in. Now the only way to get it repaired would be to spend $50 to have them pick it up to repair/replace then pay another $50 to have it delivered AGAIN! We have already paid $50 to have it delivered a month ago!!!!

DO NOT purchase anything from here!!!! Worst customer service ever! I was sold a defective machine which the owner admitted to my fiancé the issue but refuse to pick the machine up and swap it out for another one after I had already paid a delivery charge to have it dropped off at my home because we did not have a way to take the machine from the store to our home. Therefore we would have to pay another delivery charge to have it brought back so they can fix the defective item they sold us. All they had to do was bring the new machine and swap out the defective one right then and there instead of making it a hassle. As a paralegal they attempted to state what warranty was to me which had nothing to do with the situation at hand it didn’t even fall under a warranty matter. I would not recommend this place to anyone better off going to the appliance store semoran blvd and oleander

I purchased a used Whirlpool range/stove from this vendor, and am very pleased with the product and the manner which the sale was conducted. I decided to take the time to write this review since we as consumers often find time to write negative reviews, but rarely provide feedback on the our positive experiences.1) The owner who received my call was very professional, articulate, and not pushy.2) He sent me pics of his products based on what I was looking for (very useful).3) He encouraged me to look first at his competitors products (Forsyth area) prior to seeing what he had in inventory. His confidence got my attention, so I made it a point to do look around prior to seeing his appliances. By far, his price-to-product ratio was much better than the competitors.4) We tested the range/stove at his store first.5) The range was very clean, fully functional, no major dents or dings.6) He gave me a fair deal as credit on my damaged 23 year old range that I was replacing towards the purchase price of the new unit. No wasted time on first looking into what I had and trying to talk me down.7) Delivery of $40 is reasonable. Included delivery, install, and swapping out of electrical cables if needed. 220v units use either 4 prongs (black) or 3 prongs (gray).8) He gave me his word that it would be delivered the same day (I made the purchase at 2:00pm), which he did without issue by the evening.9) 90 day warranty came with the unit. Does not include delivery if an issue pops up.I never met the owner previously, but I will certainly consider this vendor for future purchases.Mike

The stackable washer and dryer for our office died last week and my boss sent me out to buy a replacement. I found this business on Craigslist, selling a stackable washer for $375 and I headed out there with our dead one for them to dump. While I was there, he asked to take a look at the old one.Eddie could have easily sold us a $375 unit and then repaired and sold our old one to someone else for another $375, but instead was honest enough to repair it while I waited and only charged us $50. Honesty is such a rare commodity these days, so I know where I will be going for any appliance needs from now on.

Bought a washer and dryer for $440. Guy was nice and knowledgable. Delivery was not so great. He was super late but did communicate that.After 3 days I had an issue with the washer. It does have a 90 gurantee but with stipulations. $40 service call fee to come out and take a look whether they can fix it in home or not. If not, your responsible for hauling back to the store. Not so great when you dont have a truck handy.Good prices but with risk.
