I suppose It’s easier to call the White House and get help. I spent most of an afternoon trying to contact these guys and the answering machine was the only answer I got.

We are a Christian rescue mission located in Melbourne, FL. They fixed our commercial Blodgett convection oven promptly and professionally under warranty. Awesome service.

Whoever drives their van ran us off the road on the turnpike (1:50pm, 11/20/17). Tells me enough about a company if they can’t even be mindful on the road in the company vehicle, great advertisement for yourself.

Never again! rip off ! FOUND out LATER they had charged my card $1078.00 more than stated in my original review. Paid $800 to repair oven. Oven did NOT work after tech left. Charged me $311.00 for a return service call to look at his BOTCH job repair!! They demand your credit card and charge for repairs not made. Tech lied when I asked what i was signing. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Pathetic! Talking to higher ups is a run around. Ripping off restaurants struggling due to Covid 19. Disgusting, We finally opened back up only to have no oven . Thanks to Commercial appliance parts and service.

Didnt disclose all their costs to me when I set up for a tech to come out. Was my first time using them and they knew that. I asked what the hourly rate was and they said $110, but failed to tell me the first 30 min is counted as an hour, and they charge travel costs and travel time. The tech was here for an hour and 15 minutes so I assumed it would be around $150. It ended up being $380. Even their invoice doesnt mention first 30 min as being an hour. When I called to complain they offered me a $50 credit for future service. I would not have used them had I known what all the costs would have been to begin with.

I am a former employee of Commercial Appliance, Buyer Beware these people are crooks. I was on the inside looking out. All their invoices differentiate in content. Each invoice had varying prices, the technicians are trained to say that a part is needed. The leadership in house is simple minded and ignorant. Immature management. Even the employees hate it. Low wages for tons of work.PT Holdings owns this company and allow the toxic environment that exists within the organization. They hire you for a job that says one thing and then you do another.PT Holdings is greedy and encourage price gouging.Don,t get involved with them.Yeah I said it

One of our restaurants had our MerryChef toaster oven go down and the Technician, Jesse Frary, that Commercial Appliance sent out was not only one of the most helpful and knowledgeable Techs but also the most patient. We will definitely be asking for him by name again! Thanks for all your hard work!

Choose another Service, these guys are rip offs. I schedule an appointment for them to fix my fryer and the technician has to call mfg tech service to run a diagnosis which I already did. When I spoke to the GM to set up the appointment to fix the machine he should have told me that they didnt have the part I paid 423 dollars for them to come out and tell me what I already knew. Do not contact these people
