Theyve been sold. 3Wire still exists but they sold the Orlando branch. Guess why. 1. Overcharging customers. 2. Non competent technicians. 3. Rude office personnel. That is just my evaluation of dealing with them for 10 years as Nass and 3 years as 3wire. Now they are Icee and maybe doing better on the refrigeration side but the Hot Side Techs are still questionable. Bills in excess of 200 dollars per service call for 1 hour work. Me thinks NOT.

I buy parts for a living. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company as I did the day I called 3wire. Theyre website was down, so when I called, they forced me to go thru a survey or checklist to help them diagnose the problem. Dealt with that, then they put me on hold for 14 minutes. After that, they told me I had never purchased product from them? So I was only allowed to pay FULL LIST PRICE.This went on and on and theyre lack of customer service and greed started shining through. NOT A GOOD COMPANY> Buy your parts elsewhere.
