Called the day before to see if they had a dryer belt for my dryer, they did. Went the next day to pick it up, only to be refused service because i only had cash. Wouldve been nice if they actually said that when i called them for the part. Because they wasted my time over something so trivial, i will never go to them again for anything!

I had a little DIY refrigerator repair, and came here for parts. Super helpful over the phone and Super helpful in person. Great folks

Always a great experience when I come in or call for parts. Amber, Oscar, and Jen always go over and beyond helping me locate correct parts and delivery if not in stock. Some of these parts are hard to find or Discontinued in these cases they always see if there is another part available thatll work. In more than one case they found something thatll work that I wouldve never known about. I greatly appreciate the whole staff and how they work together as a team!!!Thank you

Thank you soo much, it was exactly what I needed to know. I called because I needed to find out what my old GE laundry system (one piece dryer/washer) washer belt part number and if I needed OMP (original manufactor part) or was there a more up to date version of the belt. The gentleman on the phone was knowledgable gave me the OMP part # and the belt made by frigidaire. It saved me $60. I will get all my future parts from them. Thanks again for being trustworthy.....D

They answered the phone when no other place within 45 mins did. Axel helped me out quickly even though I didnt have a model number for my washer. Great stuff. If I have issues with appliances in the future I will be driving past other shops to get to this one.

These guys were here get all of my business they would even stay at the house to help you out which is pure gold to me and the expertise that the whole team has his incredible they would even go the extra mile helping you out west getting into a repair jam with some of the units this out there is just unbelievable to have great people out there that have your back I consider them my parts department for my business

Very helpful and knowable staff. I came here in November and they diagnosed my clothes dryer issue based on what I told them. A $42 thermal thingy fixed it. Woohoo!😀
