The guy is completely honest, and Im not sure what better compliment there is in sales (Ive been in sales for decades). He did right by me all the way through, and I landed a great Subaru. Over the course of about two weeks, my wife and I visited various car dealerships in Utah and Salt Lake counties trying to find the perfect car for us.We drove more than thirty cars and we kept returning to Apex because of their selection and pricing. We drove 6 hours to look at a vehicle that they reassured us multiple times had no cosmetic issues. When we got there, the vehicle wasn’t even cleaned. The entire roof was cracked and faded. It had hair and food on the cushions. There were tears in the fabric. The seat belt was originally tan but was black because of how dirty it was. The motor cover was not even installed. The person who was supposed to help us was dismissive of us. Highly disappointed.

Very unhappy with the customer service. My wife and I came in a couple of weeks ago. We found a branded titled Subaru outback that we were interested in. I guess the main salesman wasnt in so the guy working in the main office gave us the keys to test drive it. We liked it but it was dirty inside. We pointed this out and the dealership said they would take it to the detailers that night and give us $500 off asking price. My wife came in by herself the next day and the main salesman was in. He was mad about what the other-salesman offered us and was quite dismissive to her. He said they still hadnt taken it in to the detailers but said they would later that day. My wife drives home and he sends her a text saying he sold it to someone else. We thought that was a strange way they decided to deal with the problem.

We worked with Shane who sold us our car. It’s been very reliable and he was very easy to work with. The very first car he recommended was the one we ended up with, he’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Car was a great value, buying process was fast and easy. I took the car to a mechanic before purchasing and he said that the car was repaired very well. Their documentation fee is $295 which was lower than other places I looked at and it was the only fee I was charged other than the cost of the car, tax, and other state fees.I asked them if they could fill the tank with gas before I purchased it, to which they said no unless I gave them a 5 star review which I thought was dumb because I would hope people give honest reviews, not reviews based on a condition of getting $20 in gas. That also kinda says to me that they care more about the review than they care about the customer. I declined but Im happy enough with the purchase to give them 5 stars anyways.

Lora and Mark were absolutely phenomenal during our car buying process. They werent pushy and willing to fix issues we found before and even after purchase when we noticed an electrical issue after repairs. I bought a car at Apex a few months ago and was really concerned about it being a rebuilt car but it had all the bells and whistles (from heated leather seats to a full sunroof) and a great, sporty look. Ive driven the car more than 3,000 miles already and it is so fun to drive. Ive had zero problems and it handles all kinds of weather. I was nervous, like I was rolling the dice with this purchase, but I dont regret it for a minute. Im so glad I made this choice. Ill definitely look at Apex Auto for my next car.

What a rip off! I wish I could give them 0 stars. My wife and I test drove a salvage title car last year and the AC didnt work. We drove the car back to their lot in Provo and told them that we would not buy the car unless the AC worked. They said that they would fix it and it would be good to go. All they did was recharge the freon and sell it to us as if there were nothing wrong. The car had been in a front end collision, hence the salvage title.The AC stopped working after two months and the summer was pretty cool so we kind of forgot about it. Fast forward to a year later, now we are moving and need to sell the vehicle. No one will buy it since the AC doesnt work. We tried recharging it several times and the effect of the freon was shorter and shorter lived.I took the car to the manufacturers dealership, not Apex, and they did a full diagnosis of the car. Turns out the ENTIRE AC system was basically crushed in that front end collision and wasnt EVER repaired by Apex, despite their claims to the contrary.IT NEVER WORKED!!!Literally our ONLY condition was for the AC to work, and it NEVER did, and they knew it, and they lied to us.DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THEM.

Only accept cash or cashiers check for branded title vehicles. If that’s not a red flag for a scam I don’t know what is. Was also trying to sell the branded vehicle for $200 less than KBB clean title value (banks say branded titles should be 30% cheaper)

They were very encouraging to us to not to rush and we came back the next day feeling good about it. Great experience buying a Camry. Mark and Lora were open and honest. I came several times to check it out, test drive and take it to my mechanic. No bartering necessary, because their prices are already among the lowest I could find. Car was in great shape and was a good deal. After buying, I asked about a cosmetic issue I had found and they agreed to fix it if I brought it in. They were true to their word.

I had an overall great experience with this shop. I worked directly with Edwin and he ended up helping me out a lot. I will say that at times he was difficult to get a hold of, but he went above and beyond to get my car fixed for a reasonable price and timeframe. It has been just over a month since the work was done and my car is still running smoothly with no problems.

We bought a 2017 rebuilt Chevy Cruze for my daughter and it has been great so far. This was a great way to purchase a nearly new vehicle at a much lower price. We hope to use it for many years to come. Lora was great to work with and I would recommend them for any of your vehicle needs.

I’ve always steered clear of branded/rebuilt titles up until my purchase with Apex Auto, but they were willing to provide photos and documentation of the damage (which is almost unheard of with other dealerships), and were very responsive with all of my questions. I received an unbeatable deal on a 2018 Honda Civic, and couldn’t be more pleased!!A day or two after driving the car home, I noticed that there was a small puddle of oil where I parked the car. After diagnosing the problem, I contacted Apex to let them know, and they were quick to apologize, and offered to either fix it themselves at no cost to me, or to have my local mechanic fix it and then split the cost!I would definitely buy from Apex Auto again, and would recommend them to my family and friends. We bought a Toyota Sienna from them in June 2019. They were great to work with and I love my van. Because its a rebuilt title, it was a great deal costwise. Because they are HONEST and HELPFUL I recommend them to others.I do suggest (like I would for any used car dealership) that you look over everything with someone who knows cars. I just bought a car from them yesterday. Mark and Lora were very helpful and accommodating. I was worried about the branded title. They needed to put the car up on the lift and let me take a look under the car while it was on the lift. I looked under the hood with Mark and he showed me where the car was hit and what they did to fix it. They do very nice work. I could barely tell and that was after Mark pointed out to me where it was fixed. He also got the car ready for me to take quickly to work with my needs. Im very pleased at how simple it was to buy my Subaru from Lora and Mark. I was having difficulties having my funds transferred on a Saturday.. I was worried that they wouldnt have the car on Monday when I would have the funds available. I was able to put down a deposit and they held the car for me, even as other potential buyers attempted to buy my car. It was simple and painless. I would usually stay away from Used car dealers because of how some are ran. But i truly believe they are upfront and honest. Hard to find this level of service in the used car world.
