Jeff directed me toward some low rate financing and was helpful and friendly throughout the process. I would buy from them again. No pressure, just honest straight forward dealing. The owner is a nice man as well.

Jeff is fantastic. He made the car buying experience quite easy. I found a truck that is a great fit for me. It is in excellent mechanical condition (inspected by my trusted mechanic, myself, and another motorhead) and the price was competitive. For those of you looking for an honest used car dealer this is one you should absolutely visit. I recommend doing your homework on the vehicle and doing an inspection prior to purchase, but I believe youll find a great deal if you visit Curtis Auto Sales!

I bought a truck from them about a month and a half ago. My truck had recently died, and I needed a new one, fast.I went to Curtis Auto Sales and had found a pretty sweet truck. I was excited, and it seemed pretty good.I was excited that they offered a free warranty, but I wanted the extra coverage, so I opted for the 5 year warranty. I double checked and asked the salesman multiple times that the warranty would start right away, and he confirmed it did. Well, 3 weeks after I bought the truck, the check engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic and it turns out there was some pretty big engine trouble.I wasnt worried because I had purchased the warranty. Turns out there was a 45 day waiting period that I had to wait for it to be valid. I had asked the salesman multiple times if it started right away and he assured me it did, however it did not. I got the run around from them, and when I tried to call again, the salesmans number has been disconnected and so has the phone number that google has for them.After consulting my lawyer he has advised me to take legal action against Curtis Auto Sales, and a lawsuit will be coming soon.The cherry on top of this situation is, my plates still have not come in. I have called the DMV, and they said they have not received any registration from the dealer and there is nothing they can do. So I cant even drive my truck now, because the temporary registration has expired, and there is no phone number to get a hold of the company.I would avoid this company at all costs. We wanted to go to a dealer to make it easier on us. So far this company has been a nightmare.

Bought a used car here. Disappointed with quality. Cant totally blame them since I believe I could have been more knowledgeable about cars. But its disappointing to keep running in to little problems that they could have told me were an issue.

Had some collision damage on my van from being side swiped. They were able to make it look brand new in about a week. My only complaint would be poor communication but that has been pretty normal for all places Ive been to. Over all, they have always done great work on any vehicle Ive had.

I havent bought anything from this place yet but I have looked several times... And while I didnt find exactly what I wanted.. I like the idea of this place having an expert mechanic business incorporated into the car lot... I met the owner and he seems like he has a great concept and will deal honestly with you...we were looking at a car and he showed us all the little nagging faults as well as the big advantages and I really felt like we were having an honest experience.. I bought a f150 from these guys last year. They were the only guys who had what I wanted. I test drove at 5 other dealerships that day. Stopped here because I saw what I was looking for, just so happens the truck i liked was what the owner Glenn drives, and was driving while he was getting his lifted at the shop. Long story short, he had to drive something different home that day, and I found my truck. Still running strong and the 4x4 has come in handy this winter. Liked my experience with them, brought my nephew in and he found a car he liked as well. I will bring in others if they tell me theyre looking for a car truck or SUV.

Shout-out to a company with a charitable heart. My first experience with Curtis was when I bought a used pick-up truck. Good price. Reliable truck.Recently a group of us wanted to help a young single mom whos transportation had failed and needed a way to get to work. We decided to buy her a car and went to Glenn to see if he could find us an inexpensive, reliable car. Not only did he find a good car but he and a couple of his vendors donated over $800 worth of service and parts to bring the car up to excellent condition.They have recently initiated a program to raise money through the dealership for Operation Underground Railroad. OUR is the non-profit that rescues children from sex trafficking world-wide. To date, 1500 kids rescued and 600 human traffickers arrested.I love to see a company with a charitable heart, where making money is not the only important thing.

I would avoid this place. We bought a car here it test drove fine. As soon as we got in the car after signing it wouldn’t turn over. They jumped it come to find out the battery was bad. 175 dollars later ouch. Literally didn’t make it off the lot. To their credit they helped a little bit getting another cars hood painted but only would have covered a portion of the battery. Also didn’t have the decency to put any gas on the car. Completely empty. When we test drove they let us know they put some used tires on it and replaced the struts. The tires weren’t great but thought they’d get me through winter. Less than a week later we ran over something and got a flat. Said it couldn’t be repaired because it was a big spike and also the tires were to bald to to fix anyway (under 5/32). So another 1000 dollars having to replace 4 new tires. Few days later we start to notice some pretty severe clunking. Have another mechanic look at it. When installing the struts they installed one of the parts backwards. On the back shocks got 6 full turns to tighten a shock “SIX”. Are you serious? That’s not even finger tight. On the other side got just over 2 turns. So now having to have this diagnosed as well has have it gone through to make sure it’s actually safe. Don’t trust these guys. Their reviews make you think they will go over vehicles. I highly question that. If they it’s apparently done by a blind monkey.

Have you ever felt so defeated in life you may as well just say, forget it all? Well that’s how I was feeling earlier this week. I am getting my life together, got a great job and got my kids back but one thing just wasn’t going my way, I had no transportation!I went to every big name dealer in the salt lake area, no one wanted to give me a second of their time. But then I stumbled upon this place. With it being a smaller shop, I knew for sure they wouldn’t be able to help me. But.. I decided I would give it one more try.I was greeted by a few nice and friendly people, but Glenn in particular helped me out. How often do you work with the manager himself? He has compassion and truly wanted to help me improve my life. He was honest and true about every car we looked at, what issues I could face with each and which would be reliable for me to put my kids into.I finally got into the Ford suv and I just fell in love. They have suspiciously low prices on most of their vehicles. I figured it was just going to be just another sleazy dealer selling vehicles with hidden issues that you only find out after the fact. That sentiment comes from prior experiences at other dealers. To my surprise this was not the case, Glenn and his team were very honest and up front about the condition of the vehicle I ended up purchasing from them. They worked with my time frame of being able to travel and held the vehicle for a small down until I could get over there to see it. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would strongly recommend taking a look at what they have to offer even if youre 500+ miles away from them like me.

And will work on price to fit your needs I bought a used gmc from these guys needed a little love not a lot but they helped me through it so if you go here talk to fred he is a great guy to buy a suv or truck from he is straight up honest and they work with Rick mufflers so you know your in good hands.

I visited this car dealership around Christmas of last year. I checked in, but never reviewed. Today, there have been many reviews on here so I wanted to share my experience as well.I came in with the mindset to buy a new car. After talking to the guy for a while, he introduced me to the man across the way who owned a service shop. Same parking lot. This guys name was Tyler, he helped me by giving me honest feedback about the issues I was having with my car. When I thought that it wasn’t worth the repair, he made it happen and for a lot less than I had been told. Great guy.The reason I want to leave a response on this auto dealership, is because they didn’t take the standard approach to just sell me a new car like most other places would, they took the time to give me the repair costs to help me compare and make the best decision possible.Today, I’m seeing lot of backlash on here about how someone had a bad experience and has what seems to be their cousins, neighbors etc commenting reviews based on the one persons experience. That’s just not right, I had a good experience but I don’t get on the phone for all my grandkids to leave a review because I liked it. It just seems unfair to me, so I have to let everyone know how great my experience was. I hope the nay-sayers here realize that this is slander.Best of luck Curtis auto sales. SylviaThis is where you want to go to by a car. Seriously no pressure sales!!! Bought my son a used 2010 Lincoln MKZ...what a car...clean..,no problems. As with any used car I recommend you get it checked out by another mechanic. Do your due diligence so you know exactly whet your getting. Ours turned out great. Tyler was amazing and has a wealth of knowledge. GLenn was also great to deal with. Felt like I became part of the family. Never had a better experience for buying a car.

I purchased a 2008 Subaru outback from Crtis Auto Sales and they showed me a clean car fax report and let me know that they were selling this for a close family friend. They assured me that it had never been in an accident before, which I trusted that they would know as they said they were selling it for a close family friend. The car looked great, but after I purchased it a side panel fell off and paint on the right side started chipping off. When I went to an auto body shop they showed me how the car had extensive body work performed on it due to an accident. I suggest that if any one purchase a car from this company that they have it checked out by an independent mechanic. I really felt like I deceived and judging how this company replied to my review they will not take responsibility for following up on their mistakes. As such, would recommend caution when purchasing a car from this company.

Looked at a white 2016 Jeep here. It was listed as a clean title but after googling the VIN 1c4hjwdg8gl241730 I found out it was a salvage. The dealer showed no concern when telling them about it, and even asked if I still wanted to buy it. Be wary of used cars from here.
