This was the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I recently bought a 2020 used Toyota Tacoma from them. They were easy to work with from pricing, to paperwork, to being easy to communicate with. They got things done fast and if there was any problem that came up they did all they could to resolve the problem. Great experience and would highly recommend

Buying my brand new car here was a great experience! Austin in the online sales department was very friendly and helpful. He answered every question I had in a timely manor and with great accuracy. Also, Andy in the finance department was also very helpful as to explaining the breakdown of everything. Between the two of them i had answers and closure in my buying experience!

So we bought a 2021 Toyota sienna from these guys. We received a decent deal, we had to wait about a month to get it cause the factory was super slow. We love the van. You can tell it is built really well and it quality built. Our 2016 Honda odyssey felt like a tin can compared to this beast! It is a hybrid as well and we are averaging around 40 MPG compared to the 22-24 MPG we were getting on the Honda. So its awesome all around. They added an entertainment system and a hitch for us as well (the hitch is for a bike rack). Jacob our salesman wasnt pushy, and did his best to give us a good price and take care of us. A couple of things that we thought we were getting but we didnt were: wireless charging, the cargo bins in the back (which I dont understand why do not come standard!), and the rear shade covers for the back row of seats, there are two or three other minor things that would take too long to explain as well.. These are little things, however it is a little disappointing to be expecting something and not get it, its even more disappointing when its multiple things that we had talked about. Overall it was a great experience, and had it been only a thing or two that we were missing I would have given 5 stars. But finding that many things they we were expecting that were selling points to us during the shopping process makes it hard to give 5 stars. I have talked with them to see if they will get us the things that can be added after or if they want us to pay and arm and a leg to get them. Unfortunately there are a few things that could only be added at the factory. Depending on what is done and how they handle what they can control I may update my review.

I purchased my last two vehicles here. They definitely push pretty hard to make the sale. My first vehicle I was sure to negotiate the out the door price. A couple years later when doing a trade-in, I thought thats what I was negotiating for, but it wasnt. My trade-in I thought was going to cost $3200, it was closer to $4200 with all the fees and what not. They go through the signatures so fast, I didnt even realize the discrepancy (as it was paying off one loan, starting a new one, etc. the numbers got lost). I would recommend being ready to stand your ground, slow them down, and ask questions. Overall I think I still got a pretty good deal, but it was a little deceiving.When my new vehicle arrived and I went for the actual trade-in, it was missing a feature (heated seats) that I was expecting it to come with. They did upgrade the seats and added custom switches to make it work, but it was a little frustrating.

I have been servicing my vehicle exclusively at Brent Brown Toyota for the last few years/approximate 95K miles. I have always had good experiences with the service advisors, they are knowledgeable and feel trustworthy. I have never felt they were asking for services that were not needed and while people dont associate value with a dealer service department, I would argue that peace of mind and expectation of quality give it value. The 3-pack of oil changes that I purchase includes 3 oil changes and 3 interim inspections and tire rotations. My family that uses places like Jiffy Lube dont seem to get any better of a deal and I would trust a dealership over a chain store any day. I trust my vehicle to Brent Brown Toyota.

25000 mile Toyota maintenance that came free from Toyota on our new Rav 4.Not the first time with Brent Brown... maintenance scheduler was rude and inpatient... difficult to get service scheduled on service they dont make much money on. Then, they recommended $780 of un needed work.. Transmission flush, and coolant replacement on a car barely one year old with less than 25000 miles. Love the Car. Wont EVER be back to Brent Brown

Brent Brown is one of the best, most honest dealerships around. When my old beater would have cost more to fix than it was worth, I went to Brent Brown to purchase an upgrade replacement.My service guy, Zeke, set me up with Mindy to help me shop used SUVs. She was very respectful of the price range we had in mind, and she had several vehicles to show us catered to our family’s needs. We ended up getting a crossover with amazingly low mileage in a pretty recent year for a great deal. One of those unicorn finds. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase…thanks Mindy!!

Ive had stellar service from Brent Brown Toyota in the past, but this last experiene has left me with a bad impression. It took me 27 phone calls and 4 days to schedule a basic oil change service. That is 27 times of having it ring and ring and ring. SO annoying. I left two messages, no call backs, and finally the receptionist took pity on me after I vented my frustrations and scheduled it for me. The recordings say to schedule it online, but when I do that, the software always wants to schedule more than is needed and when I try to take off those additional services, it doesnt work.The actual service on the day of the appointment was still great. Moe is a great service rep and this should not reflect on him personally. I am looking for a new car, and this experience has made me think I will look elsewhere.

Not at all impressed. First you have to schedule a simple oil change days in advance. Then that simple service takes them 5 hours! The inconvenience alone is enough to go somewhere else. I bought the pre-paid service plan when I bought my Tacoma, so Im kind of stuck until that runs out. The worst part is they told me I needed a new cabin air filter and an engine air filter. They wanted $79.95 to change the cabin air filter. I paid $12.95 at the auto parts store. I changed it my self in less than a minute, so the markup wasnt labor. If the auto parts store can make money at $12.95, then BBT is robbing people blind. They also said I needed a new engine air filter. That was a lie as I had just changed that a few months prior. Its very clean. These guys are trying to mark up everything well beyond reasonable and rip people off with services they dont need. Go anywhere else to get your car serviced.

Yesterday I had a service done. As I paid for it with my credit card I was told I had to pay a surcharge because I used a credit card. I asked why that had been added and the technician just said the previous company hed worked for did the same. He had no explanation for why BB was now doing so. I checked several previous services and they did NOT charge this surcharge. The tech took it off, when I said Id complain about it when I got the request to rate my visit.Paying the 2-4% charge on credit card usage that VISA/MC, etc require of businesses is just a part of what you have to do. What he could do is hide those cost in increasing slightly parts and labor charges.The other thing he could do is give customers who DO NOT use a credit card, a 2% or 3%.However, if Brent Brown felt he has to add that surcharge, he should have been man enough to send out a notice to all his customers, or at least those who used credit cards in the past.There are very, very, very few businesses that add a surcharge. The one business that does--a small family dry cleaner--prefers you pay with cash but will accept cards if you prefer and adds 4%. Very upfront about it and it makes sense for a small business to need to do.Again, this shouldnt have been done without an announcement. I had no other payment form with me. So this put me in an upsetting and awkward position.

Horrible experience. Took 2 1/2 hrs. When I ask them why they said they were short staffed. Why make appts if you dont have the staff. Then they charged me a 5.00 card fee for using a debit card (I purchased their 3 oil change package) 224.00. When I got there they said it would be 1 1/2 HR. I text them from the waiting room after 2 HR to ask what was taking them so long. After another 30 min they text me back to say my car was ready. They gave me my keys and told me car was out by the North wall. I walked all over and even pushed my alarm button and got nothing. I went back inside and told Brandon. He said Ill go find it for you and bring it right here. He came back and said the technician parked in the wrong stall. Told me the stall # and handed me the key. I am 75 yrs old and its hard for me to get around or I would not complain about the walking all over. If I had not purchased the package I would not come back.

I like the special they have with the 3 oil changes, 3 tire rotations and 3 safety checks for $209. What I dont like about it is it seems like they ALWAYS find other things wrong that really may or may not need fixing. I always tell them no and go somewhere else to see if it really does need to be done and if so what their pricing is. Another place is usually always less expensive by quite a bit.

Staff is polite and responsive. I appreciate good communication and timelines, which they typically deliver on. However, on my last visit I was told my tires were all rotated, pressure checked, etc. When I got my truck back, I checked my HUD and my digital tire pressure showed none of my tires had been rotated nor had the pressure been adjusted in any of them. Maybe not a major issue, but it does make me wonder what else Im being told thats not actually being done.

There is no pressure in making a purchase, they simply educate you on what’s available including options and then give you the best price they can. Chris Cervantes is great I highly recommend this man he’s just a good person to deal with. I have sent many friends and family members here including my parents to Chris. I had the 5000 mile oil change completed along with a tire rotation and balance. For the last 3 weeks there has been an issue with my mileage and the way my Rav4 is driving. I drove to Ephraim on 04/09/21 and thought to check my tire pressure. Imagine my immense displeasure when my right tires came out at 40 pounds, but my left driver side tire was at 17 and the left back tire at 32. Now I am concerned about damage to the tires since I have been driving on it this way for a few weeks. This was YOUR service departments error in letting me drive away with my car in this condition. So if there is damage or the tires on the left side show different wear, YOU will replace them free of charge. It is ridiculous to promise free car services for 2 years on a brand new vehicle and then provide incompetent service.

The service was unbelievably quick...First vehicle service (6 month/5k miles). My truck may have been in the service bay all of 30 minutes. In fact it was so quick, I question whether a tire rotation could have been done/was done (part of the service package). Service advisor assured me it was (Ill mark the tires next time). So, with the benefit of the doubt, a four rating for now based on service speed/efficiency.

When I made the appointment I told them I wanted the oil changed, as I have free maintenance for two years, which is two free oil changes. Even though the car did not need it, as I am not driving much at all. I wasnt going to miss out on a free oil change. The person who helped me, did not ask what I wanted, just took the car and said it would be 1.5 hours. An hour and a half later she came for me and was explaining what was done. They hadnt done the oil change. I explained why it had to be done. She said it would be 15 minutes. After a half an hour, she came back with changed paperwork. I guess they changed the oil but I have no proof. Very, very, disappointed in their service. Any other dealer Ive ever dealt with washes your car. They dont bother.

The low air pressure tire gauge came on the dash board. The technician found that the spare tire pressure was low and lowered the tirre to access the valve stem and filled the tire to its required pressure which removed the light diagnostic. Thank you. Justin Schooley was the nicest, most informative and best Service Attendant their could be. I will ask for him the next time I come for service. I noticed his name was not on the following list for who had helped me. Justin was the very best.

I worked with Rick Elliott, and he was a fantastic salesman. He didnt pressure, he was professional, and he answered all of the questions and concerns I had. He even texted me to keep me up-to-date on each step of the process. Fantastic service! Ricks wife had a baby on the day of the car delivery, so Mikah stepped in to handle the last part, and Brendan in service gave me an overview of my car. All around, there are great people at this dealership.

I took my Tacoma in for a factory recall. When I went to pick it up I was surprised that the representative wasnt wearing a mask. Then I saw a sign on the front of her workstation that said customers were required to wear mask but the employees were not. it stated you could ask them to wear a mask and they would. This seems completely on the line with what the program is to try to stop the virus spread. On top of that she gave me the keys to the wrong truck and paperwork.as I was walking away I realized these are not my keys I dont even have a key for my truck. I took it back and she found the right paperwork in the right key.. sorry my visit here wasnt very impressive.

Very poor communication both with me and within the dealership. Unprofessional and unorganized.I hope that my experience was a-typical, however it was far from the easy process that buying a car from a brand name dealership should be.First day I inquired about a vehicle that was posted online, they did not know where it was, 2 days later they found it and said I could come look at it. Signed a purchase agreement that was contingent upon them completing some work on it(A used vehicle) and asked if they wanted a deposit to begin work, and was told no and that I could pick it up in a few days. Called 2 days later for an update to find out that they would not start work until I paid in full. After another time driving an hour and waiting in the lobby until I got the details worked out(without changing anything that wasnt already on the Bill of Sale I had signed the week prior!!) I was able to pick up the car 2 days later. After paying for the vehicle I picked it up with temporary plates and went on my merry way to await for the title, plates and registration to come in the mail(I explicitly was charged extra for them to complete those services).I thought all was well and good, HOWEVER; Now, 2 and a half weeks later they called and asked how my new car was, I said great and asked about when I might receive documents and plates for the car. After being surprised that I had not done this myself they responding by asking me to drive down and return the emissions inspection that THEY DID so that they could start getting me all of the documents! No copies or electronic records?Not sure what happened if I just got unlucky with my sales consultant or what, but my experience was quite unprofessional and unorganized.

Brady was fantastic! My feeling is that on the last three new cars I have bought in the last six years from Brent brown. Yes, three new in six years. Going to the service department is my least favorite thing. Way to busy. My concerns are met with angst always until today. I have still paid for two oil changes on my last Camery that have never bin transfers to my new car after talking to different severe tech three time including the service manager. The last time I ask I was told you’ll have to come back when we are less busy. Funny, they are never not busy. Even a bad door ding that I ask about last service and was told sorry, was taken care of by Brady this time. Yes, I did buy the extended warranty to cover this I thought. Deceptive, only if it dents the vehicle. This service was the first time in years that all my concerns were taken seriously. Thank you Brady!! Hey, and everyone was wearing masks this time. Seniors thank you for this! I’ve given up on my oil changes. Why am I still a customer? Good question. Convenience I guess. Brady, restored my faith. Even text me his phone to ask or answer any further questions at any time. I sound angry. It isn’t anger. I just want to feel taken care of not just another sale!

Took van in for oil change and they claimed I needed to replace cabin and engine air filters both are new filters barely 2 months on them.They also said I had a Major Oil Leak but failed to notice the torn axle boot and torn power steering rack boot. They also failed to notice the power steering leaking from the power steering rack at the right seal. I have not had any detectable engine oil leaks since I obtained the vehicle July 2020. I recommend if you have some place that you trust for Toyota maintenance and service then use them but this dealer service department isnt very honest and could try to UPSELL things your car, truck or minivan doesnt yet need. I would get a second opinion before performing any recommended work with them. I have the oil changed by them since if they dont do it correctly they could be held liable, where if I did that myself then any mistakes would be on me. They are courteous and otherwise professional but un-professional with unnecessary services.

I have serviced my Tundra here for 7 years. They always do a great job with the service. Other aspects of the business could be improved.Today, the tech said I was behind on a fuel system service, spark plugs, transmission service and coolant flush. I literally had these done last year, ~15k miles ago and requested that he re-check my vehicle history. He had to go through old work orders and open each one individually to find that yes, in fact each one of those items had been completed and none of it was due. They were getting ready to talk me into almost $1000 of service that wasnt needed because their systems cant keep track of the work that was already done.After we got through that, he then explained to me that if I was going to pay the $500 for the service and repairs that I did have done today, I would be charged an extra 2% to use a credit or debit card. If I want to avoid that charge, I could pay with cash or check.It is 2020 - I have not possessed a checkbook for over 10 years. I never use cash...especially for a vehicle repair. This is a new change since my last oil change. Its an absurd policy and charge. A check? Seriously?Im off to find an ATM and take them stacks of bills.Cmon Brent Brown - you guys can do better than this.

Normally love the service dept BUT Ive had problems the last 3 times Ive been for oil changes. They put the wrong oil in twice in a row, the 1st time I didnt know my car needed synthetic and left. The 2nd time they did it I found out it should be synthetic so I had to wait for them to fix it after they put the wrong kind in again. This last time I waited over 3 hours! I finally had to ask what was going on and they said they were understaffed. I informed them they need to let people know so they dont sit and wait that long. Then the next day I realized they didnt turn my oil change light off or put any of the caps back on my tires.

I wss initially impressed with the personable nature of the service representative that helped me, but that luster wore off pretty quickly. I was provided a shuttle home since I was told it might be a few hours for them to get the work done. When they were done I was told a shuttle would be by to pick me up shortly. I waited for THREE HOURS. I called several times to try to figure out what was taking so long and they finally told me theyd just send an Uber to pick me up. That never happened. I lost half a day just waiting to be picked up *after* they were done working on my car.When I got there they wanted me to pay a $130 diagnostic fee for a part I told them I needed when I walked in the door. Then they wanted to charge me for labor that hadnt been performed yet. When it came time to pay for a part that they needed to order for me I was told Id have to pay extra for using my card. I dont usually carry hundreds of dollars in cash on me for car parts I might need, so instead of having them waste my time AND money I said no thanks and walked out.

The service was wonderful and I felt like I was getting a great deal--I have no complaints for the actual car service. My only issue (but it was not insignificant to me) was that they had signs everywhere saying, We care about your health--we have masks for you to wear and if you ask us to, we will wear a mask. I wear a mask out of respect for other people, and I would hope they would wear a mask out of respect for me, without the awkwardness of my having to ask.

I have always found the Service department to be outstanding. Of great concern to me, however, was that during the height of a spike in Covid cases in a pandemic, with directives from the Governor regarding the required wearing of masks and social distancing, fewer than 50% of the people in the building, including employees, were observing this requirement. As a person in a high risk category this made my visit very uncomfortable and a very disagreeable experience. It told me that this company has little regard for my health and safety. I hope that management will change this practice soon. It has really lowered my opinion of this company.

This most recent experience with the Service Department was THE most positive Ive ever had in over 15 years of being a Brent Brown customer. I had a battery problem and some personal schedule complications and Joel was so super kind to me when it turned out that the Parts department didnt have the needed battery and I had to leave the car overnight. Talk about bending over backwards!!! I was just blown away by his solution to my problem and his concern for my personal safety and convenience. Kudos to Joel! 👏👏👏 Ive never experienced this kind of extra service anywhere! I have always trusted the service department but now I know the quality and character of the people who work there. Thanks barely expresses it!

We were originally told it would take 3-4 hours for the recall service and regular service to be completed. We live about 50 miles round trip from the service location. The service tech and mechanic went the extra mile in getting my daughter whom was waiting for the car, out in about two hours. I didnt bring it in because Im 75 and have underlying conditions. The ONLY reason I didnt rate it as a 5 star is because Brent Brown doesnt require people to wear masks while there. I realize wearing a mask is a sensitive issue, BUT, with Covid-19 breaking records at many locations across the nation, I feel its time people took it more seriously and do what they can to protect themselves AND THEIR CUSTOMERS! We had a close friend die of the virus on July 4th. He was fine, and then two weeks later he was dead, so to me a personal issue. I feel that the slogan should be, no shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service! Frankly, if I hadnt have purchased the service in advance prepaid option when I bought the car, I wouldnt have had my daughter take it in. Thats how I feel about the issue. They did GREAT service, but they put their customers at risk! Hopefully in time, this will be a non-issue.

Ive taken a a few different Toyotas here for service and diagnostic and ea time I find myself feeling bamboozled and telling myself I wont go back. I bought a 3x oil change and tire rotation package last year and only used 1 oil change and when I took my new taco in, I was told that it was only valid on my old vehicle, which is a total scam! Also I was having bad vibrations on the freeway and the tech said I needed to replace my warped rotors which I had just replaced, so I took it somewhere else to find out my transmission fluid was burnt. Needless to say I will not be going back.

If you go in, and have an appt scheduled... they take care of you. I had a girl, can’t remember if it was lani or lele but she was so fast. Told me 1.5 hrs and was apologetic for probably taking a while, and they ended up done way faster and over estimated. Which is much more preferable to underestimated time wasted.

I lease a2020 rav4 I took it in to have three maintenance done on it and ther windshield washer fluid Reservoir had a crack in it and also there was an oil leak. Turns out that my full coverage warranty doesnt cover either one of those items which I find weird considering my car salesman assured me that it would cover every single little part no matter what. I am leasing the vehicle on top of it all which my carsalesman man also assured me that when leasing a vehicle all that stuff is covered for 3 years. Ive had the car less than a year and already it looks like Im replacing the reservoir and maybe the motor. Not impressed at all Brent brown

No one was wearing masks! Covid is the worst it has ever been, and almost no employees were being safe for themselves or customers. The only people wearing masks were the customers and a few outside employees. Scary. They had signs everywhere saying employees dont have to wear masks if they have a medical condition. I guess they all have medical conditions

I was slightly annoyed when I showed up and they told me I would need to pay for the alignment because they sent me an ad for a free alignment in the mail and the vehicle needed aligned since it left the dealership when I bought it, however, that being said, they still are nice and professional and performed my 35,000 mile maintenance in a timely manner and I would go back.

I have 3 Toyota cars, and have been bringing them here for a couple of years. Brent Brown has a couple of times done things I felt were iffy, like saying the real cost of a repair is some high number, then cutting it for me like they were giving me a discount, when they were just inflating the price and giving me the normal price.I decided to give them one last chance, and took my Camry in that had a little shake in the front. They told me I had to have all 4 rotors replaced, that they could not be resurfaced, and that I needed front and back brake pads replaced because they were all at 2mm. Over $1,000 worth of work after taxes. I felt that having all 4 rotors bad at the same time and all 4 brake pads was nearly impossible, so I took my car somewhere else. My front brakes were 5mm and fine, my back brake pads were 2mm and needed changed. The back rotors were fine, and they resurfaced the front ones for me, when Brent Brown told me it was impossible. Instead of $1,000 I was charged less than $300. Never trusting a Toyota dealership again.
