Unbelievable customer service! I brought in a car with a very weird problem that even the dealer couldnt diagnose. Autotek put a lot of time and work into trying to fix it for me anyway. They were able to apply a temporary fix for me. Because they werent able to fix my problem completely, they did it all at no charge! That includes their labor, the parts they used to apply the temporary fix, and multiple refills of oil.The dealership basically sentenced my engine to death, but when it finally gives up the ghost, you can bet your bottom dollar Im coming back here to have a new one installed 👌

This is the best shop in the state. My family has been using Autotek for close to 40 years. They are honest to a fault. They take care of their customers regardless of who they are. Just had our Yukon XL Denali fixed at Autotek and we were very pleased with the work. Several electrical and mechanical problems including passenger seat, rear defroster, auto folding seats, and rear lift gate. Autotek was so great - rather than try to sell us all new parts they only replaced what was needed and fixed others so we didn’t have to pay for new parts that could be repaired. Our vehicle is way out of warranty so we just needed it to work and we weren’t wanting a whole new assembly when repairing an individual cable would do the job. Honesty and trust are two of the absolutely must haves with mechanics and we trust Autotek to tell what must be done vs what can wait or is not even needed. These guys aren’t parts swappers looking to turn and burn, they look for the overall best solution and long-term customers. I’ve been taking cars there for years—these guys know their stuff and strive to do right by the customer. The labor was very fair and they explained everything they did. We loved working with Jason S., the owner, and we’ll keep bringing our cars to them. We live clear down in south Utah County but it’s worth the drive for us because we can trust Autotek. ***DO NOT USE ***Brought in my Subaru because I needed a new engine and they did the worst job possible. Had to go in nine times. Currently my car isn’t working it sounds like The engine is going to seize again! The guy that owns the shop “Jason” is very dishonest . Not happy that we have to do this but my dad is taking them to court. Please save your money and go somewhere else!!!

I took my car in to figure out why something was making a noise. I also while it was there wanted the filters changed. They checked all the parts and made sure they were all okay - tightened anything that needed it. I went to pick up my car and they didnt charge me for the time they were checking everything. My car hasnt made that noise again. Its nice to know that they just dont repair something that doesnt need to be repaired. Great place.

To show the consideration given, one time I was in Boise and had car troubles. I questioned what the mechanic in Boise was proposing, so I called Jason. He was able to talk to the mechanic and help determine the work that needed to be done over the phone. I highly recommend Autotek!

Ive been working with autotek for about 2 years now and have always had a wonderful experience. All the mechanics there work really hard to make sure that you dont have to spend extra money on things you dont need. Ive had experiences at other shops where me being a woman means I get treated differently. Never once have I felt like these guys were trying to sell me something I didnt need and there have been several occasions where theyve told me that there are things I could probably do myself that would save me money. Every time theyve done work for me or my family its been done right the first time and ultimately it cost me less money then if I had gone somewhere else. Jason and the other guys over here are wonderful to work with I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic that they can trust.

Very rarely do I take the time to write a google review. I must take the time to do so with these guys. I own a handyman company and my work vehicle is a Sprinter Diesel Van. This past winter it started acting up and it was causing an interruption to my work. I was referred to Jason at Autotek who patiently worked through all the possibilities until he solved the problem. They were also very honest and reasonably priced. I will never take my van to anyone else!

I cant say enough about how good these guys are! I pulled into their lot with a new baby and a suddenly flat tire. They came and took a look at it, even though they dont do tires. They filled up my tire with air so I could get across the street, and helped me calm down. I didnt need their services, but when I do, there will be no else I trust more with my car.

We went to Autotek for another opinion on a muffler/tailpipe we were told by another shop needed repaired/replaced. Autotek only did what was needed and saved me over $200. in unnecessary work. Thanks for the honesty and only taking care of what was needed. They also keep a clean shop and it seems they care about their customers as people than just getting another car in to work on.

Gave me a quote on replacing a part. The part was listed as refurbished and costing about 400 dollars. I know nothing about cars but I do know how to use Google... I Googled how much that part costs and low and behold I find several online/physical stores that sell that part BRAND NEW for around 120 dollars. Dont go here. They will rip you off.

Fast, reliable, friendly, very knowledgeable......they did a great job on my vehicle.

I went here based on the number of positive reviews. I needed to figure out which computer error codes were causing my car to fail emissions inspection. Autotek looked at it and quoted me over $700 to replace a sensor and clean a valve to get it to pass. I called another shop for a second opinion. They immediately recognized the error code as a common issue for my make and model, and offered to take a look at it for me for free. Autotek charged me $70 in diagnostic labor while this other shop looked at it for free. Turns out the sensor didnt need to be replaced at all, and the only thing it needed was the valve cleaning. I ended paying much less going somewhere else, where someone was willing to look at it for free, and actually evaluate the problem rather than just offering to replace a sensor that didnt even need it. I was looking for a new mechanic in the area, and I wont be going back here.

I take back my last review. I was under stress with finals and being late for work, they checked my car the best they could and were not able to fix my car unfortunately due to a wiring problem but they gave me free labor for all my trouble and were patient with me through the whole process.
